Need help with Hebrew, please :)

I bought this necklace at an estate sale and I can't figure out the first word. The letters are vav reysh vav sheen lamed vav mem ( I think!).

I know the sheen lamed vav mem is shalom, but what is vav reysh vav?

Looks like the first letter may be a yod, and if so , it spells out Jerusalem or "Yerushalem".
