[Quantum X]

Shoshin went over to Bijin, he did some hand signs, it was a forbidden jutsu that only Orochimaru knew, it made it so that people could last two weeks without food or water, but the pain of not eating or drinking would still be there. He finished the jutsu. He suddenly came up with an idea! He created an illousion of Shikamaru entering the part of the old hideout they were in. The reason he was making this illousion was because he remebered how she blushed and looked down when she saw shikamaru, he knew she liked him. he pretended to fight Shikamaru and then catch him with a jutsu that made tree roots capture him.

Shoshin did not release the jutsu. He untied her mouth and said, "Sing or Shikamaru dies!" He put his hand out to the side of himself and made the illousion that Shikamaru started to bleed where the tree roots were. He then had the illousion say something.

"Bijin! Help!" Shoshin smiled wickdly. "SING OR HE DIES!" he repeated a litle louder.

Bijin got herself loose and ran toward Shikamaru. "NO!" She screamed.

Shoshin kicked her away. Shoshin made Shikamaru's mouth start to bleed and his arms and legs turning a little purple, and his breathing become hard and slow. "SING OR HE DIES YARU!" Shoshin said as loud as he said before. He knew it wasn't loud enough to alert the people chasig him in such a big hideout.

 

[cyberwing]

"SHIKAMARU!!!" Bijin screamed his name. "Okay... okay Shoshin... don't hurt him..." Bijin tried to sing but it took several tries for her... finally she did get started.

 

[Quantum X]

Shoshin closed his eyes. Once Shoshin had plenty of chakra, and as much as could be stored in the red jewel, he went over to Bijin. "Now... one more thing... Let me tie you up without struggling, and if you don't i certainitly will kill him." Shoshin made Shikamaru's legs and arms losen a bit. Then Shoshin pretended to summon a half lion half human beast, and have it go to Shikamaru and hold one of it's claws against his throat.

Bijin had not been sending as much chakra... she couldn't... something inhibited the flow from her song. Bijin did fight Shoshin with everything she had and got ahold of a kunai. She raised it to thrust it into her own heart.

Shikamaru heard his name screamed out. His head came up and he began to run toward the sound.

Shoshin grabbed Bijin's arm and twisted it so her arm until she gave in. He tied her up and gagged her. Shoshin looked evilly at her and released the illusion jutsu. "Ha! Fell for it didn't you Yaru?" he smiled evilly and heard some one coming through the hideout.

Rennic followed Shikamaru into the hideout, everyone else right behind them. Shoshin remade the "backpack" and ran. He ran and ran until he was out of the hideout. The sun was bright and stunned him for a moment, but he soon started to move again. Shoshin stopped a little ways away from the hideout and set the exploding tags off. He had set them up most everywhere in case this happened.

The hideout blew up and a cave in started.

A bunch of dust fell in Rennic's hand. "CAVE IN! RUN!" Rennic saw a hidden passageway and ducked into it. Kakashi and the others followed. They were soon out of the hideout, but Shoshin was nowhere to be found.

"Byakugan!" Shoshin looked behind him and saw the group looking for him. They saw his tracks and started to follow, though Shoshin was way ahead. He stopped for air and set Bijin down. He looked at the jewel and once again his face was sad. After a minute or two he started to go again.

Bijin fought Shoshin but to no avail. She saw with horror the exploding tags go off but prayed the others were safe.

 

[Quantum X]

'Considering how much ground i've covered, in about ten days, we'll be at Orochimaru's new hideout!' Shoshin though. He smiled evilly as he jumped off of a branch and onto the next. 'Though I'll be passing through the village hidden in the vines... and if they've heard of Yaru's capture by me they'll be on the lookout... because Naruto, Kiba and the others helped the village hidden in the vines...' Shoshin knew there were ninja there, not to mention the princess herself.

Bijin grinned when she caught a glimpse of Pakkun, Kakashi's companion.

 

[Quantum X]

Pakkun alerted Kakashi about Shoshin. Shoshin saw and had a plan. He drew is sword and cut in half as many trees as he could, but they did not fall. Kakashi knew what Shoshin was doing and stopped. Rennic ran up to Kakashi and ran towards Shoshin. "NO! Rennic don't-"
The trees fell at that instant and dispite Rennic's jutsus to protect himself and escape, He was caught in the fall of the trees and was buried in them. Pakkun sniffed and found Rennic in under several trees and Kakashi used chidori to slice through them. Rennic's left leg was broken, his gold headband had a stratch through it, Rennic's mouth was bleeding, and his right arm was broken, and Rennic's right eyelid would not move.

Shoshin was already near the village hidden in the vines.
An ANBU member appeared and went to Kakashi, she handd him a note. it read, ".... get Bijin away from Shoshin and capture him if possible, I have sent five ANBU members to go with you. If any of you are wounded, Retreat back to the village! i sent another
ANBU memer who will help any wounded party member back to the leaf village... Tsunade-sama."

The other ANBU member got a stretcher and with the help of another ANBU member they headed back to the village. Kakashi knew that if Shoshin got close enough to ORochimaru, though he wouldn't want too, they'd have to retreat.

Bijin began to struggle throwing Shoshin off balance at every opportunity. It was when he paused that she carried out her plan. Bijin slammed her head back forcefully against Shoshin's using her own head as the weapon. She knew it would knock her out too more than likely but if it worked, it would let the others catch up.

 

[Quantum X]

When Bijin hit him he fell off of a branch and smashed through a roof in the village hidden in the vines. He was met by two Shinobi. Shoshin quickly knocked them aside and ran past the small village. He ducked into some trees and ran to the side, using his byakugan. He waited as the other went in the direction he'd been going and turned around.

He was face to face with some one wearing dark clothes, and a dark hood so he could not the person's face. He drew his sword and swung at the person. They dodged it and jumped onto a tree. "How could you?" the person said. Shoshin didn't know who this person was and swung again. The person seemed to be a chunin woman. He kept swinging and attacking her, he managed to cut her on her shoulder and she retreated. Shoshin created an underground oo like he did before and set Bijin down inside it. He sat aginst the dirt wall.
'Aghhhh... i used most all of my chakra on that jutsu to catch the them off guard... the chakra stored in the jewel is gone...' he thought. 'I guess I'll have to have Yaru sing again... but how?' he untied her mouth gag. He sat aginst the wall again as he thought. he kept an eye on Bijinyaru.

"Shoshin... you would be tearing Rei's heart out doing this. How can you treat her memory so badly?" Bijin scolded Shoshin.

 

[Quantum X]

It struck Shoshin. "I don't care... just as long as i can kill her murderers..." he said, though he didn't even believe himself. the next few hours he thought about Bijin's words... the creator of all... everything... he'd killed one of his few friends... Rennic... He realized once again the error of his ways...

He untied Bijin Tears streaming down his face. "Go Bijin... My life is worthless now..." he opened the room's door with a jutsu. the room was mostly rocks and the rocks were falling in a cave in. Shoshin pushed Bijin out of the door as a rock fell on him.

"NINJA ART, TELEPORT JUTSU!" green light headed towards him and he disappeared. He reappeared next to Bijin and the dark clothed figure. The woman's hood was up, and her face revealed. Shoshin was stunned. "R-Rei?!?" Kakashi and Pakkun appeared.

 

[cyberwing]

"You must fight for what Rei believed in... the village... the life of the innocent. That is why we have our skills...to protect others... is this not what you learned?"

Bijin struggled out of the 'hut' in time and stood looking at the others. She blinked.

 

[Quantum X]

"Rei... you died!" Rei smiled. "When we were fihgting a couple of akatsuki members were hiding... they had some one who looked like me... i was sick when we left the village... i thought i was going to die... but when they made the switch my sickness knocked me out. I was captured by akatsuki and tortured, they were trying to make me join them... but i escaped. And the sickness was gone when i was captured..." Rei finished.

After long explanations Kakashi sent a note to Tsunade telling her what happened with the messenger bird of the village hidden in the vines.

Bijin smiled and looked down. Once again she had been completely useless.

 

[Quantum X]

Shoshin explained to them what happened. "Bijin... Kakashi... Shikamaru... Rei... will you forgive me?" he asked them. "Sigh... well now we know what happened... it's troublesome... yes." Shikamaru answered. "Ahh yes... of course..." Kakashi smiled. "But i think we have to figure out what we're going to do here with the roach..." Kakashi started to read his book. "Certainitly Shoshin..." Rei finally said.

 

[cyberwing]

"I will not serve Orochimaru again... I will die first." Bijin said softly where no one could hear her. At least that is what she thought, but someone WAS listening. Someone who remained hidden but watched with intense interest.

She stepped forward and looked at Shoshin with a smile. "I forgive you Shoshin. But if you EVER call me Yaru again I'm going to poke you one!" Bijin made a fist and looked at him over it with a teasing smile.
