New Years Resolutions

What are your guys' new years resolutions? Do you keep them or do you not make any?

My previous therapist before he moved, suggested that I do resolutions, little goals to reach for throughout the year to remain distracted and as a way to get better, I guess.

Mine is to finish the first draft of my book and maybe even the entire thing by sometime 2014, to be more honest with my friends and family, and to maybe (hopefully) stop cutting. And maybe to even start playing the piano again, an acquaintance of mine offered to give me lessons for free awhile back, and to go back to school and pass.

I do not do new years resolutions but I have plans for the year to come. This year I have come further than I have been for the last 17 years so I want the coming year to be even better.

I wish I could get back to writing again, and I'm going to try and write poems again, ever since I have gone on anti-psychotic medications I've lost my creativity I'm not sure if I can regain it again.

To do and be more to my wife Yvonne that is something I would really like to achieve this coming year.

Mines to lose weight. I'm getting fat.

I hope during the new year of 2014 to be more concerned about what I eat and how much, to stop negative thinking as best I can, to be a better person and a better friend to all.

My resolutions for 2014:

• Get closer to the Lord and stop being the baby Christian that I am.
  
• Help my WHOLE family get closer with the Lord!
  
• Loss weight
• Get out of hubby's parents house!!
  

Prayers for 2014: For my WHOLE family to know Christ.
For my hubby to get a job.

Mine is to reestablish former routines lost due to illness, so that I will get more out of the life God has given me.
