Naw, it's just speculation about the edits that are going to be made since Naruto is going to be dubbed, edited, and shown on Toonami this fall. :3 This was just a joke.

I am so very sad about Naruto being dubbed and edited. It will lose its very essence. Why mess with such a great Anime!!!??? And what really worries me is the quality of the dubbing. Nothing worse than watching an anime with bad voice actors.

I agree... that's why I usually end up buying the DVD's and watching it in it's original japanese...
Still... this is going to be like DBZ... TONS of Dvd's... :'(

I don't know. It isn't the same as it was say 15 yrs ago when it came to anime being dubbed. There are good voice actors out there (and they use them) and it's realized that it can be profitable for anime to be kept aimed at an older audience (as opposed to the old way of thinking that anime *had* to be for kids which ment some serious butchering in most animes brought over).

Admitedly I don't care for the changes but it's not going to be nearly as bad as they *could* do it. The most frustrating thing will be the rush of young-ings enter the naruto boards I visit who don't realize that it's an anime and that some of us have been watching it for quite some time already and won't necessarily understand some of the discussions. It's not a bad price to pay for it being readily available here in North America.

I'm not really liking the idea of bringing naruto into North America. I may still watch it just to see the changes they made and the differences from the original. The thing that worries me the most is the voice acting. they better chose good voices for the characters. It all depends on the voice acting, if the voices suck then the show will just suck. No matter what they do i'll still watch naruto, hey i have bittorrent so thats all that matters.

Well.... all the suspense of wondering if America's going to mess up this awesome anime will be put to rest next month... It starts sept. airing in toonami of cartoon network on saturdays.... I just hope they don't make it all kiddy...

If anything they should have used it for Adult Swim. I mean c'mon... people launch thing through people's bodies... UN-CUT PLEASE!!!

haha gosh I HATE one piece, like the voices...I can't even watch it, I mean Al's voice on Full Metal is bad enough, but ugh, at least it's just one person in the show, but everyone in one piece is bad. Was Cardcaptors the one with the tiny little bear with wings that had a bad northern accent? Or am I wrong? Haha if I'm right, the voices wern't that bad.

Well it hasn't ended yet, it's still airing in Japan.. but we're at ep. 148 now I believe.

I HAVE QUESTION!!!!!!!
I know that there are some Naruto games for PS2 in Japan and stuff, and since Naruto the series is coming to America, will the game also? I hope so, it kind of looks like Budokai graphics. o0
