A new earth wherein dwells righteousness. No more evil things.
Means one where all over the earth is the knowledge of the Lord.
Meaning everyone knows Christ.
We will someday have a new earth populated by many Christians.
Even God Himself will leave heaven and dwell with man on the NEW Earth He creates.
The old earth and heavens will be no more, they simply disappear with a roar.

A new earth is something to be looking forward to.
2 Peter 3
10 But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night, in which the heavens will pass away with a great noise, and the elements will melt with fervent heat; both the earth and the works that are in it will be [d]burned up. 11 Therefore, since all these things will be dissolved, what manner of persons ought you to be in holy conduct and godliness, 12 looking for and hastening the coming of the day of God, because of which the heavens will be dissolved, being on fire, and the elements will melt with fervent heat? 13 Nevertheless we, according to His promise, look for new heavens and a new earth in which righteousness dwells.

14 Therefore, beloved, looking forward to these things, be diligent to be found by Him in peace, without spot and blameless;

I think so too, another eden, but no evil will be let into the garden, because there will be no more evil.
In Revelation at the end is mentioned the tree of life, again. And God's throne this time is on the new earth and He dwells with all mankind.

Were you ever wondering how God can make us never sin on new earth?
Everybody has mansion and gold in heaven I just can't imagine somebody not trying to steal , lie , lust or disobey God in any other form . Will we lose free will ?

When we are born of God, we are spiritually changed from our old evil nature to a nature like God has, we are made alive spiritually, with a nature that is eternal and in fellowship with Him. That can happen right now today, BUT, until your spirit goes to be with the Lord Jesus, you are living in a body of flesh and your mind can be turned away from God, however your spirit is joined to the Lord as on spirit with Him, as soon as you are born again.
Then when Christ returns, is the resurrection of the just, the justified ones, the christians, and we got a new glorified body as Christ has now.
So on the new earth, it will be like heaven, we will be living with God and having new spirits and a new glorified body, and the old ways of this flesh wont be there to hurt us anymore, wont be even possible anymore to sin, no more sinful desire. When your born of God, your spirit does not sin, you are abiding in Christ, His Spirit and yours joined as one. What sins is the flesh, body, the mind which has not yet been changed or perfected.
Sin for a Christian no longer can eternally separate you from God.
1 John 3:6
