New Feature: Post Number and Link to Post when you Quote Post

This was suggested by aaron in the Suggestions Forum. It is such a good idea, that I made it happen.

When you quote a post, the Post Number of the post you are quoting from will be present. Also, the Post Number automatically links to the post you are quoting from.

Just like that... see? There is Post #1 with a link to the first post. It is useful for long threads...

This is like sliced bread.

I mean, once you've seen it, it's so obvious, and so useful, but who thinks of these things?

One arguable-bug, but it's browser-specific and may be very hard to fix.

In Mozilla, there is a nuisance where, if there's any lines wider than the text entry box, you end up with about a 3-letter scrolling effect, where you can see either all but the beginning, or all but the end, of each line of text.

This mostly comes up, see, when there's a long link somewhere in the text you're editing...

Part of this is only noticeable because, for reasons I've never understood, the box for entering post text is about 3" wide on my 19" monitor.

Very nice. However, for reasons I can't figure out, I'm now getting <a href> instead of a URL tag. I'm not using the WYSIWYG editor; is that my fault?

That's the reason. This only works with the WYSIWYG editor.

Fixed. People who don't use the WYSIWYG editor will get the whole URL. The WYSIWYG editor will get the normal link.
