embrace this place by among thorns is an awesome song...and my youth group would love it

Embrace this place oh Lord
How we want to see Your glory
Embrace this place oh Lord
How we long to feel Your Spirit
Lord we sing so You can hear it
And receive all the praise

Draw us near to Your heart
Oh God
Let us rest our head
On Your chest
Place our hands in Yours
Oh Lord
Hold us face to face
Embrace this place

thats the song...if anyone can find the mp3, please send it VIA aim at r34skylinexvii...it would be an awesome song for my youth group...

Sorry XVII, I haven't heard that song but lyrically it looks really good. My two cents worth if it helps, our youth has really taken a liking to We Fall Down. We do it so much, it's just simple truth and kinda the same sort of Spirit-seeking kind of a song like the above.

One other song I oughta mention that you may want to consider, Lynn DeShazo's classic More Precious Than Silver (1982) - this song is simple and amazing, we actually wrote a really cool arrangement to it. We only sing the chorus only, we start it really softly on D, then we crank it up and do a key change all the way up to G and play loud! It sounds so cool, and you can hear the guys belting it out at that key! Just food for thought.
