Am interested in going for a 'holiday' with focus on health.
Heard about NEWSTART. Dont have much information about it. Are there Adventist programs which provide a few days' stay plus hands-on training on living a healthy lifestyle (and eating right)?
Any in Asia- Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Australia, NZealand,Indonesia?

I have tried google. no good hits. hence I am trying this site.
Am not living in the States....so that wont be useful.
Would appreciate leads re sites in Asia. Thanks
