The 4 beasts or living creatures symbolizes ALL (4 directions) of the Scriptures which are able to make us wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus. All Scripture is given by “inspiration”….that is, the Breath or Spirit…of God (7 Spirits of God). God breathes into the Scriptures life…making them “living” as He opens them up to our understanding. Their divine interpretation by the Spirit of Truth is profitable toward 4 things: doctrine, reproof, correction, and for instruction into righteousness.

2 Timothy 3:15-17 KJV
(15) And that from a child thou hast known the holy scriptures, which are able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus.
(16) All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:
(17) That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works.

The words of the prophets are full of eyes as they are witnesses of God. The apostles wrote of what they saw as they were before (in front of) the Lord. The eye witness of Abraham and all of the “old testament” saints was behind as they looked forward to His day. They were carried by the Spirit as they wrote the Writings with their hands.

Revelation 4:
(5) And out of the throne proceeded lightnings and thunderings and voices: and there were seven lamps of fire burning before the throne, which are the seven Spirits of God.
(6) And before the throne there was a sea of glass like unto crystal: and in the midst of the throne, and round about the throne, were four beasts full of eyes before and behind.

The first living creature is like a lion which symbolizes that all scripture is profitable toward rebuke or reproof.

The second like a calf….which symbolizes that scripture is profitable toward doctrine…teaching.

The third had a face as a man…..scripture is profitable for instruction toward righteousness. The scriptures are able to make us wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus. Wisdom brightens the face of man and changes the hardness of it. (Ecclesiastes 8:1). We are transformed externally by the inward renewing of our mind. If we clean the inside first, then the outside shall also become (being transformed) clean….but we must have FAITH which is Christ Jesus.

The fourth is like a flying eagle….all scripture is advantageous toward correction.

Revelation 4:
(7) And the first beast was like a lion, and the second beast like a calf, and the third beast had a face as a man, and the fourth beast was like a flying eagle.

The prophets and the apostles (24 elders) are witnesses of Him who sits on the throne and never cease giving their witness even through the times of man’s ignorance ( the “night”). They wrote with their hands (a man’s hand) as the Spirit of Christ that was within them directed . The Spirit carried them as they wrote the Scriptures.

(8) And the four beasts had each of them six wings about him; and they were full of eyes within: and they rest not day and night, saying, Holy, holy, holy, Lord God Almighty, which was, and is, and is to come.
(9) And when those beasts give glory and honour and thanks to him that sat on the throne, who liveth for ever and ever,
(10) The four and twenty elders fall down before him that sat on the throne, and worship him that liveth for ever and ever, and cast their crowns before the throne, saying,
(11) Thou art worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honour and power: for thou hast created all things, and for thy pleasure they are and were created.

Holy men of God spoke as they were “moved”…carried…by the Holy Spirit.

2 Peter 1:21 KJV
(21) For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men of God spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost.

The prophets have inquired and searched diligently…prophesying of the grace that should come unto us. Their witness is full of eyes of the Lord’s grace and they wrote about the coming of His grace with the hand as guided by the Spirit.

1 Peter 1:10-16 KJV
(10) Of which salvation the prophets have enquired and searched diligently, who prophesied of the grace that should come unto you:

They testified BEFOREHAND (eyes behind) of the sufferings of Christ and the glory that should follow. The Spirit of Christ was in them…..full of eyes within.

(11) Searching what, or what manner of time the Spirit of Christ which was in them did signify, when it testified beforehandthe sufferings of Christ, and the glory that should follow.

They did minister these things for us. They are the “angels”…or MESSENGERS… who desire to look into these things. The witness of the biblical saints are the “angels”.

The revelation of Jesus Christ is His disclosure of the Scriptures in Truth. He opens up our minds to the Scriptures so that we can understand them. We are to be “sober” when we hear His disclosure and not be “drunk” in speech with pride, contention and contradiction….vocally opposing what is spoken.

(13) Wherefore gird up the loins of your mind, be sober, and hope to the end for the grace that is to be brought unto you at the revelation of Jesus Christ;
(14) As obedient children, not fashioning yourselves according to the former lusts in your ignorance:

Let the holy be holy still.

(15) But as he which hath called you is holy, so be ye holy in all manner of conversation;
(16) Because it is written, Be ye holy; for I am holy.

The unjust will be unjust toward the revelation of the true sayings of God. But we…those who believe… are to be holy as He is holy towards the disclosure of Jesus Christ.

Revelation 22:11-12 KJV
(11) He that is unjust, let him be unjust still: and he which is filthy, let him be filthy still: and he that is righteous, let him be righteous still: and he that is holy, let him be holy still.

As He hears, He judges….and will give to every man according as his work shall be toward the revealing of the Truth. How will every man respond to the Truth? With a meek spirit or one of wrath and contention?

(12) And, behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to give every man according as his work shall be.

The revelation of Jesus is the opening up of our understanding so that we might understand the Scriptures. We are to remember His command to have love for one another even when though we might disagree with what is spoken.

All things that were written in the law of Moses and in the prophets and in the Psalms are witnesses of Christ…of His suffering and of the glory that should follow. They saw these things from afar.

Luke 24:44-53 KJV
(44) And he said unto them, These are the words which I spake unto you, while I was yet with you, that all things must be fulfilled, which were written in the law of Moses, and in the prophets, and in the psalms, concerning me.
(45) Then opened he their understanding, that they might understand the scriptures,
(46) And said unto them, Thus it is written, and thus it behoved Christ to suffer, and to rise from the dead the third day:
(47) And that repentance and remission of sins should be preached in his name among all nations, beginning at Jerusalem.

The apostles were first hand eyewitnesses of His suffering and resurrection.

(48) And ye are witnesses of these things.
(49) And, behold, I send the promise of my Father upon you: but tarry ye in the city of Jerusalem, until ye be endued with power from on high.
(50) And he led them out as far as to Bethany, and he lifted up his hands, and blessed them.
(51) And it came to pass, while he blessed them, he was parted from them, and carried up into heaven.

The witnesses continually praise and bless God. They worship Him.

(52) And they worshipped him, and returned to Jerusalem with great joy:
(53) And were continually in the temple, praising and blessing God. Amen.

And we are made partakers of the inheritance of the biblical saints in Light as His revelation shall deliver us from the power of darkness….from the ignorance of men who use their flattering tongues to deceive us. The Father delivers us from the power of darkness and translates us into the kingdom of His dear Son.

Colossians 1:12-13 KJV
(12) Giving thanks unto the Father, which hath made us meet to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light:
(13) Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son:

The chariot (which is singular in Hebrew) of God is myriads (“twenty thousand”)…even thousands of CHANGES. The word “angels” here in Psalms 68:17 means “changes”…to alter. It is the Scriptures that are “changed” by the interpretation…the revelation of Christ Jesus.

Psalms 68:17 KJV
(17) The chariots of God are twenty thousand, even thousands of angels: the Lord is among them, as in Sinai, in the holy place.

The Lord comes with …or IN….MYRIADS (ten thousands) of His saints.

Jude 1:14-15 KJV
(14) And Enoch also, the seventh from Adam, prophesied of these, saying, Behold, the Lord cometh with ten thousands of his saints,

How will men respond when He does come with myriads of changes as He opens up the Scriptures to our understanding? His reward is with Him as He shall give to every man according to his works either for or against those changes.

(15) To execute judgment upon all, and to convince all that are ungodly among them of all their ungodly deeds which they have ungodly committed, and of all their hard speeches which ungodly sinners have spoken against him.

The Lord sends His messengers (“angels”) who behold His “face” so that others may hear the Truth and, understand…and convert and be healed….and become a messenger….a fellow laborer.. for Him to others.

Luke 10:1-3 KJV
(1) After these things the Lord appointed other seventy also, and sent them two and two before his face into every city and place, whither he himself would come.
(2) Therefore said he unto them, The harvest truly is great, but the labourers are few: pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he would send forth labourers into his harvest.
(3) Go your ways: behold, I send you forth as lambs among wolves.

Every scribe which is instructed unto the kingdom of heaven is like unto a man that is a householder which shall bring forth out of his treasure things new and old. He shall preach the Word of God in Truth and Spirit to others.

Matthew 13:51-53 KJV
(51) Jesus saith unto them, Have ye understood all these things? They say unto him, Yea, Lord.
(52) Then said he unto them, Therefore every scribe which is instructed unto the kingdom of heaven is like unto a man that is an householder, which bringeth forth out of his treasure things new and old.
(53) And it came to pass, that when Jesus had finished these parables, he departed thence.

Consider the eunuch in Acts 8 who was of great authority under Candace queen of Ethiopians. He had charge of all her treasure.

This symbolizes the person who will hear and receive the preaching of Jesus without contention and evil opposition. He will put away all evil from his mouth to hear the revelation of Jesus Christ. The “eunuch” will be contrite in spirit…receiving the Light of the knowledge of the glory God in the face of Jesus Christ with all humbleness. The eunuch invited Philip to come up and sit with him for he wanted to hear the interpretation of Isaiah. He did not contend with Philip. He did not contradict. He did not oppose what Philip had to say being led by the Spirit.

In receiving the preaching of Jesus and fulfilling all righteousness, the “eunuch” can then be put in charge of the true riches…the true treasure….the mysteries of the kingdom. “Candace” …meaning “pure, white”…is Jerusalem that is above. He can then bring out of the treasure things new and old.

Acts 8:26-40 KJV
(26) And the angel of the Lord spake unto Philip, saying, Arise, and go toward the south unto the way that goeth down from Jerusalem unto Gaza, which is desert.
(27) And he arose and went: and, behold, a man of Ethiopia, an eunuch of great authority under Candace queen of the Ethiopians, who had the charge of all her treasure, and had come to Jerusalem for to worship,

The Ethiopian was reading in Isaiah (but not understanding) in the chariot and the Spirit said to Philip to go join himself to the chariot. “Philip” meaning “fond of horses” joins to the chariot.

(28) Was returning, and sitting in his chariot read Esaias the prophet.
(29) Then the Spirit said unto Philip, Go near, and join thyself to this chariot.

Philip ran to him to instruct him….to guide him to the Truth… preaching Jesus.

(30) And Philip ran thither to him, and heard him read the prophet Esaias, and said, Understandest thou what thou readest?

How can he understand except some man should guide him?

How can one believe in Him who have not heard? How can one hear without a preacher? How shall they preach except they be SENT? Philip was sent by the Spirit to preach to the eunuch. Philip was shown hospitality and not rejection.

(31) And he said, How can I, except some man should guide me? And he desired Philip that he would come up and sit with him.

Jesus was led as a sheep to the slaughter and like a lamb dumb before his shearer he opened not his mouth. Likewise, we are to receive the Truth without opening our mouths to sin. The Ethiopian did not contend with Philip.

(32) The place of the scripture which he read was this, He was led as a sheep to the slaughter; and like a lamb dumb before his shearer, so opened he not his mouth:

We are to mortify our members which are upon the earth…putting away anger, wrath, malice, vilification out of our mouths. Jesus is our example.

(33) In his humiliation his judgment was taken away: and who shall declare his generation? for his life is taken from the earth.
(34) And the eunuch answered Philip, and said, I pray thee, of whom speaketh the prophet this? of himself, or of some other man?
(35) Then Philip opened his mouth, and began at the same scripture, and preached unto him Jesus.
(36) And as they went on their way, they came unto a certain water: and the eunuch said, See, here is water; what doth hinder me to be baptized?

The eunuch believed with all of his heart and confessed that he believed that Jesus Christ is the Son of God.

(37) And Philip said, If thou believest with all thine heart, thou mayest. And he answered and said, I believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God.
(38) And he commanded the chariot to stand still: and they went down both into the water, both Philip and the eunuch; and he baptized him.

And once the Ethiopian fulfilled all righteousness, he did not need a man any longer to teach him…for he had the Spirit to guide him into all truth. Philip was caught away and the eunuch saw him no more.

(39) And when they were come up out of the water, the Spirit of the Lord caught away Philip, that the eunuch saw him no more: and he went on his way rejoicing.
(40) But Philip was found at Azotus: and passing through he preached in all the cities, till he came to Caesarea.

Just as the angel departed from Peter when he was delivered from the prison he was kept in, we shall no longer need any man to teach us once we have been delivered from the power of darkness….from the flattering tongues of men who keep us in their “religious” prisons of envy and strife.

Blessed are those who do His commandments (the greatest two commandments). Peter past the 1st and 2nd ward…..fulfilling the greatest 2 commandments….and the “iron gate” that leads into the city opened to them of its own accord. When then can enter into the “city” to understand the Scriptures so that we may preach to others. Peter passed on through one street….the narrow one that leads to LIFE.

Acts 12:10-15 KJV
(10) When they were past the first and the second ward, they came unto the iron gate that leadeth unto the city; which opened to them of his own accord: and they went out, and passed on through one street; and forthwith the angel departed from him.
(11) And when Peter was come to himself, he said, Now I know of a surety, that the Lord hath sent his angel, and hath delivered me out of the hand of Herod, and from all the expectation of the people of the Jews.
(12) And when he had considered the thing, he came to the house of Mary the mother of John, whose surname was Mark; where many were gathered together praying.

We then may also preach to others Jesus….knocking at the door of the gate of others so to speak. When we preach Jesus…knocking at the door of the gate of others….some will come to “hearken” to what we will say.

(13) And as Peter knocked at the door of the gate, a damsel came to hearken, named Rhoda.

“Rhoda” did not open the gate…the mouth...at the “voice” of Peter…the preaching of Jesus. She was quiet but very glad for what she heard. She did not open her mouth for evil….but kept quiet.

(14) And when she knew Peter's voice, she opened not the gate for gladness, but ran in, and told how Peter stood before the gate.
(15) And they said unto her, Thou art mad. But she constantly affirmed that it was even so. Then said they, It is his angel.

Blessed are they that do His commandments. They will not evilly contend in their pride and wrath (their “drunkenness) against what they will hear….the revelation…the disclosure of Jesus. They that will remember to keep His commandments at the crucial time…at the preaching of Jesus…..shall have the right to the tree of life. they shall have the “iron gate” open upon its own accord as the mysteries of the kingdom shall be given to them.

Revelation 22:14-21 KJV
(14) Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city.

But outside will be those who will be contentious and not obey the Truth.

(15) For without are dogs, and sorcerers, and whoremongers, and murderers, and idolaters, and whosoever loveth and maketh a lie.

The “angel” will be sent to preach to others….to testify these things in the churches. The “angel” of the Lord will come to brighten the dark prisons of man’s religion. Philip is an “angel”….Stephen is an “angel”…Paul is an “angel”….all of the saints of the Bible are the “angels”….messengers of God. And we share in their inheritance by being able to preach the Word of Truth to others.

(16) I Jesus have sent mine angel to testify unto you these things in the churches. I am the root and the offspring of David, and the bright and morning star.

The Eunuch who heard Philip invited him into the chariot. Lot invited the angels to stay at his house. Abraham made a meal for the men of the Lord. Let him that hears say “come”…..being hospitable to “strangers” who are SENT by the Spirit to preach.

(17) And the Spirit and the bride say, Come. And let him that heareth say, Come. And let him that is athirst come. And whosoever will, let him take the water of life freely.

But there is a warning not to be contentious to what will be preached.

(18) For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book:
(19) And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book.
(20) He which testifieth these things saith, Surely I come quickly. Amen. Even so, come, Lord Jesus.
(21) The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen.

The Lord sends His messengers to the churches to testify of the things of God and those who will hear what the Spirit says will do His commandments…..having love for another… not speaking evil of what they will hear them say.

Revelation 22:14-15 KJV
(14) Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city.

Unto those who are without, all these things are done in parables. Their understanding is of what is seen on the surface….the parables of the Scriptures…and not the true sayings of God behind them.

(15) For without are dogs, and sorcerers, and whoremongers, and murderers, and idolaters, and whosoever loveth and maketh a lie.

Unto those who hear the Word and keep it, the mystery of the kingdom of God is given to them.

Mark 4:11-12 KJV
(11) And he said unto them, Unto you it is given to know the mystery of the kingdom of God: but unto them that are without, all these things are done in parables:
(12) That seeing they may see, and not perceive; and hearing they may hear, and not understand; lest at any time they should be converted, and their sins should be forgiven them.

The “cherubim” are the parables of the Bible which keep natural, contentious, religious-sounding men who will not believe in what they will hear outside. Their tongues are the “flaming sword” which turns in every way…being contrary to sound doctrine (having love)….keeping the way of the tree of life.

Genesis 3:24 KJV
(24) So he drove out the man; and he placed at the east of the garden of Eden Cherubims, and a flaming sword which turned every way, to keep the way of the tree of life.

The tongue is a fire….one that is full of poison. It defiles the whole body.

James 3:6 KJV
(6) And the tongue is a fire, a world of iniquity: so is the tongue among our members, that it defileth the whole body, and setteth on fire the course of nature; and it is set on fire of hell.

But a “wholesome”…or HEALING…tongue is a “tree of life”. Those who will not believe in what is preached by the healing tongue of His messengers shall not partake of the “tree of life” for they will speak evil of what is said thereby keeping the way.

Proverbs 15:4 KJV
(4) A wholesome tongue is a tree of life: but perverseness therein is a breach in the spirit.

We can not eat from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil…which is blessing God and cursing men with the same mouth.

James 3:8-16 KJV
(8) But the tongue can no man tame; it is an unruly evil, full of deadly poison.
(9) Therewith bless we God, even the Father; and therewith curse we men, which are made after the similitude of God.

The “tree” of the knowledge of good (blessing) and evil (cursing).

(10) Out of the same mouth proceedeth blessing and cursing. My brethren, these things ought not so to be.
(11) Doth a fountain send forth at the same place sweet water and bitter?
(12) Can the fig tree, my brethren, bear olive berries? either a vine, figs? so can no fountain both yield salt water and fresh.

If we hear the knowledge of the Truth today, let us show that we are wise and endued with knowledge by our good behavior in speaking with meekness….not in contention and pride against what we will hear.

(13) Who is a wise man and endued with knowledge among you? let him shew out of a good conversation his works with meekness of wisdom.

Those who will hear and harbor bitter envying and strife in their hearts will be tempted to speak out against the Truth….being tempted to take the “fruit” of that tree.

(14) But if ye have bitter envying and strife in your hearts, glory not, and lie not against the truth.
(15) This wisdom descendeth not from above, but is earthly, sensual, devilish.
(16) For where envying and strife is, there is confusion and every evil work.

But a man’s belly shall be satisfied with the fruit of his mouth.

Proverbs 18:20-23 KJV
(20) A man's belly shall be satisfied with the fruit of his mouth; and with the increase of his lips shall he be filled.

Death and life are in the “power”..or HAND…of the tongue. What kind of fruit are we reaching out to take ahold of? Choose life and not death.

(21) Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof.

The tongue is the “woman” of the “hidden man of the heart.” The mouth speaks what is in the heart….giving “birth” so to speak to words.

(22) Whoso findeth a wife findeth a good thing, and obtaineth favour of the LORD.

The poor in spirit…poor in breath….will speak meekly toward the preaching of the Truth while the rich will use their “woman” (Babylon) to speak roughly in opposition to it.

(23) The poor useth intreaties; but the rich answereth roughly.

Before destruction, the heart of man is haughty. He will answer a matter (the preaching of the Word of Truth) before he hears it which is folly and shame unto him.

Proverbs 18:12-13 KJV
(12) Before destruction the heart of man is haughty, and before honour is humility.
(13) He that answereth a matter before he heareth it, it is folly and shame unto him.

They shall profess themselves wise….knowing good and evil. They shall see themselves as “gods”…that is, JUDGES (Hebrew: Elohim = judges).

Genesis 3:4-6 KJV
(4) And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die:

They will think that they are doing God “service” for speaking evil of a brother….by “killing” another, you shall not die.

(5) For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil.

They will desire to be seen as wise and succumb to temptation to speak with their tongues out against the preaching of the Truth. The tongue is an unruly, world of evil that defiles the whole body .The tongue gives the mortal body the fruit of death.

(6) And when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, and that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree to be desired to make one wise, she took of the fruit thereof, and did eat, and gave also unto her husband with her; and he did eat.

The breath …the spirit of man…lusts toward envy. He will want to speak out in his pride…his religious pride…. with his parable understanding of things. The natural man finds the spiritual things that he will hear foolishness. He stills wants to see a literal garden of Eden with literal trees. But we can overcome. We can resist the devil…envy….and he will flee from us.

James 4:5-12 KJV
(5) Do ye think that the scripture saith in vain, The spirit that dwelleth in us lusteth to envy?
(6) But he giveth more grace. Wherefore he saith, God resisteth the proud, but giveth grace unto the humble.

We are to submit ourselves to God. He reveals the secret things to us and we are to receive them…loving God with all of our hearts, minds and souls.

(7) Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.
(8) Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to you. Cleanse your hands, ye sinners; and purify your hearts, ye double minded.
(9) Be afflicted, and mourn, and weep: let your laughter be turned to mourning, and your joy to heaviness.

We are to humble ourselves in the “sight” of the Lord….in the revealing of His Truth…the true sayings of God and He shall lift us up. We are to preach the knowledge of the Truth to others.

(10) Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and he shall lift you up.

We are not as “gods”…that is, JUDGES. He that speaks evil of his brother is a judge. He that speaks evil is not one who does the law of Christ: to have love for one another. There is only one Lawgiver.

(11) Speak not evil one of another, brethren. He that speaketh evil of his brother, and judgeth his brother, speaketh evil of the law, and judgeth the law: but if thou judge the law, thou art not a doer of the law, but a judge.
(12) There is one lawgiver, who is able to save and to destroy: who art thou that judgest another?

Religious-sounding men shall hear that their offerings are in vain. They worship God in vain as they teach for doctrines the commandments of men (tillers of the ground). We are not redeemed by their corruptible things. Their wrath will be like Cain’s.

Genesis 4:5-10 KJV
(5) But unto Cain and to his offering he had not respect. And Cain was very wroth, and his countenance fell.
(6) And the LORD said unto Cain, Why art thou wroth? and why is thy countenance fallen?

But they can OVERCOME. Sin lies at the “door” of the mouth….as they will want to speak evil against the Truth and against those who will preach it. But if we do well….by humbling ourselves…having a meek and contrite spirit when we use our words…we shall be accepted.

(7) If thou doest well, shalt thou not be accepted? and if thou doest not well, sin lieth at the door. And unto thee shall be his desire, and thou shalt rule over him.

But some shall speak evil of their brothers….”killing” them with the spear of their tongues. “Cain” = spear. They will not want to hear what Abel has to say about the Scriptures (in the field).

(8) And Cain talked with Abel his brother: and it came to pass, when they were in the field, that Cain rose up against Abel his brother, and slew him.

“Cain” will not remember the covenant…to love his own brother….the doctrine of Christ…the new commandment….the Lord’s supper. They shall not abide in the doctrine of Christ. The “liars” will say that they know God but will not show love to their brothers who will speak to them in Truth.

(9) And the LORD said unto Cain, Where is Abel thy brother? And he said, I know not: Am I my brother's keeper?
(10) And he said, What hast thou done? the voice of thy brother's blood crieth unto me from the ground.

The hidden things shall be revealed….

Mark 4:21-29 KJV
(21) And he said unto them, Is a candle brought to be put under a bushel, or under a bed? and not to be set on a candlestick?
(22) For there is nothing hid, which shall not be manifested; neither was any thing kept secret, but that it should come abroad.
(23) If any man have ears to hear, let him hear.

….and we are to take heed of what we hear. We are to KEEP what we hear….responding with meekness…being humble and receiving the engrafted Word. We are put aside all of the evil that will want to come out of our mouths and humbly receive the Word that is able to save our souls.

(24) And he said unto them, Take heed what ye hear: with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you: and unto you that hear shall more be given.

For he that has….that is, holds fast…what he has heard, shall be given. But those on the outside….the unbelievers of what they will hear, even what they have heard shall be removed out of their hearts. When the gospel is preached, the Word shall not be profit them for it will not be mixed with FAITH in what they will hear…..the revelation of Jesus who opens up the Scriptures to our understanding. They will not receive the love of the Truth.

(25) For he that hath, to him shall be given: and he that hath not, from him shall be taken even that which he hath.
(26) And he said, So is the kingdom of God, as if a man should cast seed into the ground;
(27) And should sleep, and rise night and day, and the seed should spring and grow up, he knoweth not how.

But those who will hear what the Spirit says shall bring forth fruit….peace, love, gentleness, kindness. They shall repent….change their mind from darkness to the Light of the knowledge of God. They shall bring forth fruits of the Spirit.

(28) For the earth bringeth forth fruit of herself; first the blade, then the ear, after that the full corn in the ear.

And when those who will hear have fulfilled all righteousness, immediately He puts in the “sickle”….that is, we then are given Jesus to preach to others. We then can become fellow laborers in the field….harvesting others to be messengers…. “angels” of the Truth.

(29) But when the fruit is brought forth, immediately he putteth in the sickle, because the harvest is come.

Those that will hear the Word and receive it into their hearts shall bring forth fruit……

Mark 4:20 KJV
(20) And these are they which are sown on good ground; such as hear the word, and receive it, and bring forth fruit, some thirtyfold, some sixty, and some an hundred.

We are free to eat of every tree of the Garden. The fruit of the Spirit is all goodness and righteousness and Truth. (Ephesians 5:9).

Genesis 2:16-18 KJV
(16) And the LORD God commanded the man, saying, Of every tree of the garden thou mayest freely eat:

But we are not free to eat of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil…..that is, blessing God and cursing men who we will not agree with (as they will preach the Truth to them) with the SAME MOUTH.

(17) But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die.

The help meet is the tongue (the “woman” of the hidden man of the heart….Christ in us). We are given the ability to preach the Word to others. We preach Jesus to others.

(18) And the LORD God said, It is not good that the man should be alone; I will make him an help meet for him.

We are the “bride”…..the tongue that speaks the words of Jesus….words of spirit and life. We are to hear Him and rejoice greatly because of the bridegroom’s voice. We are to hear and be friends with Him who will speak to us through the tongue of others who we may not know….being “strangers”. Entertain strangers…for they may be the messengers of God.

John 3:29 KJV
(29) He that hath the bride is the bridegroom: but the friend of the bridegroom, which standeth and heareth him, rejoiceth greatly because of the bridegroom's voice: this my joy therefore is fulfilled.

“Strangers” may be speaking the words of Jesus to us today without us knowing….just as the 2 disciples did not recognize Jesus as they walked toward Emmaus.

Luke 24:13-16 KJV
(13) And, behold, two of them went that same day to a village called Emmaus, which was from Jerusalem about threescore furlongs.
(14) And they talked together of all these things which had happened.
(15) And it came to pass, that, while they communed together and reasoned, Jesus himself drew near, and went with them.
(16) But their eyes were holden that they should not know him.

Yet, their hearts burned as He opened up the Scriptures to them…the revelation…the disclosure of Jesus.

Luke 24:32 KJV
(32) And they said one to another, Did not our heart burn within us, while he talked with us by the way, and while he opened to us the scriptures?

Mary Magdalene also did not recognize Jesus.

John 20:14-15 KJV
(14) And when she had thus said, she turned herself back, and saw Jesus standing, and knew not that it was Jesus.

Jesus is the Gardner in paradise. He is the hidden man of the heart…Christ in us….and we are His “bride”…the tongue that speaks His words of spirit and life.

(15) Jesus saith unto her, Woman, why weepest thou? whom seekest thou? She, supposing him to be the gardener, saith unto him, Sir, if thou have borne him hence, tell me where thou hast laid him, and I will take him away.

We are to put away all evil out of our mouths….the “wife” makes herself ready. Ready for what? To preach Jesus to others. We must know His will and prepare ourselves.

Revelation 19:7-15 KJV
(7) Let us be glad and rejoice, and give honour to him: for the marriage of the Lamb is come, and his wife hath made herself ready.
(8) And to her was granted that she should be arrayed in fine linen, clean and white: for the fine linen is the righteousness of saints.

We are to preach the true sayings of God….the marriage supper of the Lamb.

(9) And he saith unto me, Write, Blessed are they which are called unto the marriage supper of the Lamb. And he saith unto me, These are the true sayings of God.

We are to have the testimony of Jesus within us. We speak His testimony to others.

(10) And I fell at his feet to worship him. And he said unto me, See thou do it not: I am thy fellowservant, and of thy brethren that have the testimony of Jesus: worship God: for the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy.

And what comes out of our mouths shall be the Word of God preached in Truth. Heaven opens and everyone will hear His voice in the “air”…the medium that words travel in to our ears…heaven. What will be our response to what will be preached? As He hears, He judges. The Word shall judge us.

(11) And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he doth judge and make war.
(12) His eyes were as a flame of fire, and on his head were many crowns; and he had a name written, that no man knew, but he himself.
(13) And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and his name is called The Word of God.
(14) And the armies which were in heaven followed him upon white horses, clothed in fine linen, white and clean.
(15) And out of his mouth goeth a sharp sword, that with it he should smite the nations: and he shall rule them with a rod of iron: and he treadeth the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God.

He will give us a mouth that the enemies will not be able to resist or gainsay.

Luke 21:15 KJV
(15) For I will give you a mouth and wisdom, which all your adversaries shall not be able to gainsay nor resist.

Stephen…who had a face of an “angel”…..spoke the Word of God that the adversaries could not resist.

Acts 6:10 KJV
(10) And they were not able to resist the wisdom and the spirit by which he spake.

The Lord makes us His messengers….His “angels”. But we must OVERCOME first the urge to speak out in evil against what we hear. We must overcome sin. To the “angel” of the church in Philadelphia…..the church that will show brotherly love toward the preaching of the Truth…..

Revelation 3:7-13 KJV
(7) And to the angel of the church in Philadelphia write; These things saith he that is holy, he that is true, he that hath the key of David, he that openeth, and no man shutteth; and shutteth, and no man openeth;

Their works will be love, peace, kindness toward the “open door”….the mouth that will preach the Word of God. The mouth shall preach to them Jesus….which no man can resist or gainsay. They will have “little strength”….not resisting the Word with contentions, obstinacy, and pride. They will be MEEK. They will not deny….that is, CONTRADICT…His “name”…His authority. They will KEEP His word within them…as they will hear the voice of the bridegroom and rejoice.

(8) I know thy works: behold, I have set before thee an open door, and no man can shut it: for thou hast a little strength, and hast kept my word, and hast not denied my name.
(9) Behold, I will make them of the synagogue of Satan, which say they are Jews, and are not, but do lie; behold, I will make them to come and worship before thy feet, and to know that I have loved thee.
(10) Because thou hast kept the word of my patience, I also will keep thee from the hour of temptation, which shall come upon all the world, to try them that dwell upon the earth.
(11) Behold, I come quickly: hold that fast which thou hast, that no man take thy crown.
(12) Him that overcometh will I make a pillar in the temple of my God, and he shall go no more out: and I will write upon him the name of my God, and the name of the city of my God, which is new Jerusalem, which cometh down out of heaven from my God: and I will write upon him my new name.
(13) He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches.

The 2 disciples who walked toward Emmaus…..which means “hot spring” (which signifies fervent love for one another)…..talked together. They “communed and reasoned”….that is, they were disputing about the things of Jesus. The same thing applies to the churches today as many dispute with one another over Bible interpretations as they “walk” along.

Yet, they did not immediately recognize Jesus as most in the churches will not which are busy disputing with one another over their own private interpretations. The “eyes” of their understanding are “holden” that they should not know Him.

(16) But their eyes were holden that they should not know him.

The 2 disciples thought of Him as a “stranger” as He asked what “manner of communications are these that you have one to another”? Why the fighting and war as you walk and are “sad”….Greek: skuthropos meaning “angry-visaged, sullen”. Jesus will not be recognized at first because they will only see a “stranger” at first. But He will be in the heart of those who will speak His words to their hearing.

Luke 24:17-18 KJV
(17) And he said unto them, What manner of communications are these that ye have one to another, as ye walk, and are sad?
(18) And the one of them, whose name was Cleopas, answering said unto him, Art thou only a stranger in Jerusalem, and hast not known the things which are come to pass there in these days?

Luke 24:25-39 KJV
(25) Then he said unto them, O fools, and slow of heart to believe all that the prophets have spoken:
(26) Ought not Christ to have suffered these things, and to enter into his glory?

Many argue and war with each other over their Bible interpretations. Yet, Jesus settles all interpretive arguments as He opens up the Scriptures to us in this last day.

And beginning at Moses and all the prophets (Jesus comes with all of the “angels”…messengers…which are the writings of all the eyewitnesses of the biblical saints), He expounded unto them in all of the Scriptures the things concerning Himself…the things that were, are and will be . The revelation of Jesus = the expounding of the Scriptures…showing the things that were, are and will be.

(27) And beginning at Moses and all the prophets, he expounded unto them in all the scriptures the things concerning himself.

They drew near unto the “village”….they did NOT argue with Him as He expounded to them the Scriptures. They showed love toward Him by being hospitable. They drew near to the kingdom of God. They “entertained” a “stranger” who spoke to them the words of life and spirit.

(28) And they drew nigh unto the village, whither they went: and he made as though he would have gone further.

They invited Him to “abide with us” . We also are to invite Him into our hearts….keeping the Word that we hear. He shall come into us and “tarry” with us. We are to receive Him and those who are with Him.

(29) But they constrained him, saying, Abide with us: for it is toward evening, and the day is far spent. And he went in to tarry with them.

He will come in to “sup” with us. And we shall know Him by having love for one another…the Lord’s supper.

(30) And it came to pass, as he sat at meat with them, he took bread, and blessed it, and brake, and gave to them.

And once we have fulfilled all righteousness (having fervent love for one another), then we do not need any man to teach us as the Spirit of Truth comes to show us all things. We shall become His messenger to others.

(31) And their eyes were opened, and they knew him; and he vanished out of their sight.
(32) And they said one to another, Did not our heart burn within us, while he talked with us by the way, and while he opened to us the scriptures?

We shall “rise”up …being made alive from being dead in trespasses and sins. We shall return to Jerusalem…which means peace. We shall live in peace with one another and not live in divisions of envy and strife any longer.

(33) And they rose up the same hour, and returned to Jerusalem, and found the eleven gathered together, and them that were with them,

“Simon” which means “hearing” are those who will hear what the Spirit says and will overcome so that they may become an “angel”…a messenger of Him…who has the testimony of Jesus within them.

(34) Saying, The Lord is risen indeed, and hath appeared to Simon.
(35) And they told what things were done in the way, and how he was known of them in breaking of bread.

And as they spoke….preaching Jesus, Jesus Himself stood in the midst of them and says unto them “peace be unto you”….the gospel of peace.

(36) And as they thus spake, Jesus himself stood in the midst of them, and saith unto them, Peace be unto you.
(37) But they were terrified and affrighted, and supposed that they had seen a spirit.
(38) And he said unto them, Why are ye troubled? and why do thoughts arise in your hearts?

WE are His “flesh and bones” and the words that we are to speak to others are of Jesus and not our own. We preach Jesus and not ourselves. We are His “hands and feet”. Jesus Himself is in the “midst” of us who will speak His words of life and spirit to others.

(39) Behold my hands and my feet, that it is I myself: handle me, and see; for a spirit hath not flesh and bones, as ye see me have.

How beautiful are the feet of those who are sent to preach the gospel of peace. Jesus spoke to them saying “peace be unto you” as He stood (feet) in the midst of them. It is the good news of peace.

Romans 10:14-17 KJV
(14) How then shall they call on him in whom they have not believed? and how shall they believe in him of whom they have not heard? and how shall they hear without a preacher?
(15) And how shall they preach, except they be sent? as it is written, How beautiful are the feet of them that preach the gospel of peace, and bring glad tidings of good things!
(16) But they have not all obeyed the gospel. For Esaias saith, Lord, who hath believed our report?
(17) So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.

Where 2 or 3 are gathered together in His name, there is I am the midst of them.

Matthew 18:20 KJV
(20) For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them.

How will Jesus manifest Himself unto us and not the world? By the preaching of “strangers” who are hear what the Spirit of Truth is saying. They preach what they will hear. Will we recognize His voice?

John 14:22-24 KJV
(22) Judas saith unto him, not Iscariot, Lord, how is it that thou wilt manifest thyself unto us, and not unto the world?

If a man love Him, he will KEEP the words that He speaks to him through the Spirit. The Father and the Lamb shall come unto him and make their abode with him.

(23) Jesus answered and said unto him, If a man love me, he will keep my words: and my Father will love him, and we will come unto him, and make our abode with him.
(24) He that loveth me not keepeth not my sayings: and the word which ye hear is not mine, but the Father's which sent me.

The throne of God and of the Lamb is in our hearts as His thoughts and ways are received and our own denied. We are to cast down our own private interpretations and imaginations at the hearing of His disclosure of the Scriptures. We are to GLORIFY Him as we partake of the living water that will flow from those who speak His words of life and spirit.

John 7:37-43 KJV
(37) In the last day, that great day of the feast, Jesus stood and cried, saying, If any man thirst, let him come unto me, and drink.

He that will believe on Him….as He opens up the Scriptures to our understanding (as the Scripture speaks with His interpretation)….shall flow rivers of living water out of the “belly”.

(38) He that believeth on me, as the scripture hath said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water.

The Spirit shall be given to those who will hear and believe….GLORIFYING Him.

(39) (But this spake he of the Spirit, which they that believe on him should receive: for the Holy Ghost was not yet given; because that Jesus was not yet glorified.)

Some will hear and glorify Him….saying this is the Prophet and saying this is the “Christ”…this is the Anointed Word…

(40) Many of the people therefore, when they heard this saying, said, Of a truth this is the Prophet.

….while others shall question and not believe…..

(41) Others said, This is the Christ. But some said, Shall Christ come out of Galilee?
(42) Hath not the scripture said, That Christ cometh of the seed of David, and out of the town of Bethlehem, where David was?

And so there will be a division between the believers and the unbelievers of the churches in this coming time as all will hear. Who will believe the report? The Word will not be profitable in those who will not mix what they will hear with FAITH.

(43) So there was a division among the people because of him.

The Spirit shall preach Jesus….out of our hearts (the throne of God and the Lamb) shall proceed the pure river of the water of life.

Revelation 22:1-7 KJV
(1) And he shewed me a pure river of water of life, clear as crystal, proceeding out of the throne of God and of the Lamb.

Their healing tongue shall be a “tree of life”…….which shall heal those who will hear and believe of death, sorrow and pain. All of Israel shall be saved by the hearing of the Word of Truth as preached by the Spirit…the water of life that shall flow from the heart where the Father and the Lamb are abiding.

(2) In the midst of the street of it, and on either side of the river, was there the tree of life, which bare twelve manner of fruits, and yielded her fruit every month: and the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations.

His servants shall serve Him. They shall preach Jesus and not themselves.

(3) And there shall be no more curse: but the throne of God and of the Lamb shall be in it; and his servants shall serve him:

They shall see His face…as He speaks to them face to face and not in parables and dreams. They will understand the true sayings of God behind the parables of the Scriptures. His “name”…His authority shall be in their foreheads and those who will receive those who are sent by Him….His servants…will be receiving Jesus and the Father who sent them as they speak His words.

(4) And they shall see his face; and his name shall be in their foreheads.

No “night” shall be in their mouths. No deceitful words. No guile shall be found in their mouths. No ignorance shall be found as they will not need the “light” of man to teach them for the Lord God gives them Light. He teaches them Himself through His Spirit of Truth.

(5) And there shall be no night there; and they need no candle, neither light of the sun; for the Lord God giveth them light: and they shall reign for ever and ever.

He will send His messengers to preach the Scriptures (the holy prophets) to others…to His servants who will hear, believe and receive the Spirit of Truth so that they may serve Him also.

(6) And he said unto me, These sayings are faithful and true: and the Lord God of the holy prophets sent his angel to shew unto his servants the things which must shortly be done.
(7) Behold, I come quickly: blessed is he that keepeth the sayings of the prophecy of this book.

We are to hear and KEEP His words. We are to receive them and those who are sent with LOVE. Blessed is the man who shall not listen to the ungodly who will dispute what they will hear. Blessed are those who will not join their company as they will speak evil of the things (sitting in the seat of the scornful) that they will hear.

Psalms 1:1-6 KJV
(1) Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful.

Blessed are those who will do His commandments…showing LOVE to those who will preach the Truth.

(2) But his delight is in the law of the LORD; and in his law doth he meditate day and night.

For he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of living water……

(3) And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not wither; and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper.
(4) The ungodly are not so: but are like the chaff which the wind driveth away.
(5) Therefore the ungodly shall not stand in the judgment, nor sinners in the congregation of the righteous.
(6) For the LORD knoweth the way of the righteous: but the way of the ungodly shall perish.

As potential messengers….or “angels”, we are to overcome first.

We are to overcome the desire to let sin come out of our mouths when we will hear the preaching of the Word of God in Truth. Some will “trodden down” the Truth in their unbelief and the “fowls of the air”…..evil words….come to devour in opposition, contradiction, vilification, etc.

Luke 8:5 KJV
(5) A sower went out to sow his seed: and as he sowed, some fell by the way side; and it was trodden down, and the fowls of the air devoured it.

Being in unbelief, what they will hear shall be taken away out of their hearts….lest they should believe and be saved…..healed of death, sickness, pain and sorrow. They shall die in their sins…continuing to perish away to the grave in their sins.

Luke 8:11-12 KJV
(11) Now the parable is this: The seed is the word of God.
(12) Those by the way side are they that hear; then cometh the devil, and taketh away the word out of their hearts, lest they should believe and be saved.

They shall trodden down under foot the Son of God……

Hebrews 10:29-31 KJV
(29) Of how much sorer punishment, suppose ye, shall he be thought worthy, who hath trodden under foot the Son of God, and hath counted the blood of the covenant, wherewith he was sanctified, an unholy thing, and hath done despite unto the Spirit of grace?
(30) For we know him that hath said, Vengeance belongeth unto me, I will recompense, saith the Lord. And again, The Lord shall judge his people.
(31) It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God.

They will refuse to believe that they are “dead” in trespasses and sins. We are all dead in trespasses and sins…..all of the churches need to repent of their thoughts and ways. If we say we have not sinned, then His Word is not in us. …the Truth is not in us.

1 John 1:6-10 KJV
(6) If we say that we have fellowship with him, and walk in darkness, we lie, and do not the truth:
(7) But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin.
(8) If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us.
(9) If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
(10) If we say that we have not sinned, we make him a liar, and his word is not in us.

The works of religious men do not redeem us…for we are still perishing. The whole of the mortal body, spirit and soul is not being preserved…saved…as many are perishing from off the earth…going to the grave. We are not redeemed by the corruptible things of our church fathers.

Revelation 3:1-6 KJV
(1) And unto the angel of the church in Sardis write; These things saith he that hath the seven Spirits of God, and the seven stars; I know thy works, that thou hast a name that thou livest, and art dead.
(2) Be watchful, and strengthen the things which remain, that are ready to die: for I have not found thy works perfect before God.

Hear and receive and hold fast….and repent….which means to “change the mind”. We are to “watch”…that is, WAKE UP to His righteousness and stop the contradicting of the Word of Truth….saying we are “alive” and without sin. We are perishing because of a lack of knowledge….but the Lord comes to open the Scriptures up to our minds so that we might hear, believe and be converted…and healed of death.

(3) Remember therefore how thou hast received and heard, and hold fast, and repent. If therefore thou shalt not watch, I will come on thee as a thief, and thou shalt not know what hour I will come upon thee.
(4) Thou hast a few names even in Sardis which have not defiled their garments; and they shall walk with me in white: for they are worthy.
(5) He that overcometh, the same shall be clothed in white raiment; and I will not blot out his name out of the book of life, but I will confess his name before my Father, and before his angels.
(6) He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches.

The appearing of our Savior Jesus Christ is to bring this good news: He has abolished death in the here and now for us. We shall not perish away to the grave. He has made death idle to those who will hear and believe….of which things that the preachers of such shall suffer persecution for believing such things.

2 Timothy 1:8-15 KJV
(8) Be not thou therefore ashamed of the testimony of our Lord, nor of me his prisoner: but be thou partaker of the afflictions of the gospel according to the power of God;

We are not saved by our religious works.

(9) Who hath saved us, and called us with an holy calling, not according to our works, but according to his own purpose and grace, which was given us in Christ Jesus before the world began,
(10) But is now made manifest by the appearing of our Saviour Jesus Christ, who hath abolished death, and hath brought life and immortality to light through the gospel:
(11) Whereunto I am appointed a preacher, and an apostle, and a teacher of the Gentiles.
(12) For the which cause I also suffer these things: nevertheless I am not ashamed: for I know whom I have believed, and am persuaded that he is able to keep that which I have committed unto him against that day.

We are to “hold fast” the form of sound words which we have heard in faith and love which is in Christ Jesus.

(13) Hold fast the form of sound words, which thou hast heard of me, in faith and love which is in Christ Jesus.
(14) That good thing which was committed unto thee keep by the Holy Ghost which dwelleth in us.
(15) This thou knowest, that all they which are in Asia be turned away from me; of whom are Phygellus and Hermogenes.

We are to “hold fast” the sound words…the words of health…the words of life and spirit…as we shall hear the Lord’s voice opening up the Scriptures to our understanding and calling us to “repent”…that is, change our minds. We are to disregard our ways and thoughts to receive His in belief of the knowledge of the Truth.

“Sardis” means “red ones”. Will religious-sounding men trodden down the Son of God with their contradictions and evil speaking when they will hear His words? Will they trodden down the Word that they will hear? Will they defile their garments with their works of darkness….evil speaking, vilification…in their pride? They are to WAKE UP and cast away the works of darkness…putting all evil out of their mouths and humbly receive the engrafted Word.

God is patient not wanting any one to perish but come to repentance of the Truth.

(3) Remember therefore how thou hast received and heard, and hold fast, and repent. If therefore thou shalt not watch, I will come on thee as a thief, and thou shalt not know what hour I will come upon thee.

He is long suffering….not wanting any should perish but that ALL should come to repentance.

2 Peter 3:9-11 KJV
(9) The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.

But if we shall not WAKE UP to His righteousness at the hearing of His voice, then He will come upon us as a thief.

(10) But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up.

This is why we should remember what we have heard and HOLD FAST to His sound words and “repent”…change our minds. We are to receive His things in all holy conversation and godliness.

(11) Seeing then that all these things shall be dissolved, what manner of persons ought ye to be in all holy conversation and godliness,

But some shall not defile their garments in Sardis. They shall wash their robes in the blood of the Lamb and make them white. They shall hear and believe and OVERCOME their own thoughts and ways…their own works.

Revelation 3:
(4) Thou hast a few names even in Sardis which have not defiled their garments; and they shall walk with me in white: for they are worthy.

They shall confess that the Word that they will hear is Truth. Jesus is Truth. Jesus is the Word of God. They will not contradict His words of life and spirit.

(5) He that overcometh, the same shall be clothed in white raiment; and I will not blot out his name out of the book of life, but I will confess his name before my Father, and before his angels.
(6) He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches.

Still, there will be others who will hear the Word and IMMEDIATELY receive it with gladness. But they are to OVERCOME as well for they shall be persecuted by their very own church people for believing in what they will hear. Some shall “trip” over the stone because of the persecution that shall arise for the Word’s sake.

Mark 4:16-17 KJV
(16) And these are they likewise which are sown on stony ground; who, when they have heard the word, immediately receive it with gladness;

For soon as persecution arises, they are immediately “offended” …tripping over the Stone.

(17) And have no root in themselves, and so endure but for a time: afterward, when affliction or persecution ariseth for the word's sake, immediately they are offended.

There will be persecution….vilification….”blasphemy” from those who say they love God but will act with hate towards those who will receive the Word immediately with gladness.

Revelation 2:8-11 KJV
(8) And unto the angel of the church in Smyrna write; These things saith the first and the last, which was dead, and is alive;
(9) I know thy works, and tribulation, and poverty, (but thou art rich) and I know the blasphemy of them which say they are Jews, and are not, but are the synagogue of Satan.

We are not to fear those things that we shall suffer…for all who will live godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer persecution. We are to be faithful unto the “death”….that is, follow the example of Jesus who died upon the cross for our sins…our evil speaking. He did not render evil for evil, threat for threat, reviling for being reviled….but endured the cross. He was mute as a sheep led to the slaughter. We also are to be faithful unto the death by not reviling those who will revile us for the Word’s sake. Bless and do not curse those who will curse us because of our belief in the Word.

(10) Fear none of those things which thou shalt suffer: behold, the devil shall cast some of you into prison, that ye may be tried; and ye shall have tribulation ten days: be thou faithful unto death, and I will give thee a crown of life.

The “second death” will be the mouths of those who shall speak evil of us….like a fiery furnace heated 7 times. They shall persecute us and TRY our faith in the Word.

(11) He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; He that overcometh shall not be hurt of the second death.

Our faith shall be tested….as a “fiery trial”….in the Word that we will hear. We shall be tested by the mouths of those who are close to us….our church members…family and friends.

1 Peter 4:12-19 KJV
(12) Beloved, think it not strange concerning the fiery trial which is to try you, as though some strange thing happened unto you:

By suffering such things, we are made partakers of Christ’s sufferings for us upon the cross. We are to be faithful unto the “death”…the death of our Lord and Savior…so that we might share in His glory that shall be revealed.

(13) But rejoice, inasmuch as ye are partakers of Christ's sufferings; that, when his glory shall be revealed, ye may be glad also with exceeding joy.
(14) If ye be reproached for the name of Christ, happy are ye; for the spirit of glory and of God resteth upon you: on their part he is evil spoken of, but on your part he is glorified.

The “second death” ….the fiery trial of persecutions by the mouths of others…shall not hurt as if we do not render evil for their evil. Let us not suffer as an evildoers.

(15) But let none of you suffer as a murderer, or as a thief, or as an evildoer, or as a busybody in other men's matters.
(16) Yet if any man suffer as a Christian, let him not be ashamed; but let him glorify God on this behalf.
(17) For the time is come that judgment must begin at the house of God: and if it first begin at us, what shall the end be of them that obey not the gospel of God?
(18) And if the righteous scarcely be saved, where shall the ungodly and the sinner appear?

We are to be faithful unto the death….suffering according to the will of God…keeping of our souls to Him in well doing in the face of persecutions by our very own.

(19) Wherefore let them that suffer according to the will of God commit the keeping of their souls to him in well doing, as unto a faithful Creator.

Some will receive the Word with joy and will believe for a while….but when the time of temptation comes, they shall fall away. The persecution shall come from our very own for believing in the Word of Truth in this coming time. There will be a temptation to fight evil for evil. There will be temptation to become fearful and shrink back under the pressure.

Luke 8:11-13 KJV
(11) Now the parable is this: The seed is the word of God.
(12) Those by the way side are they that hear; then cometh the devil, and taketh away the word out of their hearts, lest they should believe and be saved.
(13) They on the rock are they, which, when they hear, receive the word with joy; and these have no root, which for a while believe, and in time of temptation fall away.

The persecution shall come from our very own but we are not to be fearful and shrink back….but to OVERCOME so that we might become His messenger of the Truth to others. We are to overcome so that He shall give us the crown of life. If we suffer with Him, we shall also share in His glory.

Revelation 2:10-11 KJV
(10) Fear none of those things which thou shalt suffer: behold, the devil shall cast some of you into prison, that ye may be tried; and ye shall have tribulation ten days: be thou faithful unto death, and I will give thee a crown of life.
(11) He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; He that overcometh shall not be hurt of the second death.

Blessed is the man that will endure the temptation to return evil for evil….or the temptation to shrink back in fear. Our faith in the Word shall be tried….but if we endure with Him, we shall receive the crown of life which the Lord has promised to them that love Him. We shall love His words of life and spirit even though they do not conform to what religious-sounding men have been preaching for many, many years. We shall not glorify religious-sounding men but shall glorify God.

James 1:12 KJV
(12) Blessed is the man that endureth temptation: for when he is tried, he shall receive the crown of life, which the Lord hath promised to them that love him.

He illuminates our minds with His knowledge….as He opens up the Scriptures to our understanding. The “afflictions” shall come from our pastors and fellow church members who will not receive such preaching.

Hebrews 10:32-39 KJV
(32) But call to remembrance the former days, in which, after ye were illuminated, ye endured a great fight of afflictions;

We shall become a “gazingstock” both by reproaches and afflictions by the mouths of others….by unbelieving church people who will speak evil of us as “evil doers” for the Word’s sake …for leaving their company for the Word’s sake. We shall share in the persecutions with other like-minded people who shall suffer the same things.

(33) Partly, whilst ye were made a gazingstock both by reproaches and afflictions; and partly, whilst ye became companions of them that were so used.
(34) For ye had compassion of me in my bonds, and took joyfully the spoiling of your goods, knowing in yourselves that ye have in heaven a better and an enduring substance.

We are not to cast away our confidence…our boldness…. which shall be greatly rewarded. Let us not become fearful and shrink back unto perdition…..shrinking back into the company of those who will persecute us for the Word’ sake. We are to come out from among them and be separate so as not to share in their sins…..their evil speaking of the Truth….and their plagues (their perdition).

(35) Cast not away therefore your confidence, which hath great recompence of reward.
(36) For ye have need of patience, that, after ye have done the will of God, ye might receive the promise.
(37) For yet a little while, and he that shall come will come, and will not tarry.
(38) Now the just shall live by faith: but if any man draw back, my soul shall have no pleasure in him.
(39) But we are not of them who draw back unto perdition; but of them that believe to the saving of the soul.

The persecutors shall be as a roaring lion walking about seeking whom they may devour with their evil, false accusations.

1 Peter 5:8-11 KJV
(8) Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour:

But we are to resist the temptation to fight back with evil words. We are to be steadfast in the faith knowing that others who will hear and believe in His preaching in this coming time shall also suffer the same things. We shall have company in persecutions.

(9) Whom resist stedfast in the faith, knowing that the same afflictions are accomplished in your brethren that are in the world.

But after we have suffered for a while, we shall receive the “crown of Life”….the glory of Christ Jesus.

(10) But the God of all grace, who hath called us unto his eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after that ye have suffered a while, make you perfect, stablish, strengthen, settle you.

Let us not worship the beast (man who is in honor that does not understand shall perish like the beast). Let us not give honor unto man but unto God at the hearing of the Word of Truth.

(11) To him be glory and dominion for ever and ever. Amen.

We shall have tribulation “ten days”. Remember how Daniel was test for 10 days. He ate only “pulse” and drank only water while the other children ate of the portion of the king’s meat and drank his wine.

The word “pulse” means “something sown”….as in sowing to the Spirit. Let us hear the Word and sow unto the Spirit….behaving with love toward those who will preach it. If we sow unto the Spirit, we shall reap life to the age in the here and now. We shall partake of the water of life by hearing and receiving what the Spirit is saying. Why resist the Holy Spirit with words of wrath and opposition? Why eat of the king’s meat and drink his “wine”?

Daniel 1:11-21 KJV
(11) Then said Daniel to Melzar, whom the prince of the eunuchs had set over Daniel, Hananiah, Mishael, and Azariah,
(12) Prove thy servants, I beseech thee, ten days; and let them give us pulse to eat, and water to drink.
(13) Then let our countenances be looked upon before thee, and the countenance of the children that eat of the portion of the king's meat: and as thou seest, deal with thy servants.
(14) So he consented to them in this matter, and proved them ten days.

If we sow to the Spirit (eating “pulse”), the same Spirit shall bring life to our mortal bodies.

(15) And at the end of ten days their countenances appeared fairer and fatter in flesh than all the children which did eat the portion of the king's meat.
(16) Thus Melzar took away the portion of their meat, and the wine that they should drink; and gave them pulse.

Then God shall also give us knowledge and skill in all learning and wisdom. We shall understand all “visions and dreams”….that is, we shall understand the parables of the Scriptures and will be able to instruct others with the Spirit.

(17) As for these four children, God gave them knowledge and skill in all learning and wisdom: and Daniel had understanding in all visions and dreams.

If we suffer with Him, we shall also share in His glory….as we shall stand before the King.

(18) Now at the end of the days that the king had said he should bring them in, then the prince of the eunuchs brought them in before Nebuchadnezzar.
(19) And the king communed with them; and among them all was found none like Daniel, Hananiah, Mishael, and Azariah: therefore stood they before the king.
(20) And in all matters of wisdom and understanding, that the king enquired of them, he found them ten times better than all the magicians and astrologers that were in all his realm.

And we shall “continue”….continue living in the here and now for we that believe shall have “eternal life”….being alive and remaining unto the coming of the Lord unto ALL of this world.

(21) And Daniel continued even unto the first year of king Cyrus.

We are to be strong in the grace that is in Christ Jesus.

2 Timothy 2:1-12 KJV
(1) Thou therefore, my son, be strong in the grace that is in Christ Jesus.
(2) And the things that thou hast heard of me among many witnesses, the same commit thou to faithful men, who shall be able to teach others also.
(3) Thou therefore endure hardness, as a good soldier of Jesus Christ.
(4) No man that warreth entangleth himself with the affairs of this life; that he may please him who hath chosen him to be a soldier.

We are to strive lawfully. We must partake of the fruits of righteousness first…being meek and gentle towards all men…even those who will resist what the Spirit is saying.

(5) And if a man also strive for masteries, yet is he not crowned, except he strive lawfully.
(6) The husbandman that laboureth must be first partaker of the fruits.
(7) Consider what I say; and the Lord give thee understanding in all things.
(8) Remember that Jesus Christ of the seed of David was raised from the dead according to my gospel:
(9) Wherein I suffer trouble, as an evil doer, even unto bonds; but the word of God is not bound.
(10) Therefore I endure all things for the elect's sakes, that they may also obtain the salvation which is in Christ Jesus with eternal glory.

If we suffer with Him, we shall also reign with Him. We are to be dead to sin (being “dead” with Him)…evil speaking….as others shall tempt us with their false accusations and evil speaking.

We shall reign over this world with Him in the coming age. We shall have “eternal life”….living in the here and now unto that coming age.

(11) It is a faithful saying: For if we be dead with him, we shall also live with him:
(12) If we suffer, we shall also reign with him: if we deny him, he also will deny us:

Let us always do the first works….having love toward all men…even those whom we have tried and found them to be liars. We must be first partakers of the fruits of righteousness

Revelation 2:1-7 KJV
(1) Unto the angel of the church of Ephesus write; These things saith he that holdeth the seven stars in his right hand, who walketh in the midst of the seven golden candlesticks;
(2) I know thy works, and thy labour, and thy patience, and how thou canst not bear them which are evil: and thou hast tried them which say they are apostles, and are not, and hast found them liars:
(3) And hast borne, and hast patience, and for my name's sake hast laboured, and hast not fainted.

Let us have love for our enemies. Let us bless when we are cursed by those who are evil….who say they are apostles but are not.

(4) Nevertheless I have somewhat against thee, because thou hast left thy first love.

We MUST remember to do good toward all….even our enemies…or we shall lose our ability to be His witness.

(5) Remember therefore from whence thou art fallen, and repent, and do the first works; or else I will come unto thee quickly, and will remove thy candlestick out of his place, except thou repent.
(6) But this thou hast, that thou hatest the deeds of the Nicolaitans, which I also hate.
(7) He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the tree of life, which is in the midst of the paradise of God.

We are to show love even toward our enemies….even to those who call themselves “apostles”…that is, that they are SENT by God…but are NOT sent by God.

Revelation 2:4-7 KJV
(4) Nevertheless I have somewhat against thee, because thou hast left thy first love.
(5) Remember therefore from whence thou art fallen, and repent, and do the first works; or else I will come unto thee quickly, and will remove thy candlestick out of his place, except thou repent.

We must remember to do the first works…having love towards those who will oppose us. For if we speak with the tongues of men and of messengers (“angels”) and have NOT love, then who is going to listen to us. Our witness is removed….the candlestick is removed out of his place. We become as a “sounding brass” or a “tinkling cymbal”.

1 Corinthians 13:1-9 KJV
(1) Though I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, and have not charity, I am become as sounding brass, or a tinkling cymbal.

Even if we have the gift of prophecy and understand all mysteries and all knowledge and have all faith …..and have NOT LOVE, we are nothing.

(2) And though I have the gift of prophecy, and understand all mysteries, and all knowledge; and though I have all faith, so that I could remove mountains, and have not charity, I am nothing.
(3) And though I bestow all my goods to feed the poor, and though I give my body to be burned, and have not charity, it profiteth me nothing.
(4) Charity suffereth long, and is kind; charity envieth not; charity vaunteth not itself, is not puffed up,
(5) Doth not behave itself unseemly, seeketh not her own, is not easily provoked, thinketh no evil;
(6) Rejoiceth not in iniquity, but rejoiceth in the truth;
(7) Beareth all things, believeth all things, hopeth all things, endureth all things.

Love never fails. If we have not love, then we are nothing….for the other things will be removed and if we do not do the “first works” then what do we have left if we do not have love? God is love.

(8) Charity never faileth: but whether there be prophecies, they shall fail; whether there be tongues, they shall cease; whether there be knowledge, it shall vanish away.
(9) For we know in part, and we prophesy in part.

If we have all of these works and have not love, then we are nothing.

Revelation 2:2-3 KJV
(2) I know thy works, and thy labour, and thy patience, and how thou canst not bear them which are evil: and thou hast tried them which say they are apostles, and are not, and hast found them liars:
(3) And hast borne, and hast patience, and for my name's sake hast laboured, and hast not fainted.

We are to “repent”…change our minds…about vilifying our enemies who may oppose even though we understand all the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven. We must strife “lawfully” with the enemies.

2 Timothy 2:5-7 KJV
(5) And if a man also strive for masteries, yet is he not crowned, except he strive lawfully.

We must…as messengers….as witnesses….as “angels”…. first of all partake of the fruits of the Spirit….LOVE, peace, patience, kindness….

(6) The husbandman that laboureth must be first partaker of the fruits.
(7) Consider what I say; and the Lord give thee understanding in all things.

The servant of the Lord must not strive but be gentle unto ALL men with patience.

2 Timothy 2:24-26 KJV
(24) And the servant of the Lord must not strive; but be gentle unto all men, apt to teach, patient,

We are to instruct with meekness those false apostles and their followers…..who oppose themselves.

(25) In meekness instructing those that oppose themselves; if God peradventure will give them repentance to the acknowledging of the truth;
(26) And that they may recover themselves out of the snare of the devil, who are taken captive by him at his will.

If we can overcome, then He will give to eat of the tree of life. The healing tongue is a tree of life….and we can eat of its fruit if we strive lawfully (with love and gentleness) with our enemies who will not agree with what we say.

Revelation 2:6-7 KJV
(6) But this thou hast, that thou hatest the deeds of the Nicolaitans, which I also hate.
(7) He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the tree of life, which is in the midst of the paradise of God.

The FIRST WORKS: If we give all diligence and add to our faith in the Truth virtue, and to virtue knowledge, and to knowledge temperance, and to temperance patience, and to patience godliness and to godliness brotherly KINDNESS, and to brotherly kindness LOVE…..

2 Peter 1:2-11 KJV
(2) Grace and peace be multiplied unto you through the knowledge of God, and of Jesus our Lord,
(3) According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue:
(4) Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises: that by these ye might be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust.
(5) And beside this, giving all diligence, add to your faith virtue; and to virtue knowledge;
(6) And to knowledge temperance; and to temperance patience; and to patience godliness;
(7) And to godliness brotherly kindness; and to brotherly kindness charity.

…then these things that are in us and ABOUND shall make us neither barren nor UNFRUITFUL in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. He shall give us to eat of the “tree of life”….the healing tongue. We shall be FRUITFUL in our preaching. Our tongues are the “tree of life” as we preach Jesus to others. We preach His words of life and spirit and we are to eat of the fruits of our tongue.

(8) For if these things be in you, and abound, they make you that ye shall neither be barren nor unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ.
(9) But he that lacketh these things is blind, and cannot see afar off, and hath forgotten that he was purged from his old sins.

We shall never “fall” if we do these things….the “first works”. But if we do not, then we FALL.

(10) Wherefore the rather, brethren, give diligence to make your calling and election sure: for if ye do these things, ye shall never fall:
(11) For so an entrance shall be ministered unto you abundantly into the everlasting kingdom of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.

We are to remember from where we have fallen if we lose sight of these things…and we are to repent and DO THE FIRST WORKS so that we may not be barren and unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Revelation 2:5 KJV
(5) Remember therefore from whence thou art fallen, and repent, and do the first works; or else I will come unto thee quickly, and will remove thy candlestick out of his place, except thou repent.

Let no man despise your “youth”…that is, the newness of the things you preach….the “new song”. Be an example of the believers in word, conversation, in LOVE, in spirit, in faith, in purity….and we shall NEVER FALL.

1 Timothy 4:12-16 KJV
(12) Let no man despise thy youth; but be thou an example of the believers, in word, in conversation, in charity, in spirit, in faith, in purity.
(13) Till I come, give attendance to reading, to exhortation, to doctrine.
(14) Neglect not the gift that is in thee, which was given thee by prophecy, with the laying on of the hands of the presbytery.
(15) Meditate upon these things; give thyself wholly to them; that thy profiting may appear to all.
(16) Take heed unto thyself, and unto the doctrine; continue in them: for in doing this thou shalt both save thyself, and them that hear thee.

Let us NOT draw the sword of our tongues and cut off the ear so to speak or our enemies. If we bash those enemies with evil words, then who will listen to us? If we are truly preaching Jesus, then we are not to respond evilly to those who oppose.

Matthew 26:50-52 KJV
(50) And Jesus said unto him, Friend, wherefore art thou come? Then came they, and laid hands on Jesus, and took him.
(51) And, behold, one of them which were with Jesus stretched out his hand, and drew his sword, and struck a servant of the high priest's, and smote off his ear.

We shall perish by the sword of the tongue….

(52) Then said Jesus unto him, Put up again thy sword into his place: for all they that take the sword shall perish with the sword.

The church in Ephesus had this one thing though, they hated the deeds of the Nicolaitans….

Revelation 2:6 KJV
(6) But this thou hast, that thou hatest the deeds of the Nicolaitans, which I also hate.

To be continued…

If we understand all mysteries of the kingdom but have not love, then we are nothing. We must put on the “wedding garment” of the “dinner”. We are to put all evil out of our mouths so that we may preach the “true sayings of God”….the wedding dinner of the Lamb.

Matthew 22:11-14 KJV
(11) And when the king came in to see the guests, he saw there a man which had not on a wedding garment:

If we do not have a “wedding garment”, then we are to be “muzzled”…speechless….so that we may not preach the Word.

(12) And he saith unto him, Friend, how camest thou in hither not having a wedding garment? And he was speechless.
(13) Then said the king to the servants, Bind him hand and foot, and take him away, and cast him into outer darkness; there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.
(14) For many are called, but few are chosen.

The candlestick will be removed out of his place except we repent and do the first works….having love…even for our enemies who shall revile us for what we preach.

Revelation 2:5 KJV
(5) Remember therefore from whence thou art fallen, and repent, and do the first works; or else I will come unto thee quickly, and will remove thy candlestick out of his place, except thou repent.

We are His “wife”…..our tongues are to speak His words of life and spirit to others. But we must first put away all evil out of our mouths. We must be dressed in “fine linen”…which is the righteousness of the saints. Our tongues are to be married to the hidden man of the heart….Christ ….so that we may preach the Word of God in Truth to others.

Revelation 19:7-13 KJV
(7) Let us be glad and rejoice, and give honour to him: for the marriage of the Lamb is come, and his wife hath made herself ready.
(8) And to her was granted that she should be arrayed in fine linen, clean and white: for the fine linen is the righteousness of saints.

The “marriage supper” are those “true sayings of God” that we are to preach to others….feeding them. We will have been fully prepared to preach ….as we have put on Christ Jesus….His righteousness. We are to fulfill all righteousness so that we might preach via the Holy Spirit.

(9) And he saith unto me, Write, Blessed are they which are called unto the marriage supper of the Lamb. And he saith unto me, These are the true sayings of God.

He makes us His messengers…..His “angels”….who have the testimony of Jesus within them.

(10) And I fell at his feet to worship him. And he said unto me, See thou do it not: I am thy fellowservant, and of thy brethren that have the testimony of Jesus: worship God: for the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy.

And the heaven shall open…..in the air where words travel to the ears of others. The Word of God shall come forth out of our mouths and in righteousness He does judge and make war.

It is the Word that shall judge men who shall reject Him and receive not His words.

John 12:47-48 KJV
(47) And if any man hear my words, and believe not, I judge him not: for I came not to judge the world, but to save the world.
(48) He that rejecteth me, and receiveth not my words, hath one that judgeth him: the word that I have spoken, the same shall judge him in the last day.

The deeds of the “Nicolaitans”….which means “victorious over the people”…shall be evil towards the words that will be spoken. They will say that they are “apostles”….that they are sent…but are not. Their doctrine is of hypocrisy. They will love to have the preeminence among the people….loving to be “first”.

3 John 1:9-10 KJV
(9) I wrote unto the church: but Diotrephes, who loveth to have the preeminence among them, receiveth us not.

The deeds of the “Nicolaitans” will be prating against His messengers with malicious words…not receiving the brothers who are truly SENT by the Lord to preach. They will forbid those who will think to receive them and will cast them out of the church.

(10) Wherefore, if I come, I will remember his deeds which he doeth, prating against us with malicious words: and not content therewith, neither doth he himself receive the brethren, and forbiddeth them that would, and casteth them out of the church.

But we are not to follow that which is evil….following their pernicious ways.

(11) Beloved, follow not that which is evil, but that which is good. He that doeth good is of God: but he that doeth evil hath not seen God.

The “Nicolaitans” are victorious over the people….for many suffer them gladly.

2 Corinthians 11:19-21 KJV
(19) For ye suffer fools gladly, seeing ye yourselves are wise.
(20) For ye suffer, if a man bring you into bondage, if a man devour you, if a man take of you, if a man exalt himself, if a man smite you on the face.
(21) I speak as concerning reproach, as though we had been weak. Howbeit whereinsoever any is bold, (I speak foolishly,) I am bold also.
These will be men who shall separate themselves…sensual….having not the Spirit…for they will not put up with what is being said by the Spirit.

Jude 1:18-19 KJV
(18) How that they told you there should be mockers in the last time, who should walk after their own ungodly lusts.
(19) These be they who separate themselves, sensual, having not the Spirit.

Their deeds are those of sowing discord among the brothers. They shall cause divisions and offenses contrary to the doctrine which we have learned….that is, to have love for one another.

Romans 16:17-18 KJV
(17) Now I beseech you, brethren, mark them which cause divisions and offences contrary to the doctrine which ye have learned; and avoid them.

They shall call themselves Christ….that is, the anointed. They shall call themselves “benefactors…those who will exercise their authority over the flock.

No matter what title they give themselves, they will not be serving our Lord Jesus Christ but their own belly as they deceive others with their hypocrisy.

(18) For they that are such serve not our Lord Jesus Christ, but their own belly; and by good words and fair speeches deceive the hearts of the simple.

Let us not give heed to what the super apostles shall be teaching…..

1 Timothy 4:1-5 KJV
(1) Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils;

…for they shall be speaking lies in hypocrisy…..

(2) Speaking lies in hypocrisy; having their conscience seared with a hot iron;

….forbidding us to “marry”…from preaching Jesus…the true sayings of God… and commanding us to abstain from the meat of the Word.

(3) Forbidding to marry, and commanding to abstain from meats, which God hath created to be received with thanksgiving of them which believe and know the truth.
(4) For every creature of God is good, and nothing to be refused, if it be received with thanksgiving:
(5) For it is sanctified by the word of God and prayer.

The Spirit of Truth shall have war in heaven with those who will preach error. The words of Truth shall clash with the spirit of error.

Revelation 12:7-8 KJV
(7) And there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon fought and his angels,
But the spirit of error shall not prevail as people who will hear the Truth shall no longer accept what religious-sounding men have been preaching in error.

(8) And prevailed not; neither was their place found any more in heaven.

Just like Stephen who disputed with those from the synagogue of the Libertines, Cyrenians, and Alexandrians. There was “war in heaven”….as they disputed with Stephen.

Acts 6:8-13 KJV
(8) And Stephen, full of faith and power, did great wonders and miracles among the people.
(9) Then there arose certain of the synagogue, which is called the synagogue of the Libertines, and Cyrenians, and Alexandrians, and of them of Cilicia and of Asia, disputing with Stephen.

But they could not prevail……

(10) And they were not able to resist the wisdom and the spirit by which he spake.
(11) Then they suborned men, which said, We have heard him speak blasphemous words against Moses, and against God.
(12) And they stirred up the people, and the elders, and the scribes, and came upon him, and caught him, and brought him to the council,
(13) And set up false witnesses, which said, This man ceaseth not to speak blasphemous words against this holy place, and the law:

We are not to be unwise in our response to what the Spirit is saying. We are to hear what the Spirit is saying without being “drunk” (in wrath and pride) so to speak in our response toward those who will be preaching what they hear the Spirit of Truth is saying. Understand what the will of the Lord is: GIVE THANKS for what the Spirit says to us instead of being unwise in our opposition….resisting the Spirit.

Ephesians 5:17-20 KJV
(17) Wherefore be ye not unwise, but understanding what the will of the Lord is.

We are to be FILLED with the Spirit…filled by drinking in what is being said by the Spirit…..the living water. Instead of evil rejection (being drunk with the wine of wrath and pride), we are to “drink” in what the Spirit says. We are to hear what the Spirit is saying with our ears….not with our mouths resisting.

(18) And be not drunk with wine, wherein is excess; but be filled with the Spirit;

Our response to what the Spirit is saying is to speak to ourselves with JOY in the heart to the Lord…making joyful melody in the heart.

(19) Speaking to yourselvesin psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord;

Our response should be to give thanks always for all the things we HEAR the Spirit saying who is sent by the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. He should be Lord over our own thoughts and ways so that we change our minds (repent at the hearing of His voice who opens up the Scriptures to our understanding) about the religious things we had once thought and held were true.

(20) Giving thanks always for all things unto God and the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ;

We are the “bride”….the tongue that is to speak His living words. The Bridegroom is Christ within us…and when we speak His words with His Spirit (His Breath), then others may hear His voice and rejoice. The “friend of the Bridegroom” shall hear His voice in the words that will be spoken by “strangers” and will have joy for the things they hear.

John 3:29 KJV
(29) He that hath the bride is the bridegroom: but the friend of the bridegroom, which standeth and heareth him, rejoiceth greatly because of the bridegroom's voice: this my joy therefore is fulfilled.

He sends us as His messengers….His “angel”….to testify….

Revelation 22:16-17 KJV
(16) I Jesus have sent mine angel to testify unto you these things in the churches. I am the root and the offspring of David, and the bright and morning star.

He sends us to speak what the Spirit is saying….inviting others to HEAR what the Spirit is saying. And whosoever will, let him take of the water of life freely (the living words of life and spirit). We are to drink in what is being said….without rejecting it. And those who will respond kindly…. being hospitable to strangers….. will invite them to speak to them : “let him that hear say, come” also. They will entertain the words of a stranger…. “come” speak to me.

(17) And the Spirit and the bride say, Come. And let him that heareth say, Come. And let him that is athirst come. And whosoever will, let him take the water of life freely.

And whoever will do His will (by showing love towards the speakers), shall know of the doctrine whether it be of God or not.

John 7:15-18 KJV
(15) And the Jews marvelled, saying, How knoweth this man letters, having never learned?
(16) Jesus answered them, and said, My doctrine is not mine, but his that sent me.
(17) If any man will do his will, he shall know of the doctrine, whether it be of God, or whether I speak of myself.
(18) He that speaketh of himself seeketh his own glory: but he that seeketh his glory that sent him, the same is true, and no unrighteousness is in him.

Let us not be “drunk with wine” but be filled with what the Spirit is saying…drinking it in. Some shall add their “drunkenness” to thirst….adding their evil words to someone who thirsted for a good response from them. Some shall give the speakers a “cold” drink so to speak….a refreshing response. He that will receive those who are sent shall receive the Lord and the Father who sent them.

Matthew 10:40-42 KJV
(40) He that receiveth you receiveth me, and he that receiveth me receiveth him that sent me.
(41) He that receiveth a prophet in the name of a prophet shall receive a prophet's reward; and he that receiveth a righteous man in the name of a righteous man shall receive a righteous man's reward.
(42) And whosoever shall give to drink unto one of these little ones a cup of cold water only in the name of a disciple, verily I say unto you, he shall in no wise lose his reward.

The Spirit of Truth is the witness of Jesus. We are witnesses of Jesus via the Spirit of Truth that lives in us. We are to speak what we hear the Spirit saying. The Spirit is a witness of Him.

John 15:26-27 KJV
(26) But when the Comforter is come, whom I will send unto you from the Father, even the Spirit of truth, which proceedeth from the Father, he shall testify of me:

We also shall bear witness.

(27) And ye also shall bear witness, because ye have been with me from the beginning.

But not everyone shall hear what the Spirit says….for they shall RESIST the Spirit….just like the unbelieving men did with Stephen in Acts 7. They killed Stephen who was full of the Holy Spirit. They killed the witness of the Spirit through Stephen. They, like their fathers, resisted the Holy Spirit which flowed out of Stephen in the words that he spoke. They…the fathers… also slayed the prophets who were persecuted by religious-sounding men.

Acts 7:51-53 KJV
(51) Ye stiffnecked and uncircumcised in heart and ears, ye do always resist the Holy Ghost: as your fathers did, so do ye.
(52) Which of the prophets have not your fathers persecuted? and they have slain them which shewed before of the coming of the Just One; of whom ye have been now the betrayers and murderers:
(53) Who have received the law by the disposition of angels, and have not kept it.

Not coincidentally, “Antipas”…the faithful witness in Revelation 2….. means “against the fathers”. Who was against the fathers….or rather who were the fathers against….but the Holy Spirit whose witness did they kill by the killing of the prophets who spoke what they heard. When we show no love toward our brothers, then we are not keeping the law of Christ.

Revelation 2:12-13 KJV
(12) And to the angel of the church in Pergamos write; These things saith he which hath the sharp sword with two edges;

Antipas is the faithful “martyr”…or rather, WITNESS. The witness of the Spirit has been slain by many of the fathers who killed all of the prophets they did not agree with and did not want to hear what was being said.

(13) I know thy works, and where thou dwellest, even where Satan's seat is: and thou holdest fast my name, and hast not denied my faith, even in those days wherein Antipas was my faithful martyr, who was slain among you, where Satan dwelleth.

And where is the spot given to Satan to dwell in but in man’s wrath…..which works NOT the righteousness of God.

Ephesians 4:26-27 KJV
(26) Be ye angry, and sin not: let not the sun go down upon your wrath:

Give not a “place” or spot…or dwelling…to the devil in your wrath. For he shall come down into the heart….being full of wrath.

(27) Neither give place to the devil.

When we will hear the Spirit speaking to us, quench it not by railing against the person who speaks….but instead in everything give thanks for what is being said. The will of God in Christ Jesus concerning us is to instead GIVE THANKS for what is said by the Spirit.

1 Thessalonians 5:18-22 KJV
(18) In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.
(19) Quench not the Spirit.

Despise not prophesyings….despise not what is being said.

(20) Despise not prophesyings.
(21) Prove all things; hold fast that which is good.
(22) Abstain from all appearance of evil.

But the men who disputed with Stephen did quench the Spirit….by killing Stephen who spoke as he was full of the Holy Spirit. They despised what he had to say.

Acts 6:9 KJV
(9) Then there arose certain of the synagogue, which is called the synagogue of the Libertines, and Cyrenians, and Alexandrians, and of them of Cilicia and of Asia, disputing with Stephen.

Satan and his messengers will not be able to resist the wisdom and the Spirit by which we speak…..

Acts 6:10-12 KJV
(10) And they were not able to resist the wisdom and the spirit by which he spake.

….and so they will turn to false accusations….

(11) Then they suborned men, which said, We have heard him speak blasphemous words against Moses, and against God.
(12) And they stirred up the people, and the elders, and the scribes, and came upon him, and caught him, and brought him to the council,

Stephen overcame them…..for he did not return evil for their evil as they falsely accused him. He loved not his life unto the death.

Revelation 12:10-11 KJV
(10) And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, Now is come salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of his Christ: for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused them before our God day and night.
(11) And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death.

He was faithful unto the death….he did not speak evil of those who had stoned him. He committed his last breath to the Lord Jesus.

Acts 7:59-60 KJV
(59) And they stoned Stephen, calling upon God, and saying, Lord Jesus, receive my spirit.
(60) And he kneeled down, and cried with a loud voice, Lord, lay not this sin to their charge. And when he had said this, he fell asleep.

They could not resist the wisdom and the Spirit by which Stephen spoke. They prevailed not…and could not win their theological disputing. Their place was no longer found in “heaven”….the air where their disputing took place.

Revelation 12:7-9 KJV
(7) And there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon fought and his angels,
(8) And prevailed not; neither was their place found any more in heaven.

And so the devil was cast out into the earth…..and his messengers were cast out with him.

(9) And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.

The “earth” is the heart. When they heard these things, they were “cut to the heart”…being cast down to the earth…. and they gnashed on him with their teeth. They were full of WRATH and spoke all kinds of evil against him. The devil had come down to the “earth” and “sea”….the hearts and evil thoughts of those who had stoned Stephen. “Sea” = the thoughts of men.

Acts 7:53-56 KJV
(53) Who have received the law by the disposition of angels, and have not kept it.
(54) When they heard these things, they were cut to the heart, and they gnashed on him with their teeth.

Stephen looked stedfastly into heaven and saw the glory of God and Jesus standing on the right hand of God.

(55) But he, being full of the Holy Ghost, looked up stedfastly into heaven, and saw the glory of God, and Jesus standing on the right hand of God,
(56) And said, Behold, I see the heavens opened, and the Son of man standing on the right hand of God.

That is where the “man child” was caught up to……

Revelation 12:5 KJV
(5) And she brought forth a man child, who was to rule all nations with a rod of iron: and her child was caught up unto God, and to his throne.

Stephen looked into the perfect law of liberty and continued therein…..

James 1:25-26 KJV
(25) But whoso looketh into the perfect law of liberty, and continueth therein, he being not a forgetful hearer, but a doer of the work, this man shall be blessed in his deed.

He did bridle his tongue while the men who opposed him did not.

(26) If any man among you seem to be religious, and bridleth not his tongue, but deceiveth his own heart, this man's religion is vain.

Those who will not bridle their tongues deceive their own hearts. Woe to the inhabiters of the earth (the heart) and of the sea….for the devil is come down unto you having great WRATH. The men were full of wrath as they gnashed upon Stephen with their teeth.

Revelation 12:12-17 KJV
(12) Therefore rejoice, ye heavens, and ye that dwell in them. Woe to the inhabiters of the earth and of the sea! for the devil is come down unto you, having great wrath, because he knoweth that he hath but a short time.

The “earth” is the heart where bitter envying and strife reside….where the devil has his dwelling in those who will give place to their wrath at the hearing of the Truth. The devil comes down into the hearts of those who will be full of rage. The “sea” is the sea of thoughts that will be boisterous at the preaching of our Lord Jesus through His messengers and will think things that are contrary to our Lord’s teachings.

Acts 4:24-28 KJV
(24) And when they heard that, they lifted up their voice to God with one accord, and said, Lord, thou art God, which hast made heaven, and earth, and the sea, and all that in them is:

God has made the heaven, and earth and the sea.

God used the “mouth of thy servant David” to SPEAK into our hearing = the heaven. The heathen rage in the heart (the earth) and the people imagine vain things (the sea = the imaginations of men).

(25) Who by the mouth of thy servant David hast said, Why did the heathen rage, and the people imagine vain things?
(26) The kings of the earth stood up, and the rulers were gathered together against the Lord, and against his Christ.

Men will rise up against the holy child (the man child) Jesus because they will not agree with what is said. They will not bridle their tongues.

(27) For of a truth against thy holy child Jesus, whom thou hast anointed, both Herod, and Pontius Pilate, with the Gentiles, and the people of Israel, were gathered together,
(28) For to do whatsoever thy hand and thy counsel determined before to be done.

Men are taken captive by him at his will when they let their wrath get the better of them …when they will not agree with what is spoken by the Spirit of Truth and will become enraged.

2 Timothy 2:24-26 KJV
(24) And the servant of the Lord must not strive; but be gentle unto all men, apt to teach, patient,
(25) In meekness instructing those that oppose themselves; if God peradventure will give them repentance to the acknowledging of the truth;
(26) And that they may recover themselves out of the snare of the devil, who are taken captive by him at his will.

We are to come of Babylon so that we might not be partakers of her sin and receive of her plagues. We are not to keep company with them any longer. “Babylon” is the flattering tongue of religious-sounding men who have become rich in their teachings by employing her to deceive. Many tongues have deceitfully handled the Word of God for their own gain. Their flattering tongues have been used as a cover for their covetousness which is hidden in the hearts of many.

Revelation 18:4-5 KJV
(4) And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues.

But the flattering tongue shall disappear as it gives way to evil speaking in the hearing of the Truth. Their sins….their evil speaking…shall have reached unto heaven as they will speak out of the wrath within their hearts against the things they do not want to hear.

(5) For her sins have reached unto heaven, and God hath remembered her iniquities.

Babylon….the flattering tongue….is used for concealing the abominations hidden in the heart….

Proverbs 26:23-26 KJV
(23) Burning lips and a wicked heart are like a potsherd covered with silver dross.
(24) He that hateth dissembleth with his lips, and layeth up deceit within him;
(25) When he speaketh fair, believe him not: for there are seven abominations in his heart.

Hatred is covered by deceit….for lying lips really hate those who are afflicted by them. But their wickedness shall be shown before the whole congregation….

(26) Whose hatred is covered by deceit, his wickedness shall be shewed before the whole congregation.
(27) Whoso diggeth a pit shall fall therein: and he that rolleth a stone, it will return upon him.
(28) A lying tongue hateth those that are afflicted by it; and a flattering mouth worketh ruin.

….as Babylon shall fall and become the habitations of devils, and the hold of every foul spirit and a cage of every unclean and hateful bird. The flattering mouth shall disappear and be replaced with every evil word , breath and teaching in opposition to the preaching of the Truth. The angel comes down from heaven….we HEAR the Truth with our ears…..and the “earth” ….our HEARTS are enlightened with His glory.

Revelation 18:1-2 KJV
(1) And after these things I saw another angel come down from heaven, having great power; and the earth was lightened with his glory.
(2) And he cried mightily with a strong voice, saying, Babylon the great is fallen, is fallen, and is become the habitation of devils, and the hold of every foul spirit, and a cage of every unclean and hateful bird.

We are to take heed to the Son who will speak to us.

2 Peter 1:16-21 KJV
(16) For we have not followed cunningly devised fables, when we made known unto you the power and coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, but were eyewitnesses of his majesty.
(17) For he received from God the Father honour and glory, when there came such a voice to him from the excellent glory, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.
(18) And this voice which came from heaven we heard, when we were with him in the holy mount.

The Lord opens up the Scriptures to our understanding and we are to take heed to what we hear….as unto a light that shines in a dark place…until the day dawn and the day star arise in our hearts. The voice that comes down from heaven enlightens our hearts with His interpretation of the Scriptures. We are to pay attention to the evidence within our hearts and not harden them.

We are to “take heed”….

(19) We have also a more sure word of prophecy; whereunto ye do well that ye take heed, as unto a light that shineth in a dark place, until the day dawn, and the day star arise in your hearts:
(20) Knowing this first, that no prophecy of the scripture is of any private interpretation.
(21) For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men of God spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost.

We are to “take heed” ….lest there is in any of us an evil heart of unbelief…..

Hebrews 3:12-19 KJV
(12) Take heed, brethren, lest there be in any of you an evil heart of unbelief, in departing from the living God.
(13) But exhort one another daily, while it is called To day; lest any of you be hardened through the deceitfulness of sin.
(14) For we are made partakers of Christ, if we hold the beginning of our confidence stedfast unto the end;

Today, if we hear His voice, we are not to harden our hearts like those who did in the past….

(15) While it is said, To day if ye will hear his voice, harden not your hearts, as in the provocation.

Some, when they heard, did PROVOKE in their unbelief. They did sin…..speaking out in the provocation.

(16) For some, when they had heard, did provoke: howbeit not all that came out of Egypt by Moses.
(17) But with whom was he grieved forty years? was it not with them that had sinned, whose carcases fell in the wilderness?
(18) And to whom sware he that they should not enter into his rest, but to them that believed not?
(19) So we see that they could not enter in because of unbelief.

We are to hear the Son who speaks through His messengers…. “strangers”….that are not immediately recognized as fountains of the flowing waters of the Spirit.

Mark 9:7 KJV
(7) And there was a cloud that overshadowed them: and a voice came out of the cloud, saying, This is my beloved Son: hear him.
We are to hear His voice as He opens up the Scriptures (signified by Moses and Elijah). They appear in glory when He is the interpreter…..and we are to hear Him only.

Luke 9:30-32 KJV
(30) And, behold, there talked with him two men, which were Moses and Elias:
(31) Who appeared in glory, and spake of his decease which he should accomplish at Jerusalem.

We are to awake from our sleep…..as His voice shall awaken us. The Law and the Prophets “stand” with Him.

(32) But Peter and they that were with him were heavy with sleep: and when they were awake, they saw his glory, and the two men that stood with him.

We are to hear His voice and come forth from the “graves” of ignorance…from the darkness of religious-sounding men’s teachings…from the envying and strife that so many are currently living in within their denominations as they strive over who should be accounted the greatest among them and who the betrayer of Jesus is. Who is the correct, “saved” church and who is the wrong one?

John 5:28-31 KJV
(28) Marvel not at this: for the hour is coming, in the which all that are in the graves shall hear his voice,

Some shall HEAR and come forth and do good. They shall receive the Word of Truth with love. They shall entertain “strangers” who will speak to them via the Holy Spirit.

Others will hear and come forth to contradict, oppose and berate those who will speak the Truth. They will not lose their own religious thoughts and ways for His.

(29) And shall come forth; they that have done good, unto the resurrection of life; and they that have done evil, unto the resurrection of damnation.

As He hears, He judges. How will men come forth after they will hear His voice? Will they pursue peace, love, kindness, etc or will they obey their pride, wrath, unrighteousness, and evil thoughts?

(30) I can of mine own self do nothing: as I hear, I judge: and my judgment is just; because I seek not mine own will, but the will of the Father which hath sent me.
(31) If I bear witness of myself, my witness is not true.

The secrets of men’s hearts shall be revealed by the Lord Jesus Christ and they will be judged by God…..good and bad.

Mark 7:21-23 KJV
(21) For from within, out of the heart of men, proceed evil thoughts, adulteries, fornications, murders,
(22) Thefts, covetousness, wickedness, deceit, lasciviousness, an evil eye, blasphemy, pride, foolishness:
(23) All these evil things come from within, and defile the man.

The “dead”…those living in envying and strife and hatred of one another…shall hear the voice of the Son of God. They will hear His Word and believe on Him that sent Him. They that will hear…..in faith…shall LIVE and not come into condemnation.

John 5:24-26 KJV
(24) Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life.

They that hear shall LIVE.

(25) Verily, verily, I say unto you, The hour is coming, and now is, when the dead shall hear the voice of the Son of God: and they that hear shall live.
(26) For as the Father hath life in himself; so hath he given to the Son to have life in himself;

He shall lead us to the living fountains of water…..

Revelation 7:16-17 KJV
(16) They shall hunger no more, neither thirst any more; neither shall the sun light on them, nor any heat.
(17) For the Lamb which is in the midst of the throne shall feed them, and shall lead them unto living fountains of waters: and God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes.

He will open up the rivers in high places and fountains in the midst of the valleys. The “valleys” are the mouths of men that shall speak His living words of life and spirit unto those who are “thirsty”. The hearts shall rejoice…..the “dry land” shall become springs of water.

Isaiah 41:17-18 KJV
(17) When the poor and needy seek water, and there is none, and their tongue faileth for thirst, I the LORD will hear them, I the God of Israel will not forsake them.
(18) I will open rivers in high places, and fountains in the midst of the valleys: I will make the wilderness a pool of water, and the dry land springs of water.

We must lose our “religious” lives…our own thoughts and ways…for His. We are to count all those things as a loss for the excellency of the knowledge of Christ Jesus our Lord as He opens up our understanding to the Scriptures.

Philippians 3:7-9 KJV
(7) But what things were gain to me, those I counted loss for Christ.
(8) Yea doubtless, and I count all things but loss for the excellency of the knowledge of Christ Jesus my Lord: for whom I have suffered the loss of all things, and do count them but dung, that I may win Christ,

We are to BELIEVE in His words….faith in Christ…in the Anointed...

(9) And be found in him, not having mine own righteousness, which is of the law, but that which is through the faith of Christ, the righteousness which is of God by faith:

The Son speaks what He has seen and heard and testifies of those things.

John 3:31-36 KJV
(31) He that cometh from above is above all: he that is of the earth is earthly, and speaketh of the earth: he that cometh from heaven is above all.
(32) And what he hath seen and heard, that he testifieth; and no man receiveth his testimony.

He that receives His testimony has set to his seal that God is true.

(33) He that hath received his testimony hath set to his seal that God is true.

For he whom God has sent speaks the words of God ….and God gives not the Spirit by measure unto Him. Whoever receives those “strangers” who are sent, receives Him and the Father who sent Him.

(34) For he whom God hath sent speaketh the words of God: for God giveth not the Spirit by measure unto him.
(35) The Father loveth the Son, and hath given all things into his hand.

We are to believe on the Son….for His testimony is the words of God.

(36) He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him.

We must be “born again”…that is, born FROM ABOVE. We hear His voice in our ears above. His thoughts and ways are above ours. We must overcome our own hearts and receive what we hear….being born from above. Except a man be born from above….receiving what he hears into his heart…he can not see the kingdom of God.

John 3:3 KJV
(3) Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.

We are to purify our souls…the thoughts and intents of the heart….in obeying the Truth through the Spirit unto unfeigned love of the brothers. We are to hear what the Spirit is saying and not show hatred toward our brothers who will be speaking through that Spirit. We are to keep His commandments…especially at the most crucial time: in the hearing of the Spirit who preaches through us.

1 Peter 1:22-23 KJV
(22) Seeing ye have purified your souls in obeying the truth through the Spirit unto unfeigned love of the brethren, see that ye love one another with a pure heart fervently:
(23) Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth for ever.

His voice descends first into the lower parts of the earth…our hearts. We are not to harden our hearts when we hear His voice.

Ephesians 4:7-10 KJV
(7) But unto every one of us is given grace according to the measure of the gift of Christ.
(8) Wherefore he saith, When he ascended up on high, he led captivity captive, and gave gifts unto men.
(9) (Now that he ascended, what is it but that he also descended first into the lower parts of the earth?

He is to fill all of our hearts, minds and souls.

(10) He that descended is the same also that ascended up far above all heavens, that he might fill all things.)

If we hear and overcome our own thoughts and ways, He gives us gifts for the building of the body of Christ. We shall understand the Scriptures with His Spirit and will be able to preach His knowledge to others….thereby, building us together in love. Denominations shall fall as we will come together in one body, mind and soul in Christ Jesus.

No man can see the kingdom of God without being born from above….hearing and believing what the Spirit says in our ears.

(11) And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers;
(12) For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ:
(13) Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ:
(14) That we henceforth be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive;
(15) But speaking the truth in love, may grow up into him in all things, which is the head, even Christ:

If we hear His voice, we are to open the door and He will come in to us and will sup with us….within our hearts. … JOY!

Revelation 3:20-22 KJV
(20) Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me.
(21) To him that overcometh will I grant to sit with me in my throne, even as I also overcame, and am set down with my Father in his throne.
(22) He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches.

The teachings of man shall pass away. The works of man shall pass away. But His words shall not pass away.

Will we pay attention to His words when we will hear them? Will we be ready to hear and receive them?

Or will our hearts be “overcharged” with envying, strife and the cares of this life so that Day come upon us unawares? Will be “drunk” in our religious pride and wrath….adding evil words to what we hear? Or will we disesteem what we hear because it does not line up with our church fathers teachings? Will we stumble upon the Stone?

Luke 21:33-38 KJV
(33) Heaven and earth shall pass away: but my words shall not pass away.
(34) And take heed to yourselves, lest at any time your hearts be overcharged with surfeiting, and drunkenness, and cares of this life, and so that day come upon you unawares.
(35) For as a snare shall it come on all them that dwell on the face of the whole earth.

We are to “watch”…that is ,wake up and pray always. We are to always speak in meekness so that we may be accounted worthy to escape all the things that shall come to pass and to stand before the Son of man.

(36) Watch ye therefore, and pray always, that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man.

In that Day, we shall find Him teaching in the “temple”. We are His temple….the temple of the body. We shall find Him opening up the Scriptures to our understanding and we are to be watchful for this….no matter if it appears to be through a “stranger”.

(37) And in the day time he was teaching in the temple; and at night he went out, and abode in the mount that is called the mount of Olives.

We are to come to Him “early in the morning”…when the day star arises in our hearts…when the Light shines in a dark place. We are to come to Him to hear His voice….His teaching.

(38) And all the people came early in the morning to him in the temple, for to hear him.

How will men respond to His teaching? He that is unjust, let him be unjust still…..he that is righteous, let him be righteous still….

Revelation 22:10-14 KJV
(10) And he saith unto me, Seal not the sayings of the prophecy of this book: for the time is at hand.
(11) He that is unjust, let him be unjust still: and he which is filthy, let him be filthy still: and he that is righteous, let him be righteous still: and he that is holy, let him be holy still.

His reward is with Him to give every man according as his work shall be in response to His revelation of the knowledge of the Truth. He is the author and finisher of faith.

(12) And, behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to give every man according as his work shall be.
(13) I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, the first and the last.

Blessed are they that do His commandments….at the most crucial time…as He teaches in the “temple”.

(14) Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city.

Let us not add “drunkenness to thirst”….adding words of wrath and pride.

Revelation 22:18-21 KJV
(18) For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book:

Let us not make light of His words also….mocking what is said.

Amen.

Let us not add drunkenness to thirst….as they did to Jesus on the cross. They gave Him sour wine….vinegar.

John 19:28-30 KJV
(28) After this, Jesus knowing that all things were now accomplished, that the scripture might be fulfilled, saith, I thirst.

Our hearts can be a vessel full of wrath and we can speak out in our wrath against the preaching of Jesus….putting it to His “mouth”.

(29) Now there was set a vessel full of vinegar: and they filled a spunge with vinegar, and put it upon hyssop, and put it to his mouth.

After He had received the vinegar, He pronounced “it is finished” . They quenched the Spirit.

(30) When Jesus therefore had received the vinegar, he said, It is finished: and he bowed his head, and gave up the ghost.

If we continue to sin willfully (speaking “vinegar”…speaking evil words…sour wine…adding drunkenness to thirst) after we have received the knowledge of the Truth, then there remains no more sacrifice for sins…evil speaking. “It is finished”. The Spirit will no longer strive with man whose hearts are only continually evil toward the Truth .

Hebrews 10:26-29 KJV
(26) For if we sin wilfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins,

All one has to look forward to then is judgment and fiery indignation….the plagues of Revelation. Their mouths shall be given over to unquenchable wrath which shall devour the adversaries.

(27) But a certain fearful looking for of judgment and fiery indignation, which shall devour the adversaries.
(28) He that despised Moses' law died without mercy under two or three witnesses:
(29) Of how much sorer punishment, suppose ye, shall he be thought worthy, who hath trodden under foot the Son of God, and hath counted the blood of the covenant, wherewith he was sanctified, an unholy thing, and hath done despite unto the Spirit of grace?

We are to “hold fast” to what we will hear the Holy Spirit saying. If we hear His voice today, then we are not to harden our hearts against what is said but receive it humbly with joy.

Hebrews 3:7-19 KJV
(7) Wherefore (as the Holy Ghost saith, To day if ye will hear his voice,
(8) Harden not your hearts, as in the provocation, in the day of temptation in the wilderness:
(9) When your fathers tempted me, proved me, and saw my works forty years.
(10) Wherefore I was grieved with that generation, and said, They do alway err in their heart; and they have not known my ways.
(11) So I sware in my wrath, They shall not enter into my rest.)

Some will hear His voice and not believe in what the Spirit is saying….and will depart from the living God.

(12) Take heed, brethren, lest there be in any of you an evil heart of unbelief, in departing from the living God.

God is love….and so they depart from His commandment to have love for others as they will totally disagree with what they hear and will despise others. The deceitfulness of sin….evil speaking…hardens the heart. We are to “exhort” one another daily….call near….especially those who will preach the Truth to them.

(13) But exhort one another daily, while it is called To day; lest any of you be hardened through the deceitfulness of sin.
(14) For we are made partakers of Christ, if we hold the beginning of our confidence stedfast unto the end;
(15) While it is said, To day if ye will hear his voice, harden not your hearts, as in the provocation.

Some will not encourage…..not exhort…as they will hear and provoke in their unbelief.

And those who will receive the brothers who will preach the Word of Truth to them shall be persecuted for doing so….and will be cast out of their churches by those who love to have the preeminence among them.

Their faith shall be tried by their very own. It shall be tried with “fire”….the mouths of those who will speak evil of them….as they will falsely accuse them as being “evil doers”. But blessed are those who will be reviled by men and cast out of their assemblies for the Word’s sake.

1 Peter 1:6-23 KJV
(6) Wherein ye greatly rejoice, though now for a season, if need be, ye are in heaviness through manifold temptations:
(7) That the trial of your faith, being much more precious than of gold that perisheth, though it be tried with fire, might be found unto praise and honour and glory at the appearing of Jesus Christ:
(8) Whom having not seen, ye love; in whom, though now ye see him not, yet believing, ye rejoice with joy unspeakable and full of glory:
(9) Receiving the end of your faith, even the salvation of your souls.
(10) Of which salvation the prophets have enquired and searched diligently, who prophesied of the grace that should come unto you:
(11) Searching what, or what manner of time the Spirit of Christ which was in them did signify, when it testified beforehand the sufferings of Christ, and the glory that should follow.

The brothers come to preach the Scripture of Truth. They come to preach the good news unto us with the Holy Spirit sent from heaven.

(12) Unto whom it was revealed, that not unto themselves, but unto us they did minister the things, which are now reported unto you by them that have preached the gospel unto you with the Holy Ghost sent down from heaven; which things the angels desire to look into.

The Lord opens up the Scriptures to our understanding.

(13) Wherefore gird up the loins of your mind, be sober, and hope to the end for the grace that is to be brought unto you at the revelation of Jesus Christ;

And we are to be obedient children….not fashioning ourselves according to the former lusts in our ignorance of the knowledge of the Truth. We fought and war with each other….striving in denominations over who is accounted the greatest. We are to put all those things…..all of the envy and strife…. away at the hearing of the Word of Truth.

(14) As obedient children, not fashioning yourselves according to the former lusts in your ignorance:

We are to be “like God”…..being holy as He is.

“Michael” means “who is like God?” That is the question that the Spirit of Truth asks us today when we shall hear His voice. Who shall be holy as He is holy in the hearing of His voice? Those who are holy, let him be holy still. Those who are righteous, let him be righteous still. Will we be obedient children or will we be disobedient and respond in wrath?

(15) But as he which hath called you is holy, so be ye holy in all manner of conversation;
(16) Because it is written, Be ye holy; for I am holy.
(17) And if ye call on the Father, who without respect of persons judgeth according to every man's work, pass the time of your sojourning here in fear:

We are not redeemed by the corruptible things of our church fathers. This is where many must overcome. Men have worshipped Him in vain teaching for doctrines the commandments of men that have only brought envying, strife, divisions and hatred of one another. They put aside His commandment to have love for one another in order to keep their traditions of men.

These things are the “tilling of the ground”….where the offerings of men have not respect from God. They shall become very angry just like Cain who found out the same. But they must OVERCOME because sin…evil speaking…will lie at the door of their mouths. If they respond well….doing well, they shall be accepted. TODAY is the day of salvation from these things.

(18) Forasmuch as ye know that ye were not redeemed with corruptible things, as silver and gold, from your vain conversation received by tradition from your fathers;

We are to respond in LOVE. Christ died for us….and we are to keep this in remembrance and have love for those who will preach the Truth by the Spirit and loving what is said. We are not to count the blood of the covenant as an unholy thing by casting aside the new commandment (to have love for one another) as a common thing.

(19) But with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot:
(20) Who verily was foreordained before the foundation of the world, but was manifest in these last times for you,
(21) Who by him do believe in God, that raised him up from the dead, and gave him glory; that your faith and hope might be in God.

We are to obey the Truth through the Spirit and have unfeigned love of those who will speak the Truth and have love for one another…..putting aside all of the denominational envying and strife.

The Lord shows us what is noted in the Scripture of Truth. “Michael”…meaning “who is like God?”… is the Spirit of Truth. Who will be like God (being holy as He is) in the hearing of the Scripture of Truth as preached by the Spirit of Truth? Who will hold fast the things that they will hear?

Daniel 10:21 KJV
(21) But I will shew thee that which is noted in the scripture of truth: and there is none that holdeth with me in these things, but Michael your prince.

“Michael”….the Spirit of Truth….shall show us what is noted in the Scripture of Truth….for he shall speak whatsoever he will hear the Lord saying.

John 16:12-15 KJV
(12) I have yet many things to say unto you, but ye cannot bear them now.
(13) Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come.
(14) He shall glorify me: for he shall receive of mine, and shall shew it unto you.
(15) All things that the Father hath are mine: therefore said I, that he shall take of mine, and shall shew it unto you.

Revelation 2:29 KJV
(29) He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches.

The time of trouble comes when those who will receive what the Spirit is saying will be persecuted by those who will not hear and receive. Those born of the Spirit shall be persecuted by those born of the flesh. All those who live godly in Christ Jesus shall be persecuted.

Daniel 12:1-4 KJV
(1) And at that time shall Michael stand up, the great prince which standeth for the children of thy people: and there shall be a time of trouble, such as never was since there was a nation even to that same time: and at that time thy people shall be delivered, every one that shall be found written in the book.

Many of them that sleep in the dust of the earth shall awake. This is not literal. The knowledge of our Lord as spoken by the Spirit shall awaken many to His righteousness….responding with love toward what they will hear and will put aside all of the evil. They shall awaken out of the dust of man’s teachings of darkness. Some shall awaken to stand up in their pride and wrath and will speak evil of what they will hear the Spirit saying.

(2) And many of them that sleep in the dust of the earth shall awake, some to everlasting life, and some to shame and everlasting contempt.
(3) And they that be wise shall shine as the brightness of the firmament; and they that turn many to righteousness as the stars for ever and ever.
(4) But thou, O Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book, even to the time of the end: many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall be increased.

Michael is the “great prince”….the Spirit of Truth…who stands upon the children of the people. We are to be LED by the Spirit. Those who are LED by the Spirit (the great prince), shall be the SONS of God.

Romans 8:14-22 KJV
(14) For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God.

The Spirit shall itself bear witness with our spirit that we are the CHILDREN of God. Michael stands upon the children.

(15) For ye have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear; but ye have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, Father.
(16) The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God:

There shall be a “time of trouble” as we will suffer with Him as those we once fellowshipped with shall persecute us for receiving what the Spirit says.

(17) And if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ; if so be that we suffer with him, that we may be also glorified together.

The wise shall shine as the brightness of the firmament. The sufferings shall not be nothing compared with the glory that shall be revealed in us.

(18) For I reckon that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us.

They that will turn many to His righteousness shall SHINE as the stars. The whole creation waits for the manifestation of the Sons of God…..who are led by the Spirit of Truth (Michael, the great prince) who stands upon the children….the children of God.

(19) For the earnest expectation of the creature waiteth for the manifestation of the sons of God.
(20) For the creature was made subject to vanity, not willingly, but by reason of him who hath subjected the same in hope,
(21) Because the creature itself also shall be delivered from the bondage of corruption into the glorious liberty of the children of God.
(22) For we know that the whole creation groaneth and travaileth in pain together until now.

God is love. They that know God shall hear what the Spirit is saying…being of the Spirit of Truth. Those that will not hear are not of God…being of the spirit of error…and will respond with wrath. Who is like God? Who will respond with love at the hearing of the Spirit?

1 John 4:4-8 KJV
(4) Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world.
(5) They are of the world: therefore speak they of the world, and the world heareth them.
(6) We are of God: he that knoweth God heareth us; he that is not of God heareth not us. Hereby know we the spirit of truth, and the spirit of error.
(7) Beloved, let us love one another: for love is of God; and every one that loveth is born of God, and knoweth God.
(8) He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love.

We are to hear the Word of the good news and BELIEVE.

Acts 15:7-9 KJV
(7) And when there had been much disputing, Peter rose up, and said unto them, Men and brethren, ye know how that a good while ago God made choice among us, that the Gentiles by my mouth should hear the word of the gospel, and believe.

The Spirit bears witness to our spirit. This witness is within our hearts when one hears the preaching of the Spirit.

(8) And God, which knoweth the hearts, bare them witness, giving them the Holy Ghost, even as he did unto us;

Our hearts are purified by FAITH in what we hear with our ears. We (Jew and Gentile) are to hear what the Spirit is saying….believing it…for the knowledge of the Truth does not conform to the current teachings and ways of religious-sounding men.

(9) And put no difference between us and them, purifying their hearts by faith.

The “beginning of miracles” is JOY within the heart when we shall hear the voice of the “Bridgroom” who comes to speak to us.

When there is “no wine”, there is no JOY. There is no real joy in the envying and strife of denominations who judge each other over who the betrayer of Jesus is and strive over who is accounted the greatest among them.

John 2:1-11 KJV
(1) And the third day there was a marriage in Cana of Galilee; and the mother of Jesus was there:
(2) And both Jesus was called, and his disciples, to the marriage.
(3) And when they wanted wine, the mother of Jesus saith unto him, They have no wine.
(4) Jesus saith unto her, Woman, what have I to do with thee? mine hour is not yet come.

We are to do whatever He says to do. We are His servants who are to speak His words to others so that they might be saved….delivered from the erroneous ways and thoughts and teachings of men….the tares.

(5) His mother saith unto the servants, Whatsoever he saith unto you, do it.

The “six waterpots of stone” are the hearts of men. 6 = the number for man.

There is NO difference between the purifying of the Jews and the Gentiles (Acts 15:9). All of men’s hearts (the 6 waterpots) are purified by FAITH (waterpots of “stone”) in the hearing of what the Spirit says (the “water” of life). We are to receive the preaching of those who speak what the Spirit is saying within our hearts. The “two or three firkins” speaks of the WITNESS of the Spirit within our hearts.

(6) And there were set there six waterpots of stone, after the manner of the purifying of the Jews, containing two or three firkins apiece.

As servants of our Lord, we are to preach His words of life and spirit…filling up the hearts of men who will hear what the Spirit says.

(7) Jesus saith unto them, Fill the waterpots with water. And they filled them up to the brim.

The “water” of the Word shall be made “wine”…that is JOY within the hearts who will hear what the Spirit says. This is the evidence within our hearts….JOY. The beginning of the miracles of Jesus is joy within our hearts.

(8) And he saith unto them, Draw out now, and bear unto the governor of the feast. And they bare it.

The “governor of the feast” is the mouth of the believing hearer that calls upon the Lord (the “Bridegroom”).

(9) When the ruler of the feast had tasted the water that was made wine, and knew not whence it was: (but the servants which drew the water knew;) the governor of the feast called the bridegroom,

With the mouth we praise the Lord for His doings. We manifest forth His glory to others.

(10) And saith unto him, Every man at the beginning doth set forth good wine; and when men have well drunk, then that which is worse: but thou hast kept the good wine until now.

Cana is the reed of the tongue. Galilee = repentance…changing the mind….reversing the direction of our thoughts and ways.

(11) This beginning of miracles did Jesus in Cana of Galilee, and manifested forth his glory; and his disciples believed on him.

With JOY shall we draw water out of the wells of salvation…..

Isaiah 12:2-4 KJV
(2) Behold, God is my salvation; I will trust, and not be afraid: for the LORD JEHOVAH is my strength and my song; he also is become my salvation.
(3) Therefore with joy shall ye draw water out of the wells of salvation.

The “governor” of the feast ….the mouth….calls upon the Lord….the Bridegroom. With the mouth, we praise of our Lord…..declare His doings among the people, and making mention that His name is exalted. We manifest His glory to others. His name….His authority ….is over our own earthly thoughts and ways.

(4) And in that day shall ye say, Praise the LORD, call upon his name, declare his doings among the people, make mention that his name is exalted.

With the heart (6 waterpots) man believes unto righteousness and with the mouth (the governor of the feast) confession is made unto salvation. The “water” is drawn out with the mouth unto salvation.

Romans 10:8-17 KJV
(8) But what saith it? The word is nigh thee, even in thy mouth, and in thy heart: that is, the word of faith, which we preach;
(9) That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.
(10) For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
(11) For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed.

We are to call upon the “Bridegroom” and be saved. We are call upon the name of the Lord….His authority.

(12) For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek: for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him.
(13) For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.

How can they call on Him in whom they have not believed? How shall we believe in Him without hearing? How shall we hear without those who are sent by Him to preach the gospel of peace and bring glad tidings of good things?

The servants are to fill up the waterpots or hearts with “water” to the brim of those who will hear what the Spirit says.

There is no difference between Jew and Gentile…as our hearts are purified by FAITH.

John 3:25-29 KJV
(25) Then there arose a question between some of John's disciples and the Jews about purifying.
(26) And they came unto John, and said unto him, Rabbi, he that was with thee beyond Jordan, to whom thou barest witness, behold, the same baptizeth, and all men come to him.
(27) John answered and said, A man can receive nothing, except it be given him from heaven.
(28) Ye yourselves bear me witness, that I said, I am not the Christ, but that I am sent before him.

The Lord baptizes us with the Spirit…His Breath…that speaks the Word of God to others ears. The “bride” is the tongue that speaks the Bridegroom’s words of life and spirit. Christ is the hidden man of the heart….Christ in us. The “water” of the Word…..the living water…shall produce JOY within the hearts of those who will hear and believe…the beginning of the miracles of Jesus.

(29) He that hath the bride is the bridegroom: but the friend of the bridegroom, which standeth and heareth him, rejoiceth greatly because of the bridegroom's voice: this my joy therefore is fulfilled.

He must INCREASE and we must DECREASE. His thoughts and ways are higher than ours. We must decrease our own private interpretations for His.

(30) He must increase, but I must decrease.

His thoughts and ways are higher than ours. The earthly speak with their earthly understandings. We must be born from above…what we hear with our ears….which is above our own hearts.

(31) He that cometh from above is above all: he that is of the earth is earthly, and speaketh of the earth: he that cometh from heaven is above all.
(32) And what he hath seen and heard, that he testifieth; and no man receiveth his testimony.

He that receives His testimony has set to his seal that God is true…..while earthly men know not the Scriptures in their outward parable understanding.

(33) He that hath received his testimony hath set to his seal that God is true.
(34) For he whom God hath sent speaketh the words of God: for God giveth not the Spirit by measure unto him.
(35) The Father loveth the Son, and hath given all things into his hand.
(36) He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him.

All imaginations of men are to be cast down and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God (as preached by the Spirit) is also to be cast down. Every thought is to be brought into the obedience of Christ.

2 Corinthians 10:4-6 KJV
(4) (For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;)
(5) Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ;
(6) And having in a readiness to revenge all disobedience, when your obedience is fulfilled.

We are to hear the Word and receive it with JOY….and overcome our own thoughts and ways….or the thoughts and ways of others who lead us astray.

Matthew 13:20 KJV
(20) But he that received the seed into stony places, the same is he that heareth the word, and anon with joy receiveth it;

The doctrine drops as the rain….and we are to drink it in. The ears are to hear and the heart also.

Deuteronomy 32:1-4 KJV
(1) Give ear, O ye heavens, and I will speak; and hear, O earth, the words of my mouth.
(2) My doctrine shall drop as the rain, my speech shall distil as the dew, as the small rain upon the tender herb, and as the showers upon the grass:
(3) Because I will publish the name of the LORD: ascribe ye greatness unto our God.
(4) He is the Rock, his work is perfect: for all his ways are judgment: a God of truth and without iniquity, just and right is he.

The good earth….an honest and good heart….shall hear the Word and KEEP it and bring forth fruit with patience.

Luke 8:15 KJV
(15) But that on the good ground are they, which in an honest and good heart, having heard the word, keep it, and bring forth fruit with patience.

Many are to overcome their own thoughts and ways when they will hear the knowledge of the Truth being spoken by the Spirit.

The thoughts of many hearts shall be revealed by the preaching of Jesus….for some will reject what they will hear and will speak against it. They shall pierce with their tongues (evil speaking) those who will speak the Truth .

Luke 2:34-35 KJV
(34) And Simeon blessed them, and said unto Mary his mother, Behold, this child is set for the fall and rising again of many in Israel; and for a sign which shall be spoken against;
(35) (Yea, a sword shall pierce through thy own soul also,) that the thoughts of many hearts may be revealed.

Jehovah searches the heart….and will give every man according to his ways….according to the fruit of his doings. How will men respond to His Word of Truth when they will hear it? What will be their way toward the hearing of the Truth? What will be the fruit of their doings be in their response?

Jeremiah 17:9-10 KJV
(9) The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it?
(10) I the LORD search the heart, I try the reins, even to give every man according to his ways, and according to the fruit of his doings.

A good tree will bring forth good fruit….but a corrupt tree will bring forth evil fruit. What is in the hearts of men? The secrets of men’s hearts shall be revealed by the preaching of our Lord Jesus Christ as He reveals the knowledge of the Truth to all ears.

Matthew 7:16-23 KJV
(16) Ye shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles?
(17) Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit; but a corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit.
(18) A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit.
(19) Every tree that bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire.
(20) Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them.

We are to bear good fruit toward the hearing of the Truth….and not thorns and briers…evil speaking. WE are to DO the will of the Father which is in heaven. His will is to have love for one another and to be thankful for His Truth who is sent to save us. We are to hear, change our minds and believe and confess the Truth.

(21) Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.

But some will cast us out of their assemblies for receiving the Truth. Some will cast our names as evil calling us “evil doers” because we will no longer run with them in their churches. And all the while as they do these evil things, they will think that they will be doing God service.

(22) Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?
(23) And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.

They will prate against us with malicious words… “killing” us with their evil speeches against us. They will put us out of their assemblies because of the Word’s sake…..and all the while saying “Lord, Lord”….thinking that they are doing God service.

John 16:1-4 KJV
(1) These things have I spoken unto you, that ye should not be offended.
(2) They shall put you out of the synagogues: yea, the time cometh, that whosoever killeth you will think that he doeth God service.

All of these so-called “wonderful works” they shall do to us….casting out “devils” (as they will call us) in His “name” or authority. But He will profess unto them “I never knew you”. They will do these things to us (those who will receive the love of the Truth in this coming time because they have NOT KNOWN the Father nor our Lord Jesus Christ. “I never knew you”.

(3) And these things will they do unto you, because they have not known the Father, nor me.

But let us not lose faith when this happens….for the Lord has told us ahead of time of these things so that when the time comes we shall not shrink back in fear.

(4) But these things have I told you, that when the time shall come, ye may remember that I told you of them. And these things I said not unto you at the beginning, because I was with you.

We are to hear what the Spirit is saying today…..partaking of the Holy Spirit…drinking of the water of lfe. We are enlightened to the knowledge of the Truth by our Lord who will speak to us plainly of the Father and not in parables. The “eyes of our understanding” are to be enlightened by His knowledge.

Hebrews 6:4-9 KJV
(4) For it is impossible for those who were once enlightened, and have tasted of the heavenly gift, and were made partakers of the Holy Ghost,

We are to taste the good Word of God and the powers of the Age to come.

(5) And have tasted the good word of God, and the powers of the world to come,

We are not to fall away and speak evil of what we hear……crucifying to ourselves the Son of God afresh. We are not to put Him to an open shame by vilifying and contradicting His words of life and spirit. Some shall do this as the will oppose and contradict…..being of the spirit…of the breath…. of antichrist.

(6) If they shall fall away, to renew them again unto repentance; seeing they crucify to themselves the Son of God afresh, and put him to an open shame.

We are to drink in the “rain” of the Word of Truth and bring forth the fruits of goodness toward the hearing of it. We are to receive it with love and thankfulness. In doing so, we receive blessing from God…. Life to the Age to come. We are to bring forth fruits meet of repentance….being sincere.

(7) For the earth which drinketh in the rain that cometh oft upon it, and bringeth forth herbs meet for them by whom it is dressed, receiveth blessing from God:

But some shall behave towards the Truth with evil….bearing thorns and briers.

(8) But that which beareth thorns and briers is rejected, and is nigh unto cursing; whose end is to be burned.
(9) But, beloved, we are persuaded better things of you, and things that accompany salvation, though we thus speak.

The “rain” is sent on the just and the unjust. The unjust shall persecute those who will receive it but we are to do good to them that shall hate us.

5:43-45 KJV
(43) Ye have heard that it hath been said, Thou shalt love thy neighbour, and hate thine enemy.
(44) But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you;
(45) That ye may be the children of your Father which is in heaven: for he maketh his sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust.

We shall receive the words of Jesus who shall speak unto us plainly of the Father…..and not in parables. The time comes.

John 16:25 KJV
(25) These things have I spoken unto you in proverbs: but the time cometh, when I shall no more speak unto you in proverbs, but I shall shew you plainly of the Father.

When the time comes , will He find our hearts “overcharged” in wrath and our religious pride or will the cares of this world rob us of what we will hear? Will the Day of the hearing of His voice come upon us unawares? Will He find us “sleeping” ….not remembering to DO His commandments….having love for those who will be perceived as “strangers” at first?

Luke 21:33-36 KJV
(33) Heaven and earth shall pass away: but my words shall not pass away.
(34) And take heed to yourselves, lest at any time your hearts be overcharged with surfeiting, and drunkenness, and cares of this life, and so that day come upon you unawares.
(35) For as a snare shall it come on all them that dwell on the face of the whole earth.
(36) Watch ye therefore, and pray always, that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man.

Are we “watching”….staying “awake”…for Him? Are we “awake” to His commandment of having love in the hearing of something “new” or will we be “asleep” in our behavior responding in wrath and pride?

Mark 13:31-37 KJV
(31) Heaven and earth shall pass away: but my words shall not pass away.
(32) But of that day and that hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels which are in heaven, neither the Son, but the Father.
(33) Take ye heed, watch and pray: for ye know not when the time is.
(34) For the Son of man is as a man taking a far journey, who left his house, and gave authority to his servants, and to every man his work, and commanded the porter to watch.
(35) Watch ye therefore: for ye know not when the master of the house cometh, at even, or at midnight, or at the cockcrowing, or in the morning:
(36) Lest coming suddenly he find you sleeping.
(37) And what I say unto you I say unto all, Watch.

Blessed are those who are “watching”. When He shall knock with His voice, we shall open our ears and hearts to Him immediately. The “true sayings of God” is the marriage supper. Blessed are those who are called to HEAR what the Spirit is saying.

Luke 12:35-48 KJV
(35) Let your loins be girded about, and your lights burning;
(36) And ye yourselves like unto men that wait for their lord, when he will return from the wedding; that when he cometh and knocketh, they may open unto him immediately.

He shall serve them the mysteries of the kingdom.

(37) Blessed are those servants, whom the lord when he cometh shall find watching: verily I say unto you, that he shall gird himself, and make them to sit down to meat, and will come forth and serve them.
(38) And if he shall come in the second watch, or come in the third watch, and find them so, blessed are those servants.
(39) And this know, that if the goodman of the house had known what hour the thief would come, he would have watched, and not have suffered his house to be broken through.
(40) Be ye therefore ready also: for the Son of man cometh at an hour when ye think not.
(41) Then Peter said unto him, Lord, speakest thou this parable unto us, or even to all?
(42) And the Lord said, Who then is that faithful and wise steward, whom his lord shall make ruler over his household, to give them their portion of meat in due season?
(43) Blessed is that servant, whom his lord when he cometh shall find so doing.
(44) Of a truth I say unto you, that he will make him ruler over all that he hath.

But woe to those who will think that the Lord delays His coming….not hearing His voice that will speak to them. They shall begin to beat upon those who will preach His words to them. They shall beat upon the servants of the Lord with their evil words and accusations. They shall be “drunken” with wrath and pride and will join together to prate with malicious words against the preachers of the revealed Truth.

(45) But and if that servant say in his heart, My lord delayeth his coming; and shall begin to beat the menservants and maidens, and to eat and drink, and to be drunken;
(46) The lord of that servant will come in a day when he looketh not for him, and at an hour when he is not aware, and will cut him in sunder, and will appoint him his portion with the unbelievers.
(47) And that servant, which knew his lord's will, and prepared not himself, neither did according to his will, shall be beaten with many stripes.
(48) But he that knew not, and did commit things worthy of stripes, shall be beaten with few stripes. For unto whomsoever much is given, of him shall be much required: and to whom men have committed much, of him they will ask the more.

All who will live godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer persecution by those they will no longer keep company with. We are to come out from among them and be separate. The persecutors shall wax worse and worse but we are to maintain good works in the face of their false accusations and vilifying.

2 Timothy 3:12-14 KJV
(12) Yea, and all that will live godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer persecution.
(13) But evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse, deceiving, and being deceived.
(14) But continue thou in the things which thou hast learned and hast been assured of, knowing of whom thou hast learned them;

The persecutors shall believe a lie….that they are doing God service for railing upon you for receiving the Truth. They will NOT believe in the Truth but instead will take pleasure in their unrighteousness….their reviling of us.

2 Thessalonians 2:8-17 KJV
(8) And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming:
(9) Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders,
(10) And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved.
(11) And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie:
(12) That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.

But God chooses us from the beginning to receive salvation through sanctification of the Spirit….the Breath…that speaks the Truth. We are washed by the belief in the Word. We BELIEVE what we hear the Spirit saying.

(13) But we are bound to give thanks alway to God for you, brethren beloved of the Lord, because God hath from the beginning chosen you to salvation through sanctification of the Spirit and belief of the truth:

If we suffer with Him by doing good while being persecuted, we shall also obtain the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ…who is received as Lord over our own preconceived religious thoughts and ways. We change our minds and receive His words over religious-sounding men’s teachings.

(14) Whereunto he called you by our gospel, to the obtaining of the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ.
(15) Therefore, brethren, stand fast, and hold the traditions which ye have been taught, whether by word, or our epistle.
(16) Now our Lord Jesus Christ himself, and God, even our Father, which hath loved us, and hath given us everlasting consolation and good hope through grace,

He shall comfort our hearts in the face of persecutions by our very own. The enemies of us will be of our own household. He shall establish us in every good word and work in the face of tribulation.

(17) Comfort your hearts, and stablish you in every good word and work.

We are to hear the Truth and draw near to God…..BELIEVING in what we hear. We are to resist the devil who would have us speak in contradiction to the Truth. We are to OVERCOME the desire to speak out in our envy and strife.

James 4:7-12 KJV
(7) Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.
(8) Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to you. Cleanse your hands, ye sinners; and purify your hearts, ye double minded.
(9) Be afflicted, and mourn, and weep: let your laughter be turned to mourning, and your joy to heaviness.
(10) Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and he shall lift you up.

We are to receive the brothers who will preach the Word of Truth to us….receiving them with unfeigned love. If we speak evil of the brothers who will speak via the Spirit (or any brother for that matter), then we are not a doer of the law of Christ….having LOVE for one another. We are then being a “JUDGE”.

The “lie” is the original lie.

“you shall not surely die”…..literally translated, “dying, you shall not die”. That is, by “killing” another, you shall not die. How are we “killed”? By those who will use their tongues to “pierce” us in their persecutions. They shall believe they shall have “peace and safety” to speak out in evil against those who will receive the Truth and those who will preach it.

Genesis 3:4-5 KJV
(4) And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die:

They think that they will be doing God “service” for doing these things….. “FOR GOD DOTH KNOW….” They will think that God approves of their evil behavior….for God will know that they are doing their “wonderful works” all for His name. Their zeal will be misplaced in evil works.

They will see themselves as JUDGES as they speak evil of another. “ye shall be as gods”….that is, “elohim” which means “JUDGES, gods”.

Their thinking will be that they are doing Him service as JUDGES (gods) knowing good and evil. They will falsely accuse us for being “evil doers” as they are the judges knowing what is good and evil in their own minds. All the while they will think that they will have “peace and safety” for doing these things. They will feel justified for doing these things.

(5) For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil.

And what is the “tree of the knowledge of good and evil”? It is the tongue ….the mouth…that blesses God and curses men who will preach the Truth. Out of the same mouth….the same “tree”, we bless God (the knowledge of good) and curse men (the knowledge of evil). When men will hear the Truth, they shall be tempted to speak evil of those they will not agree with….because their hearts shall be full of envy and strife.

James 3:8-13 KJV
(8) But the tongue can no man tame; it is an unruly evil, full of deadly poison.
(9) Therewith bless we God, even the Father; and therewith curse we men, which are made after the similitude of God.

If we are wanting to be seen as wise, hold the tongue. Even a fool will seem wise if he holds his tongue. Let us not reach out and partake of that tree. Let us not believe in a lie.

(13) Who is a wise man and endued with knowledge among you? let him shew out of a good conversation his works with meekness of wisdom.

Let us not reach out and partake of the fruit of that tree….which is death…for a man shall eat of the “fruit” of the tongue. If we are wise, we are to show our behavior with meekness in our response.

Genesis 3:6 KJV
(6) And when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, and that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree to be desired to make one wise, she took of the fruit thereof, and did eat, and gave also unto her husband with her; and he did eat.

Instead of railing upon men who will preach the Truth, let us glorify God and be thankful for His knowledge. Let us not profess ourselves to be wise and reach out to speak evil of another.

Romans 1:21-22 KJV
(21) Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened.
(22) Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools,

If we harbor bitter envying and strife within our hearts, we are NOT to use our mouth to glorify ourselves and lie against the Truth.

James 3:14-18 KJV
(14) But if ye have bitter envying and strife in your hearts, glory not, and lie not against the truth.
(15) This wisdom descendeth not from above, but is earthly, sensual, devilish.

The secrets of the heart shall be revealed…for where there is envying and strife, there will be confusion (hypocrisy, vain flattery) and every evil work….the tongue shall speak evil in its hypocrisy.

(16) For where envying and strife is, there is confusion and every evil work.
(17) But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, and easy to be intreated, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy.
We are to make peace with what we will hear and not speak out in our wrath, envying and strife…partaking of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil.

(18) And the fruit of righteousness is sown in peace of them that make peace.

We “eat” of the “fruit” of our mouths. Death and life are in the power…or HAND…of the tongue.

Proverbs 18:20-21 KJV
(20) A man's belly shall be satisfied with the fruit of his mouth; and with the increase of his lips shall he be filled.
(21) Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof.

What we have received freely, we are to freely give to those who will hear. With the Spirit…the Breath…we speak His words of life.

Matthew 10:7-8 KJV
(7) And as ye go, preach, saying, The kingdom of heaven is at hand.
(8) Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out devils: freely ye have received, freely give.

We are to speak what we hear the Spirit saying…..the living “waters”…the living words of our Lord and Savior…so that others may drink and satisfy their “thirst”.

And those who thirst are to hear what is spoken. We are to “eat” of that which is good and delight in its fatness. We are to be thankful for our “food” in prayer (meekness in speech)….the Word of Truth. We are to taste the good Word of God….tasting it with our ears …and receive it with joy.

Let us sell our own thoughts and ways and buy the Truth…..desiring the pure milk of the Word so that we may grow.

Isaiah 55:1-11 KJV
(1) Ho, every one that thirsteth, come ye to the waters, and he that hath no money; come ye, buy, and eat; yea, come, buy wine and milk without money and without price.

Why labor for things that do not satisfy? Why reject what is said and continue to hold on to the things of religious-sounding men? The things they work for are not satisfying. They are burdensome.

Matthew 11:28-30 KJV
(28) Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.

We are to learn of Him…for it is He that teaches us. His yoke is easy and His burden light. He shall give us rest from the heavy burdens of carnal-thinking men who thoughts and ways only lead us to our deaths. Many have gone that broad way to destruction for the wide gate of the mouths of men have led many astray….away from having love for one another.

(29) Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls.
(30) For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.

Many preach themselves seeking glory from men. They use feigned words as a cover for their covetousness.

But who will listen to those who come in the name…the authority…. of the Lord? If another shall come in his own name, him shall they receive.

John 5:41-44 KJV
(41) I receive not honour from men.
(42) But I know you, that ye have not the love of God in you.
(43) I am come in my Father's name, and ye receive me not: if another shall come in his own name, him ye will receive.
(44) How can ye believe, which receive honour one of another, and seek not the honour that cometh from God only?

The messengers of the Lord have the Father’s name written in their foreheads. They come in the Father’s name…in His authority….to preach Jesus. They do not preach themselves. No guile shall be found in their mouths as they will NOT speak words that are a cover for covetousness. They will preach not for their own glory but for the Father’s.

Revelation 14:1 KJV
(1) And I looked, and, lo, a Lamb stood on the mount Sion, and with him an hundred forty and four thousand, having his Father's name written in their foreheads.

He that will receive those who are sent, receives the Lord Jesus and the Father that sent him.

And those who will receive such with peace and love….a cup of cold water so to speak….shall in wise lose their reward.

(42) And whosoever shall give to drink unto one of these little ones a cup of cold water only in the name of a disciple, verily I say unto you, he shall in no wise lose his reward.

They will come meek and lowly speaking the words of our Lord…for God is with them (Emmanuel). But who will come forth to meet Him….to learn of Him?

John 12:12-16 KJV
(12) On the next day much people that were come to the feast, when they heard that Jesus was coming to Jerusalem,

Only those who will confess with the mouth (taking “branches” of palm trees) that Jesus is Lord and King over their own thoughts and ways. They will lay down their own thoughts and ways for His. They will lose their soul….the thoughts and intents of the heart…for His.

(13) Took branches of palm trees, and went forth to meet him, and cried, Hosanna: Blessed is the King of Israel that cometh in the name of the Lord.
(14) And Jesus, when he had found a young ass, sat thereon; as it is written,
(15) Fear not, daughter of Sion: behold, thy King cometh, sitting on an ass's colt.

They will come forth to meet Him…to glorify Him.

(16) These things understood not his disciples at the first: but when Jesus was glorified, then remembered they that these things were written of him, and that they had done these things unto him.

The hour is come that the Son of man should be glorified. Let us NOT glorify religious-sounding men when we hear the “new song” being sung upon the voices of those who are sent.

John 12:23-26 KJV
(23) And Jesus answered them, saying, The hour is come, that the Son of man should be glorified.

We are to “die” to our own thoughts and ways. He that shall hate his SOUL shall keep it unto life to the Age. We shall bring forth MUCH fruit.

(24) Verily, verily, I say unto you, Except a corn of wheat fall into the ground and die, it abideth alone: but if it die, it bringeth forth much fruit.
(25) He that loveth his life shall lose it; and he that hateth his life in this world shall keep it unto life eternal.
(26) If any man serve me, let him follow me; and where I am, there shall also my servant be: if any man serve me, him will my Father honour.

But many shall continue their building and planting….even as the Son of man is being revealed. If God does not build the house, they labor in vain. They will continue to buy and sell and not come forth to meet Him. They will honor men over God as they continue their covetous buying and selling….making merchandise of His people. They will not produce fruit towards the hearing of the Lord’s voice.

Mark 11:12-17 KJV
(12) And on the morrow, when they were come from Bethany, he was hungry:
(13) And seeing a fig tree afar off having leaves, he came, if haply he might find any thing thereon: and when he came to it, he found nothing but leaves; for the time of figs was not yet.
(14) And Jesus answered and said unto it, No man eat fruit of thee hereafter for ever. And his disciples heard it.
(15) And they come to Jerusalem: and Jesus went into the temple, and began to cast out them that sold and bought in the temple, and overthrew the tables of the moneychangers, and the seats of them that sold doves;
(16) And would not suffer that any man should carry any vessel through the temple.
(17) And he taught, saying unto them, Is it not written, My house shall be called of all nations the house of prayer? but ye have made it a den of thieves.

Many shall be “lukewarm” in their response to the Word of Truth…..because they are “rich”.

Revelation 3:14-22 KJV
(14) And unto the angel of the church of the Laodiceans write; These things saith the Amen, the faithful and true witness, the beginning of the creation of God;
(15) I know thy works, that thou art neither cold nor hot: I would thou wert cold or hot.
(16) So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth.
(17) Because thou sayest, I am rich, and increased with goods, and have need of nothing; and knowest not that thou art wretched, and miserable, and poor, and blind, and naked:
(18) I counsel thee to buy of me gold tried in the fire, that thou mayest be rich; and white raiment, that thou mayest be clothed, and that the shame of thy nakedness do not appear; and anoint thine eyes with eyesalve, that thou mayest see.

As many as He loves, He rebukes and chastens. He overturns the tables of the moneychangers and their seats.

(19) As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten: be zealous therefore, and repent.
