New Feature: Custom Text Effects in Posts!

I've added a few new vBCodes for text effects.

You can immediately use these new effects by using the "New Thread" or "Post Reply" page and using the automatic Text Effect vBCode buttons.

Here are some examples:

[move]Moving across![/move]

[updown]Moving up and down![/updown]

[GLOW=red]Glowing Red (or any color you want!)[/GLOW]

[SHADOW=blue]Blue shadow (or any color you want)[/SHADOW]

You can use these effects in any combination! And it's all automatic!
