  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Everytime I get good and asleep I have to wake up and use the bathroom. I am always thirsty, so I drink lots of water... I just wish I could get about 3 hours of sleep with out having to go to the bathroom... anyone out there got any suggestions? I am almost at 18 weeks... not sure how I am going to make it though the next few months on so little good sleep... I work retail, and this is a very busy time of year.

I have this problem too, I've been very thirsty lately and especialy when I wake up in the middle of the night. I've found the last few nights that if I don't drink as much before bed and if I just stick it out and avoid drinking water when I wake up in the middle of the night, I cut my middle of the night bathroom time in half. Although I hate to tell you but the further along you get and the more pressure the baby puts on your bladder it gets worse :doh: .

I'll vouch for all of the above. :sleep: I'm a week farther than Singin though thankfully I've stopped waking up so much at night. I'll wake up maybe once then waddle back to bed. If the cat didn't decide to sit on me and shlurp my face every time I rolled onto my back I'd prolly sleep through the night. And my sympathies for working in retail :hug: I just quit my mall job to give myself 2 months to get everything ready. For the first time in five years I wont be working in the mall during Christmas season~ :clap: Hang in there!
