Two effective ways to deal with anxiety is diet and exercise. Prayer of course helps because He says Isa26:3 "2"Open the gates, that the righteous nation may enter, The one that remains faithful. 3"The steadfast of mind You will keep in perfect peace, Because he trusts in You.4"Trust in the LORD forever, For in GOD the LORD, we have an everlasting Rock.…"

Could help just to read the promises of God and know that we can enter in to His Grace and His Peace.

God's Word tells us that perfect love casts out fear.... often I must remind myself of this as I, too, have an anxiety "disorder" of PTSD due to my disabling injury/accident. First, breathe. The tendency to hold our breath when anxious makes it feel worse! Then, repeat some mantra that you have taught yourself.... something like mine :God is in control. Or even, "I can do this with God's help". (I have one for when my physical chronic pain flares: Pain won't kill me. But I digress.)

When we look to Jesus.... I physically look to heaven and "picture" Jesus on His throne.... the matters of the earth tend to pale in comparison.

Praying that you will overcome this battle of the devil on your life.
