New Feature: Membership Statistics

Hi

There is a new link in the NavBar - Stats (between Members and Staff) which gives a breakdown in percentages of membership stats including:

Gender
Age
Faith
Country

It takes a while to load because we have so many members - I'll see how our servers take the load to see if we should keep it.

Hi Erwin!

Does it actually calculate the statistics every time a member clicks on it? Maybe it would be better it it just calculated the stats maybe once a day, and when someone opens that page, it would show the most recently made stats. In that way it wouldn't slow down the site, I think.

That's a good thought. Maybe have at the top "Statistics as of xx/xx/xxxx at xx:xx"???

i wish you would have done a bit of houscleaning before making the stats. i for one have 6 memberships. 5 of them were created during a time when cf was fighting a strange bug, on the 15th and 16th of feb. 2005. i was not the only one to create new accounts. i asked you to please delete them, but as of now, they are still being counted as members.

also there are so many people who have not posted ever and/or have not signed into their accounts for years.

the stats do not reflect the truth of membership.

I've made several accounts also.Mostly because I wasn't able to logon on many occasions..
