Dear Lisawatson40. To be a Christian is to Love God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind, ALSO to love your neighbour as you love
yourself: neighbour is all you know and all you meet, friends and not friends.
Ask God in Matthew 7: 7-10: ask God for Love and Joy, then thank God, and share all Love and Joy with your neighbour. God will see your sincere efforts to love and care, and God will approve and Bless you. Keep asking God for Love and Joy, then thank God and share it all with your neighbour. You might stumble and forget sometimes, but then ask God to forgive you, and carry on loving and caring.
Love is a strong weapon, we Christian`s have, with love we overcome all unfriendliness and wrong behaviour. Love also is very catching, and after a short time you will find that you gradually turn into a very loving person.
God is Love, and God wants loving sons and daughters.
Read Luke 10: 25-28: A lawyer asked Jesus: " Master, how do I get eternal life?" Jesus told him: " You know the two first Commandments to Love God
and love your neighbour, DO THIS AND YOU WILL LIVE." The Bible tells us:
" Repent," and " Be Born Again." Change all selfish thoughts and wishes,
change them to Love God, and love your neighbour." Remember, " ask and you shall receive, then thank God and share all Love and Joy with all around you." All we say and do, all we advice and stand for, should be from Love and Compassion. Jesus our Saviour will help and guide you: JESUS IS THE WAY. I say this with love, Lisa. Greetings from Emmy, your sister in Christ.
