In theory yes. Aren't angels examples? And what about - artificial personalities, when they finally come along? (Or can they?) However, it is my opinion that if artificial personalities DO come along, they will have been prepared partly through a process of evolutionary derived programming instead of directly composed programming. Does that count as evolution?

A very difficult question to answer accurately! Here's an attempt. A person is a living thing that, over the span of its existence, has been/is able to contemplate the world and itself in the world and has been/is able to contemplate alternative realities, including the alternative of its own passing away.

Yes, and all Humans exist without magical evolution. Evolution is nothing but a word, dreamed up by men who rejected God's Truth of descent with modification within His and Their kinds. Since they have NO idea what kinds are, they call them "common ancestors". Beware the people who change the meanings of words to make them fit within their own foolish assumptions.

a) Do you have to be a homo sapiens to be a person? I think angels are . . . . persons
b) Do you have to made of flesh to be a person? Don't tell that to the third person of the Trinity.

How do you know they aren't made of flesh? I mean if we're talking about things like angels for all we know they could be made of a combination of depleted uranium, flesh and OSU dairy farm cheese.

You have to be made of flesh to be a Human since that means that you have descended with modifications within Humankind. ALL Humans are the descendants of Adam, who was made with an intelligence like God's. Gen 3:22

Angels cannot be made of flesh since they live in Heaven and flesh and blood cannot enter Heaven. 1Co 15:50 That's God's Truth Scripturally. Amen?

People can't exist unless the only process which exists that can create people also exists.

No real person can exist unless evolution exists.

(But, if the process of evolution could be suddenly stopped, it would not make all the people blink out of existence.)
