Need God's protection and covering!!!

I have a close friend, Dan, who is a university professor. He serves on a personnel committee that recently denied a colleague a promotion. This colleague has not responded well. My friend and his colleague are meeting with the department head at noon on Wednesday (Feb. 14) to discuss the matter. My concern is the colleague may react with anger (and perhaps violence) and jeopardize Dan’s safety. Pray for God’s protection and covering for Dan and that this meeting will go well and have an amicable outcome. Thank you for your continued prayers.
