WARNING: DUMB BRUNETTE!

...I am not sure that if having a mind that is "going" when you are 23 is a normal thing but sometimes I am not aware of my surroundings. Maybe that is why I have never committed a crime...Erm...when I say "going" I mean I am not progressing towards a state of existing as an intelligent life-form but I seem to be regressing into a primordial soup. I have lost my marbles....and IQ. Hmm...how to increase one's intelligence when you are becoming dumber? I apologize for being dumb, bear with me. I have been a little bit cautious of saying it but it looks like I am "mentally disabled." I am not sure how much though. A disability is either a physical or a mental impairment. Fast bullies, and dumb women.
