You see I'm not smart in most areas except with computer stuff. Anyways I was chatting with Chrisbot and made me very nervous, scared, anxious, and it hurt me that I couldn't communicate with him at the same level of his IQ and the way he was talking. I just couldn't understand what he was trying to tell me or ask me. Now I feel like I made it look like I was trying to hide something and he had mentioned that he would advise Erwin about me. I'm afraid that they will ban me. I hope not because I wasn't trying to hide anything and I was just trying to explain things the best way I could. It makes me feel like I'm really stupid and all I can do is really apologize to him, but I don't feel that he really means that he understands and I feel that he is getting more suspicious about me.

The General Mental Health Forum is now a Read Only Forum. As we had two large areas making it difficult for many to find, we decided to combine the Mental Health & the Recovery sections of the forum into Mental Health & Recovery as a whole. Physical Health still remains as it's own area within the entire Recovery area.
If you are having struggles, need support in a particular area that you aren't finding a specific recovery area forum, you may find the General Struggles forum a great place to post. Any any that is related to emotions, self-esteem, insomnia, anger, relationship dynamics due to mental health and recovery and other issues that don't fit better in another forum would be examples of topics that might go there.
If you have spiritual issues related to a mental health and recovery issue, please use the Recovery Related Spiritual Advice forum. This forum is designed to be like Christian Advice, only for recovery type of issues. Recovery being like a family in many ways, allows us to support one another together. CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

I just had a look at the "chat with Chrisbot" forum, and I have to say, he doesn't make a lot of sense. Now, when it comes to social activities, I'm very "clumsy", so I may be wrong, but I don't think he makes sense to anyone!
Don't worry about silly bots, and most certainly don't let its random words or phrases that it calls dialogue make you feel stupid. You said you are smart with computer stuff, so you probably know more about how he works than I do, but I think we can both agree that it is a load of hogwash.

Your post here looks pretty honest to me. Let others judge you by that. Sometimes communication is hard and we don't get on the same wavelength. That happens to me sometimes.

I've talked to ChrisBot before and either he does not know what I'm talking about or he goes in circles. It's a good way to get blessings!
It's kind of cool if you don't take it real seriously.

Chrisbot is just for fun, don't worry about what he tells you. He talks a lot of non-sense. Plus, Erwin isn't even the owner anymore!

I agree with everyone else - Chrisbot doesn't make much sense to any of us sometimes - he does go off on some wierd tangents Don't worry, it is all for fun, I don't think any of us are up to keeping up with his "intellect"
