So I've elected to prepare a presentation for church in regards to the importance of the sanctuary. Thing is that I have no idea where/how to start it. My Pastor suggested that I begin with the Door which is where I'm trying to start, but I'm still all types off unsure of how to proceed.

Essentially, if anyone has any suggestions on how I should tackle this, I'd greatly appreciate it. Thanks :)

I'd begin with how Rev 10 and 11 describe our 1844 experience and how out of the bitter-sweet experience God asked them to measure the temple (study the sanctuary) to understand where they had erred. Then you can go into the brief details of how the sanctuary describes the plan of salvation.

If it's for the sabbath service, it would be confined by time. So you can't go in depth with it. And if your church is like most SDA churches, you probably can't go heavy into spiritual things. You can only hope to spark their interest and come and listen if you have a study for them.

But more importantly, pray to the Lord for He will give you the idea what you should do. :)

x2

Thats about all I can offer for advice...

Thank you both.

The lesson study is going to be a seminar for the most part so I Don't think I'll be too constrained by time. And I'm not sure what you mean by "probably can't go heavy into spiritual things"
