  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

This is somewhat like "Name The Artist" but it is a bit trickier. First thing, somebody gives lyrics to a certain song (which shouldn't be the chorus..hehe) and then the next poster names the song according the the lyrics. Here is an example:

"Her feelings she hides, her dreams she can't find, shes losing her mind, shes falling behind, she cant find her place, shes losing her faith, shes falling from grace, shes all over the place.."
Name The song...

And then the next user would name it. In this case, the song would be:
"Nobody's Home"

Get it? Okay, I will start:

"Do you know, whose the guy, whose all alone? Do you even care to see he's in pain and misery...." Just a hint: It is by a punk band, so I don't know who will know this song!

I used Google to get this...but here you go:
Mellincolin - Pennybridge Pioneers

"Why can't they understand the way we feel
They just don't trust what they can't explain
I know we're different but deep inside us
We're not that different at all"
