CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

i have a myspace, i only joined coz my brother had joined and wanted ppl to add as friends.lol. I find it quite superficial...often ppl have 100's of 'friends' listed. I've had soooo many ppl add me! Ive only been on a coupla weeks. But apparently i am still turning up as a 'cool new person' so maybe thats why. I've met a coupla cool ppl to talk to though, so it's not all bad or anything! lol. I am just not on it very much and dont find that it really connects you with people *shrugs*
I guess i'll put my myspace in my profile tho.lol.

Please add me if you want! I've only got 7 friends.
There are many groups and forums on MySpace so maybe that's what people find addictive? I haven't checked out many of them myself but I did find a Christian one that seemed quite interesting.
