Narrow Road... Again

Ok. This is the third time I've tried to get this up, but not on this forum. So, I'll shoot at it.

By 2020, they became completely and utterly, an Empire, taking parts of Rusia, India, and both Koreas. With that, they stopped, as their emporer died, and left an heir. But his legacy may be an even darker one then just conquest. Peace was made, but only to a point.
By 2040, only 5 years after the war, and China, now The New Chineese Empire, has become completely anti-Christian. Anyone found with this faith in Christ goes 'suddenly and unexpectedly' bankrupt, whether by lack of customers, or stock decline, and then, when no one cares about them or their lives, as it seems, they vanish, as well as many family members, friends, and asociates.
But one group, The Narrow Road, a Christian Rock/Rap Band, comes to China, preaching God's Word, though music. They don't know anyone, and they only have one day of leasure. Then, all they have is one van, their instruments, a few cloths, supplies, and personal belongings, Bibles for the masses, and themselves. But God's hope is stronger then that.

I'm guessing everyone knows all the rules for this sight.

So, lets get the band back together! We start right before the plane leaves for China.

Let's start...

Miles' alarm rang off, then the radio shot on. "Good morning! It's Spirit 105.3 with Scott and Sam! Positive, Kid-friendly music up next. Here is a new one by, "The Narrow Road," from Track10. Their new CD came out, 'Hyper for the Lord', just this week..." He smacked it off, then got up, threw on his cloths slowly, putting his celtic cross on last, then looked at the clock. Still waking up, he took 11:30 as 1:30. Freaking out, he ran out the door, almost tripping and falling down the stares.
"Guys! Get your stuff! The plane leaves for China in 30 minutes!" He grabbed his bag that was next to the door, and had one foot outside when he looked at the Anologue clock. 11:30. "Never mind!" he yelled, running into the kicten to find most everyone was there.

Liam smiled and set his latte on the table, amused by Miles' antics. "Dude. You REALLY need to start getting up earlier, or something." Never mind that Liam had just gotten up an hour earlier than Miles had.

"Ha, ha." Miles said, opening the fridge and grabbing some eggs. "Like you get up any earlier than I do." He noticed Liam had pajamas on top of his bags, with the tag sticking out with his name on them. "Dude. If those are feet-sies, I'm gonna laugh, man."

 

[Lessien]

Liam quickly shoved the pajamas back into his suitcase. "How old do you think I am? Four?" Ugh...Mom was right when she said that if I wore those foot-sie PJs through 7th grade, no one would ever forget it! Miles hasn't.... "At least I don't stay in bed 'til noon then run out the door, thinking that it's 1:00 or something."

*Ella shuffled in in her plaid pajama pants and black tank top, her hair is a ponytail. She yawned and nudged past Miles grabbing the OJ and some cold waffles.* When's we leavin' for China? *Ella asked sleepily*

 

[Lessien]

Liam looked at his watch. "Two hours, twenty-eight minutes, and fourteen seconds until the plane leaves. Nope, make that 10 seconds. 9...8...7..."

Thank you Human Stop Watch. *throws back a glass of juice and catches the waffle popping out of the toaster beforeleaving the kitchen* Time to pack

"Wake up, sleepy head! I packed for you last night... I got bourd!" he defended himself when they gave him a stare that would have turned milk. "I couldn't sleep! I also got some of the stuff you forgot, Liam. I stayed up till 1:00 putting away all our amps and such in the jeep. Left the drums and stuff though. That's for all you."

 

[Lessien]

"Uh...thanks," Liam said. "Maybe you should've gotten to sleep earlier, though..."

"Couldn't. I can't fall asleep till after 12:00 PM. Remember last Summer? I kept everyone up till 4 when we had that sleep-out when they locked us in the Church after the concert?" He cracked five eggs into a pan and put them on the stove to cook.

Ya, I remember *Ella jumped up onto the counter next to Miles* Muchas Gracias bro. Ya know, the good thing about planes, you can go in your pj's

 

[Lessien]

Liam laughed. "Yeah. That was kinda fun, actually...Just hope that doesn't happen in China, though..."

 

[Maxster211]

"Yes, their going to surround the whole country with a twenty-foot high electric fence? Not gonna stop me! Woo-hoo!" Miles jumped up on the counter, tripped over a magizine, and fell on top of Liam, trying to do his Super-man thing that turned into Kryptonite...

 

[Nova Scotian Boy]

Mason came barreling down the stairs. and entered the kitchen "Good Morning everyone, beautiful day isnt it for traveling." Mason suddenly took notice of Miles on the floor. With a big grin he said,

"Miles what a great idea to scrub the floors before we go. You were always keen on clenliness. However im not sure you were aware you dont have to be doing it on your hands and knees, see theres this thing called a mop."

Mason grin evolved into a a huge smile. He reached his hand down to help his older brother up off the floor.

Miles grabbed his bro's hand, pulling himself up. "Ha-ha. You can mop it yourself." He tried to pull Mason down, but he was dragged down too. Him, Liam, and Mason were now all piled up on the floor.
