Nala is attractive and this usually shocks everyone on first meeting. When they first meet "The Bat" they expect a cranky old lady. That's not exactly what they find.
Personality – Nala is a gentle sort of person very reserved at first meeting because of all the attempts to capture her by the Govern. Once she gets to know someone though and trusts them, she is outgoing and fun.
Short History – Nala was a happy child growing up. Her parents were humans not gifted with the sage talent much to their relief. When Nala finally manifested talent in her teens, they did everything they could to hide her from the Govern and Orion. She was captured once and Orion was on the way to view her ability but her friends choreographed a successful escape. She has managed to elude them since then. She works with other hidden sages to train new talents.
Talent- Her talent is healing/energy restoration. The people of the Govern call her ‘The Battery’ or ‘The Bat’ for short.
Nala can store energy and feed it to other Sages so that their powers last longer. Or she can restore a badly damaged Sage to the point natural healing can take place. The more she has to give of her energy, the longer she will remain vulnerable and in a weakened condition until she is 're-charged'.
Nala can hold her own with any of the martial arts. She trained extensively with the resistance Sages and they have taught her many defensive tricks. She has been able to avoid the Govern because of this and because she is careful not to over-extend herself unless her comrades are nearby.
