Need your input... What kind of photography contests do you want here???

So I'm coming close to my 10,000 post (at this time this will be my 9,218th post woot! ) and that means I'll be able to up my job... which means only one thing...

EXTRA BLESSINGS!?!??!

With that being said, I want to keep holding contests here for you all to win blessings and such. It's a good reason to share our photography with one another... plus it pays for your CF character or pet or signature, avatar, or whatever else you want to use it for.

Please share your ideas about what kind of contests you'd like to see here in the forum. Some can be religiously themed, some don't have to, some can be full of fun, some can have a serious tone. I'm interested in what YOU want to see posted here and so please share your ideas!

Maybe a contest of bird photography. And maybe different kinds of nature photography.

Architecture photo contest would be cool too I think.

Congrats on those posts! Sheeew... did you think you'd ever make it that far? I'm shocked at where I currently stand. I never, ever thought I'd even get this far. lol

I do like Abbot's suggestions. I'll try to think of some ideas, but I'm not a picky picture person. Ask my children... I can take a picture of anything and everything!

One idea I'd been thinking about recently was a theme on your home area, if that makes sense? Maybe pictures to do with your home/town/city etc?

Good ideas so far. Other contests I've seen include relaxation (places you find relaxing), seasons, emotion, geometry, abstract, etc. One of the more fun ones I've seen is on "broken rules" of photography.

How about some sorta macro photography contest or sign contests? We could also do something with motion? I mean like showing a kid in mid jump, or catch a dog as its running, or show a basketball in the mid air? We could also do black and white contest where the picture as to bring out certain details using black and white.

How about water? It could be lakes, rivers, droplets on a leaf, water from a faucet, a glass of water....or maybe go even more general to just liquid.
