My Relationship with God

There are three things we can do in our Christian lives:

1-Things that draw us away from God, and lead us to Satan. eg. James Bond, Witchcraft etc:

2-Things that are perfectly fine like watching the cricket, but when done too much are affecting to your relationship because of priorotising.

3-Things that bring you closer to God. The Bible, Christian music and books etc:

I have eliminated #1. But I have too many twos that are taking away my time to do threes. I need to eliminate the two's and bring down the time I do them, and raise up number 3's. For example this forum is fine, but I gomon it too much, it takes away my private time with God.

As much as I like the forums. I had to make a choice.. For my personal relationship.

So I'm taking a break from CF, whether I return or not is an unknown story. the time I've spent here with you, has been great.

I request that someone can take over the VERSE OF THE DAY thread, and post a verse each day. Dasdream would be good at it, as you already have a site with daily texts.

If I don't return, I look foward to meeting you all you personally, when we are raised together and meet christ in the cloudds. If not then I'll see you in heaven or sometime in New Jerusalem, after all, I have forever.

Thank you, those texts rally appealed to me, I will miss you all too!!!!!! This will probably be my last post, so I'll raise this point.

As most know Sabbath school lessons were given out at my church because it's starting next year, it hasn't been running. I am quite annoyed, that they're not letting me do it, and expect me to roam around before church for an hour to an hour and a half. Personally I was shocked and appauled, but I must move on in life!!!!!!!!

God bless you and keep you safe! I'd like to note that while I understand your reasonings for leaving- don't these forums somewhat slot into section 3? I generally feel refreshed after visiting these forums (as I do so on sabbath) I do a fair amount of debating over in the serious discussion over christian beliefs, and its like studying a lesson- every time I come out a bit wiser and closer to God through the study
