New service?

Hey guys. I wanted to post this here because it's really a matter of deeper fellowship and I know you guys are the ones who are serious about supporting each other.

I'm considering taking on a new ministry. I have the ability and opportunity to do it, but something doesn't "feel" right about it, like Jello that isn't quite set before you try to eat it.

Would you pray about whether or not I should take this new ministry on?

I will pray Lambslove. I find there are times when God is showing me there's something He wants me to do, and I get that same feeling you describe. But if I know in my heart God has asked me to do something, and I have ceratain fears about it. I have to do what God has told me to, because no matter what fear I have about things in this world. My biggest fear of all is in not pleasing God.

So if God has made it clear this is something He wants you to do, then go for it. You'll be blessed for doing so.

Well, I can tell you this much.: You are right to stop and pray and seek the prayer support of others when you feel a "check" in your spirit. I will surely pray about this.

Jesus, I thank for all the insight that you have given to lambslove. I thank you that there is the desire to serve you.

I thank you that you light lambslove path and make it straight so there is no need to worry. As lambslove's eyes are resting on You then lambslove can rest, knowing that You are leading the way.

Thank You for what you are doing in lambslove life. And I thank you for the many lives that will be brought to You as a result of lambslove's obedience to what You say.
