I'm a Vietnam Era Vet.

Thank you for the willingness (or lack of choice through conscription) to go into Vietnam. One of my mentors is an Army Vietnam vet and my granddad was a Marine during that time as well.

I'm a Vietnam Era Vet.

Meaning I served in the armed forces (Navy) during the Vietnam Era (28 Feb 61 to 7 May 75).

I did my entire hitch on Guam (Jan 73 - Jun 76).
