CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Father, this was one of those confusing days. I know I am required to tell the truth, and today my honesty cost me heavily. How is that father? Why is it when I am honest with a fellow Christian, I am disbelieved and even called a liar by my own sister? Why Father must this be the way it forever is? Why must satan be allowed to destroy friendships and cause conflict and misery within our own Family? Why will Your children not Trust in You and Rest in Your Protection? Why do we fight among ourselves when more than ever we need to be praying together and loving one another and standing together against the evil forces? Father, this day has surely been a failure and I know I have not acted with wisdom and maturity. Forgive me, and help me. Without You, I can do nothing.

Dear God, until a very good friend led me to CF I was really lost. Thank you for guiding me here through my friend and thank you for all of the wonderful people here....they have touched my life so. Please bless them all and keep them and their families safe. Thank you Lord. Amen

Father I just thank you for your saving grace and that you live and help each of us Every Day. I just pray that you watch over evveryone on the forums lord, both those who do and dont know you grace and place something on their hearts lords that will go with them. When times are hard and they get stick by their freinds and family lord I pray you give them the mindset to just push it back and continue in their faith. I just thankyou lord that are actions speak loudly about our faith in you and I pray you help us all all walk with you.

Dear God
Man i hope i can spend more time with You. I feel like i'm paying more attention to what You've given me rather than You who gave to me. So i'm gonna stop feasting myself and start spending time with you. I guess i learnt alot by not doing so. It's as if i'm far away but i'm running back. I pray for my mom. She's getting better now but it's still a bit painful and for many other people who i know are in pain. My grandma, uncles, brothers, parents, friends and people on this forum i know are suffering. So i guess i can only pray to You that you can be close to them while they go through these hardships and show them that You are there.

I love you with all that is in me. You have done so much in my life and I can't wait to see all the wonderous things that are in store for me. Thank you for being my steady rock on whcih I can build my house upon. Although I get inpatient sometimes, you are always there to remind me that you do things in your time not mine. And that things always turn out roses when they are done in your time. I pray that I will always lean into your understanding and not mine. I'm so at peace this morning and I thank you from the bottom of my heart. I know that everything is going to be alright. Make that better than alright. I know that everything is in your hands and that you will guide me to do your work. I love it when I can do something that pleases you. It is my ultimate goal in life to always do your will in every thing that I do or say. I enjoy so much being in your presence and giving praises to you

Looks like i'm back on track with You once again. I guess the thought that You won't give up on me finally hit me hard. Thank you for loving me heaps and giving Jesus for me.
