New Christian dealing with unfairness at work

Have u confronted them and say quit being a jerk? however dont be alone when u do this and dont be in a mad state of mind but show them the pain side of it? if its at work report then?
inapproprate conduct? possibly have them fired? u and ur co-workees dont need this please right now?
God plez help guide our friend through the inappropriate conduct/mentally abusiveness right now plez? help with
peace harmony strength courage and so forth... thanx

Thanks for your concern. But they do not abuse me. I do not let them. You see, one has to be diplomatic in the workplace.

You can say many people dislike their attitudes as they are quite noticeable but I have a good respectful working relationship with them. And I thank God for that.

And in a way I love the (2) persons, not their actions. I have worked with them for years now. And I am at peace there actually.

I can talk to them and they can talk to me in a frank professional honest way. And there is a caring between us, if we make mistakes, we apologise to each other.

A very difficult environment to work closely with them but God is so amazing. In the midst of it all, God has given me a peaceful working relationship with them. I experience how great God is in my situation.

No there no excusing inappropriate conduct at work. they either r nice/etc
Or not ? Is your family surroundings cool??

Also and No there is no diplomacy for rudeness/ or etc at work/ or etc.. never accept their attitude plez?? Inform ur immediate Manager of their conduct.. Keep in mind they r somewhat trashing not just u but ur surroundings too.. ? Whom ever is around u as well?

(God/Jesus doesnt want u in that type of surroundings either? And neither do i. God wants u at peace and ur surrounding also at peace as well. Keep in mind..)

Time to do damage control in the name of our Father God ??? now plez??

Did you get what I was saying in my previous posts about the situation? Are we still talking about my own experience or are you reacting to your own? I am a bit puzzled by your responses to my posts.

I was referring to ur response where u said about there is a diplomatic way at ur work? Im confused? If ur work is acting harshly discuss this with ur Manager.. consider..
