I'm new here, and I really enjoy writing and meeting other writers. I would like to get to know all of you and learn about what kind of books you write.

Hello there, gcompass!

I'm Doubtless. I write high-fantasy and a bit of sword-and-sorcery on the side. At the moment, I'm working on a pentalogy (that's a five-book series).

What genre do you write? Do you write novels or short stories?

Novels. I'm in the process of writing my first book. I'm not that good at writing short stories. I write fantasy.

Welcome to the forums, compass, this is a great place to be. I'm avatar, but there's only been one embodiment of the one true God, always remember that!

I've been writing for ten years. I've published some minor articles on Christian living and small-town church-club happenings. I'm currently writing a short-story anthology, a fantasy series (that acts a social commentary), and a series about Christian teens in high school. Most stuff I write has some sort of fantasy and horror element to it...

...but they're all for the Lord Jesus Christ. That's what counts.

I write mostly about the Faerie world, and it is lighthearted. Whether you would classify that as fantacy or not, I'm not sure. Anyway, welcome again, and hope you enjoy your time here.
