Occam's razor.

How did the Shemites, Hamites, and Japhethites get scattered all over the earth?
That was before they invented the wheel, so they most likely walked.

Well they certainly didn't walk across the ocean to populate the seven continents.

Earth was a single landmass prior to the days of Peleg.

Maybe they could have gone by pirate ship. Because the earth wasn't one big landmass prior to the days of PEGLEG:

Occam's razor would slice away those three tribes since you have to assume their existence.
Slice away then.

But Occam's razor can't slice away at people walking across the Seven Seas.

Sooner or later they'll have to invoke a natural landbridge to explain it, which means deep time, and then I get to post my GOTCHA post.

Some walked, some rode, some traveled by boat, and lately, some traveled by trains, planes, and automobiles.

So you make assumptions and then, without any actual evidence, declare them to be facts.
Either that, or I asked how the seven continents got populated sans natural land bridges or whatever.

Methinks a real scientists would have answered:

It couldn't have been.

From Africa, you can walk to Europe and Asia, ride a canoe down the island chain to Australia, across the Bering Straits from Siberia to North America and thence a few decades or centuries of walking should bring you to South America.
A more problematic question is how koalas, platypuses, echidnas, et al. got from the wherever Noah's boat came ashore to Australia.

Funny that you haven't asked actual scientists. Or if you have, you disregard what they say because it doesn't fit with the stories you have just decided to be true.

Except any sphere large enough - such as the earth - is flat to all visual appearances. Circles are in actuality straight line segments, as any drafter or engineer understands.

A computer engineer, perhaps. A draftsperson will use a compass most of the time.

Clear off a table in your house.

Place about 25-50 plates carefully on the table (overlapping them as needed).

Set the plates so that they are more or less uniformly spread out and stable.

Place a tablecloth over the plates.

Place a sheet of paper, cut into seven segments but all together as one sheet, on top of the tablecloth.

Lightly shake the table and observe the movement of the pieces of paper.

(Assume the table has an edge on it to keep the plates from falling off.)

Here's my challenge:

What have I just demonstrated?

I think you created a better model than this one:
(I think anyone could.)

That is a good question for Darwin and his islands. Because each island has it's own ecosystem. Usually based on the water level during the last ice age when the Islands were bigger. When they study the DNA they find the birds that somehow migrated to Darwin's islands. A big gust of wind must have come along and blew the bird to what became their new home. If you remember the little "Hobit" race of people. The story they came up with is pretty much the same. We know 40,000 years ago people had fishing nets and fishing hooks along with sowing needles to make clothing. They may have hallowed out a log to make a little fishing boat and somehow got sucked up in the currents that carried them away to their new home. In the Philippines the indigenous people are dark like the Aborigine in Australia. Only they are smaller. It was much later that a much whiter people came from the middle east. Then the spanish came much more recent followed by Americans.

200 million years ago on Pangea there was no separation. It was all one big happy family. All the various species lived on one super Continent. Then that continent broke up into 7 and took the various species with the land mass as they drifted off from each other.

Just to be pedantic, bro, it broke up into 5 continents.

We have two continents due to man-made canals:
  1. The Panama Canal gives us South America.
  2. The Suez Canal gives us Africa.
