Chris! You are blessed to have such a visionary thought! In many countries, there must be countless disabled children that have no home and live on the street because they are unwanted and too much to care for. Your seing kids with no legs could be literal, though could also represent that the have no support. So your orphanage thought surely seems Divinely inspired! A good work, God has prepared in advance for you to do! (Ephesians 2:10) Maybe God is calling you to work at such an orphanage that already exists. I did a search and here are a few of the links that came up of established orphanages ministering to disabled children. Pray and see what else God will speak to you. He will guide you clearly.

since you mentioned it, I'm going to step out and assume there is something more you haven't shared, something negative about your thoughts regarding orphaned, blind and legless children.

If you aren't just making up the topic, let me say that you might be thinking in symbols. We dream in symbols. If you will, in our own specific cultures, thoughts that pop into our heads are often representing symbols that represent certain things, depending on the culture we grow up exposed to. For instance - water can have many meanings but often represents life and cleansing, in this culture.

So, orphaned - can mean alone, or without support. Blind - can mean wondering aimlessly or searching. Legless - can mean having the inability to act without assistance, or being missing something or/of great need.

So, purhaps your thoughts, and what you are doing in your thoughts, have to do with how you feel about the above mentioned ideas.

Yea, please explain more! It seems to me you're afraid of the fact you're thinking about something much needed. Or maybe you are focusing on the fact that these children are mangled, or wanting to make them that way to get them to go to your Orphanage?
Either way, we don't know enough to try to help!

It does seem that this person might be having fun with us **wink*** but just because we wanna be nice, no, I don't think you will go to hell for that. That is a nice thought, these two girls came from an orphanage to my church the other day to visit, and both of them have dedicated their lives to ministering to Peru. I asked them if they have gone there, they said no. I thought it was wonderfull to have such a conviction though, some people may call it short sitted, but I say it's full of wisdom and listening. I've been to Peru also and it's a wonderfull place, they got a fwe negative thoughts from odler adults... but I have them 2 thumbs up.
