I am really sad right now. I am in a seperation situation and I was married for 21 years. I don't know what to do or where my life is going. I thought I knew my husband but he was someone completely different, I feel so down. I have 2 adult children and a 12 year old and 7 year old. I love my husband more than anyone. I hate my husband more than anyone. My heart is very conflicted and I am in a state of panic. I work in a little local restaurant and enjoy the company of people I work with. I feel that my situation is the result of not putting God first. We learn more in painful situations.

I am sorry to hear about your situation and I believe that things will work out for the best...And they will. It may not seem like it in your current situation but God does have a way of turning lemons into lemonade ...Or whatever drink you prefer.
I guess we can always find fault in ourself... like not putting God first.... and maybe that had some effect But..... (I don't know the situation) it really sounds like your husband is the one who wasn't walking with God ....and that is his primary responsibility in the family.
My prayers are with you.....

Hi Rs,

Are things looking any better now? I see that despite feeling panicky, you were taking a positive approach to the situation, that you may learn something from it. Sounds like you have a lot of people right there who may help you too. So I'm hoping that you're starting to get your feet back under you.

God bless you.

Hey:

I'm sorry to hear about your situation. Given that you state that you both Love & Hate your husband (separated) and that you are feeling panicked - it seems to me that you should try to seek out mental health professionals to help you deal with your situation. Not putting god first has nothing to do with your current situation and anyone who blames YOU for any kind of lack of god (blah, blah, blah...) stuff is not helping you. Please seek out legitimate help and very much please ignore people who "god" blame you for 21 years of living with a crappy husband. Here is a link that I hope will help you:
Recovering from Religion

All the best :)
