I see you are aiming for a PhD in nonsense, with Justatruthseeker as your supervisor

An analysis of more than 70,000 galaxies by University of California, Berkeley, University of Zurich and Princeton University physicists demonstrates that the universe – at least up to a distance of 3.5 billion light years from Earth – plays by the rules set out 95 years ago by Albert Einstein in his General Theory of Relativity. http://news.berkeley.edu/2010/03/10/general_relativity/

By way of comparison, our galaxy is "only" 100,000 light years across, and the diameter of our cluster of galaxies, of which the Milky Way is a part, is 15,000,000 light years, so 3,500,000,000 light years is not exactly local.
The measurements with Standard Instruments are performed locally. If there is non-locality of measurement, then the Instruments are divine ones. But they are not.

Would you care to define what you mean by local, and then justify that definition. Furthermore, given that definition, would you care to explain why measurements are only valid when they are made within that distance?

The size of galaxy, the temperature of Sun core are not measured directly. The measurable things are on Earth: cosmic light comes into telescopes.

You cannot measure the temperature of things on Earth directly. Instead you have to use the physical properties of something like mercury to infer the temperature of its surroundings from its volume.

There are likewise physical properties of the Sun which can be measured directly, such as its diameter and its speed of rotation, and from them the temperature at its core can be infered.

Your spelling really is not what it should be. B-E-E-L-Z-E-B-U-B is how you spell the name of the Philistine deity.
The Philistines believed in the Big Bang, did they?

Sorry if I jump in here, but I think physics might be reaching a natural limit. I quote:

"The issue of testability has been lurking for a decade. String theory and multiverse theory have been criticized in popular books1, 2, 3 and articles, including some by one of us (G.E.)4. In March, theorist Paul Steinhardt wrote5 in this journal that the theory of inflationary cosmology is no longer scientific because it is so flexible that it can accommodate any observational result."

I wonder if the problem can be quantified by for example counting the amount scientific papers quote untestable modells and comparing it over time. Is anyone interested in such a project or perhaps knows which organisation could finance such a test?

It is interesting project, friends, please keep me informed, Yours Joinfree.

I opend an extra discussion as it is not about the limits of science but only about the limits of physics.
