Good ... a lot more needs to be done to protect baby's from being murdered and young children from being mutilated.

I believe allowing children/babies to live in starvation conditions and abuse a major failing of our country. Starvation, malnutrition and abuse lead to the death of quite a few babies and children now. I see multiple news articles about murdered children/babies daily in my news feed.
