I'm not sure aye, it might, but then it might not... The OliveTree's Bible Study allows you to have two versions side by side, but that's hardly the same thing...

For an interlinear I use: https://www.logos.com/product/31445/reverse-interlinear-of-rsv-new-testament ... I got it for $49.95 on pre-pub. I think it would work on iPad, ask customer service! (You have to add the 1971 RSV.) That's not cheap but if You are asking about the best one that's the one. In the future they will add a feature (on the computer) that You can edit it Yourself - no other software will offer that.
They also have a mediocre (since it's NRSV) Apocrypha, although what's positive about it is that it contains the full text of Sirach (no other English Bible version has that): https://www.logos.com/product/7130/english-greek-reverse-interlinear-of-the-nrsv-apocryphal-texts As You can see from a discussion on CF I was close to buy it for $29.95 on pre-pub, but didn't as I'm poor, and I'm happy about that since I don't regard the translation highly anymore. Hi I need specific instructions/help screen shots regarding various TTS conflicts/problems I have with x2 Android phones the one that has the least problems is Nokia 6 the one that has the most problems is Galaxy S7 SM-G930F Samsung, I want to learn TAGALOG and the Tagalog accent even spoken in English. I have a conflict of accents where British or American overrides the Filipino pronounced English accent on an app called MySword as I have the Premium version it should speak aloud even Bible commentaries in an English/Filipino accent it does this for commentaries on the Nokia 6 but not the Galaxy S7, which starts the chapter in a Filipino accent and then switches to American English, also the Nokia 6 will only speak English version bibles in an English American accent. I also want to hide from the Bible display an exact repeat of the Bible text which is running at the same screen with the text, I do not want this column taking up space repeating was is already written in the Bible verse screens. Is it possible that because Samsung has its own TTS engine option that it does not do the same as Nokia 6 does? Even though I have selected with the radio button Google voices only? I need in depth clear screen shots or easy to follow instructions to fix this please. I know the default output voice should be Tagalog but I don't want all my phone menus to be displaying the Tagalog written language as I am English and not Filipino but i want to learn this language pronunciation for now.
