  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

I am searching for answers but I don't know how to ask them or even where to find them. I figured I could search here but since I am so lost at this point that I'd just get frustrated. I need a friend if anyone is interested to help me on my journey.

I have so many questions that are simple and even hard... but I am so close and so thankful I just need some guidance.

I pray for the guidance and I believe the lord directed me to this forum.

I guess what I am saying is I need a mentor... Can anyone help me out?

Welcome to CF, ErocM. If you had questions, just make a thread in the appropriate forum. The forums are divided into areas for christians only, and christians and non-christians allowed, you can check it in the homepage (section heading).

Hi all thanks for the great replies. Sorry I couldn't reply earlier but I am in Idaho (west of Boise) training a few people and I haven't had time to reply or check emails on a 56k dial up. Makes you appreciate your high speed connection once your on a dial up again. Anyways.. I appreciate the responses and the private messages.
