My name is Jake, I'm 15, I've been a Christian for about 2 years now. I have a disease called Cerebral Palsy, which effects your legs it makes it hard to walk or run long distances. I spend alot of time either in my wheelchair (hince the name), with my crutches, on the computer, writing poetry/music, or sleeping.
I love sports and music, it is my dream to play football (or soccer for non north americans). I am currently undergoing a strenious training schedule tying to overcome my disease. Doctors said I won't be able to play football, but they said I would never be able to walk and I can now.
