Lived in CA as a child (just down the road from Knott's Berry Farm) but I've lived in CO for most of my life and love it!!

Welcome to the Fab 40's Ray. I was at the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center @ the Presidio Of Monterrey in the winter of 1979. (The Air Force was trying to teach me Russian - it didn't go well.) It was my first Christmas without snow. (Of course the next winter I was back in my hometown of Jackson MI and we didn't have snow for Christmas that year!)
