I am looking for someone who can make me a website. I have all the information, but I want a domain site. I can't find any domain names for free. Can someone help me?

You won't find one for free. I just bought one for $6 for a year and that's about the best deal you will find in common top level domain names. I did see .info going for .99 Cents for a year but it changes to $10 a year after the first year on that deal (no commitment). Possible to find deals on .cc domains right now but still that is not 100% free. You are not making a warez site, are you? j/k

Nah, aplus is on the lvl. I've gotten 1 domain from them so far faithwarrior.net and I'm using it on another hosting site. I did not need to buy their hosting to get the domain name.

I can give you reseller domain name which each domain registration cost 8.00 a year, its an added value to your hosting company to offer domain name too, even you can make more profit from that.

There are plenty for free. You can try geocities which is the most popular, or there is some site that offers your own domain with the ending extension of .tk.

I personally use a cheap webhost called siteocity. It costs $2 a month for an EXCELLENT package.

There are some other sites that redirect your site, like http://freedomain.co.nr/ and http://www.2ya.com You just gotta look.

There are also other sites that will host your site for you free of charge and you'll get a free subdomain. I prefer those. They're really good. There are various sites out there that will host personal sites, fan sites, and heaps more.

At the top of my head here's what I can think of:

Freedomain does not give free domains but redirects as you say. But that’s not a domain, you cant use it to set up email or other functions. I think the OP was looking for a real domain and he probably bought one for cheap.

Always best to get your domain from a company that deals in that. I had a domain that was “free” along with a hosting package. When I wanted to move “my” domain I’d never get a support response from them.

i use a site that gives a free domain with hosting (seanic.net) and as I've become a webhosting reseller myself, I'm not transfering some of the domains I registered through seanic for free, and they're more than happy to help me with the transfer....all they ask is that I let them know why I'm leaving them
