The whole rights thing is a bit of a minefield.
What about the rights of employers to employ who they wish for example.
The balance is hard to strike, but in the end a lot of people are meanies and the law will have to strike a balance.
Kedaman: I am actually a bit of a fan of the "Rights being immoral" stance, because when you break things down, it's really all about power, on both sides. And the desire for power is moraly wrong IMO, even to do good (God does not exeret power over people, what right have we to exert power over people). Therefore all power is wrong, but this mean you have to let go of all political stances, even a desire to, say, stop the neo-nazi movement from taking power. (Yes I did get this Idea from Tolkien)
