New Feature: CF Friends Network! - an extension of the buddy system

Dear members,

I've just expanded the buddy system and turned it into the new CF Friends system!

Basically, if you click on this icon in a post of a member:

You will see who the member has added in his buddy list, and who has put the member on their buddy list.

If the member has the other person on a buddy list, and the other person has the member on their buddy list (in other words, the buddy linking is in BOTH directions), this member becomes a CF Friend and shows up with an avatar on your CF Friends list.

You can see how far your buddy/ CF Friend network goes to on CF.

It's important to note that this means your buddy list is now PUBLIC and people know if you are on their buddy list and vice-versa.

This should make the buddy list more useful.

You can access your CF Friends list using the Options menu in your NavBar, a link in your User CP, and as mentioned, from every member's post.

Start making CF Friends now and make buddy links reciprocal!!!

It is a little freaky when people have you in their BUDDY list that you do not know.

I mean ids I have never noticed before.

I like the new "double buddy" icon.

It is a lot easier to notice that symbol in the user lists than the old "plus sign".

that the number of friends that they have linked to and who have linked back to them...it has to go both ways for it to be counted as a friend
