  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Thanks to everyone for the warm welcome. Its nice to see that there is a few other canberrans and some with kids too, what part of town do you live?

As for toilet training I'm waiting till No 1 son is ready for that next step. His still adjusting to being a big brother at the moment, although he seems to be really enjoying it. Hopefully though sometime during summer or Autumn.
I am in Isaacs. Well, I had terrible morning sickness with my son, so I want to get him toilet trained before I get pregnant again. So I don't have to cope with dirty nappies and feeling sick at the same time.

I was lucky thank goodness, that the morning sickness was near to nothing with my second little boy. Coffee was the worst with number one, and i worked next door to a coffee shop just about, yuk. But I really can't complain about either pregnancy, both were easy, thankgoodness and i don't intend on going back again, although God has his ways. :yum:
