New subjects you wanna learn!?

Hello,

we all learn new things - a language or an art; just as a hobby or to have a good lifestyle. So, is there anything(or any course) you want to learn in the future other than your studies just cos you like it or you think it will add to your personality!?!
I would like to learn French(already started), guitar(already started since few months), Ikebana, French cuisine, swimming, Spanish, graphics designing(i know a bit)... can't think of more at the moment

If we are talking about "new" subjects, I would love to learn Russian and/or German, as well as courses related to laws (Roman law, Penal law, Constitutional law, etcetera).

Finance. I took a break, but I'm going to get into studying stocks and commodities futures again. Fun stuff. I'd better start investing now if I want to retire comfortably.

I'd like to learn how to sing someday; same with playing guitar. I also think taking a forensics class or two would be interesting.

Learning some form of self defense is something definitely on my to do list, once I find the time.

I want to be fluent in Chinese&#12290;&#12290;&#12290;I am already learning.
Hmm. For the future I think it would be interesting to learn yoga or a martial art, something physical like that.
An art class might be nice too.

I want to learn how to speak all sorts of languages: Spanish, German, Finnish, Dutch, Russian, Chinese...I'm a total language nerd, so learning languages is easy (and fun!) for me.

I'd love to learn physics. Not just regular physics of course. Quantum physics and particle physics interest me the most.

As for stuff that'll add to my personality, I'm considering fencing. I figure it'll give me a 'sharp edge'

Screen printing (better and more efficient techniques), sewing, Spanish (my mom's fluent ), I've always wanted to learn some mechanic-like stuff.
