  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

A youth worship time that Im helping with. Some friends i have at college have started a youth outreach...worship time on friday night. so far we have everything organized but our first meeting no one came. we all felt a little angree but it is in Gods hands and were just doing what he has lead us to do. I just want to request prayer for our group and that we can do what God wants us to do and to rely on him not our our selves. :pray:

Lord i pray that you'll send the people to this event, its run by your disiples and they are ready and rearing to go for it. i pray that you'll send the people who'll get touched by this event and will praise your name at it and for being thankful that they where saved at it. In my dad's name AMEN
