Need advice and prayers

So I'm relatively new here, newly single as well, if you want to know all the details it's in my introduction. So here's my dilemma. So after my break up I knew it was part of gods plan for me to come back to him and to form a stronger relationship with him and To become a man of god, not a man who relies on a woman to help him in his walk.

So with that said, my friend out of the blue started coming back to my gym, (I'm a trainer) so she started asking if I could train her, being a friend I did and I kept it professional. Yesterday she tells me she has feelings for me and enjoys talking to me and she's dating another guy. So tonight I just called her and we agreed upon it not being the best idea to see each other anymore if she has feelings for me especially while dating someone else, as well as I need to only focus on my relationship with God and not another woman.

I'm just bummed out because she was actually a god friend to have until I realized she had feelings and it made me uncomfortable. I know I did the right thing it's just it bothers me she had feelings when we were good friends.

Also it bothers me because I know in today's society it's slim picking to find a lady who is respectful who loves God and isn't seeking attention.

Okay I'm done with my soapbox.

Any suggestions for me to forget this and stay on path for the lord?

Give it time. If it is God's will, and you are seeking His will... it will work out one way or another. Regardless, you will have inner peace if and when it is God's will.

Uh what feelings.
Feelings come and go. If she was genuine, shed say she had faith and trust in you. Not just feelings.

Lots of people have feelings. Seek the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all things will be added unto you. Dont worry..stay on the path.
