Not necessarily. Did you read the first part of this Fan-Club? If not you should read it. There might be a Chuunin exam. But not now.

But, as soon the other member joined, she was promoted to Genin, and then the next post, she got a Chuunin exam, so obviously there's some special treatment there, but, nevermind, it's not a big deal, being unfair and all.

Ninji, for your information I was going to have a Chuunin exam soon. I wasn't going to do it now for reasons I do not wish to say. But, not I'm not so sure if I even will let you become Chuunin!

I was only pointing it out, because in my past experience, when people have made a club or some such with different ranks, some people have been left out, almost never getting promoted, and I just didn't want that to happen again, seeing as it's normally me. But, I'm sorry, and I'm not trying to rush things, just pointing that out.
