My novel Idea like some feedback

This is a Idea i have had for a long time to write a novel based on the creation and formation of Israel( the Book of Judges and Samual) here is kind of a preface of it. Tell if this could the base for a good Novel or not.


In Space before time began existed a world much like our own. In this world lived a people of holy descent. These few and privileged people chosen by God to be his people his holy priest hood. These people were once slaves of an evil king who controlled the power in the world. He made his slaves lower than dirt and treated them like animals. God went up against this king and fought with him, at many times it seemed as though the king could not be defeated. In the last battle of the greatest war the whole entire army of the king was defeated and his power was thrown to the corners of the earth to every nation. God’s people fled from the evil kings land and founded their own kingdom and called it Seroble, which means servant of the noble. God ruled this kingdom though his most holy servants that he called Vessels.

I think the formation of Israel would be a great plot for a novel, but it would be very difficult. It would have to involve alot of diffrent characters, battles, and research. Before you begin writing anything, do LOTS of research. Your research will provide story ideas and give a good idea about how much artistic license you are going to need to take. This could be a great war epic revolving around Saul, his sons, and David. Good luck and hope you get some more advice.
