Need some prayers

I spilled hot wax on my thumb the other night and burned off about 1/2 of the skin. It's doing okay, the doctor is just a little worried about infection. Pain pills are working but with some auto immune problems, I'm not a great healer. And being a secretary, it's making my job a little difficult.

Any prayers would be appreciated. And Sandy, thanks for reminding me about the non-burning candles.

Thanks everyone! The fun part is trying to type one-handed.

It's actually feeling much better and right now looks very good as far as infection goes. I know from experience that prayer does some wonderfully amazing things.

My last sister with breast cancer didn't tell anyone when she went in for her first biopsy. She said it was pretty painful. The second time she told us all and she was completely calm and pain free. She KNOWS it was because of the prayers.
