My Medication!!!!!!!

I am really upset and to be truthful have been crying a lot as my medication has been put up to a very high dose of depakote which is a mood stabiliser as the serototin levels in my brain are unlevel again. They've completely doubled my amount of it, but this has caused me to be sleepy alot, tearful and causing me to feel sickly all the time. Ive seen the doctor today and they still want me on the high dose. Please will you pray that everything settles down and I won't feel like im cry ing all the time. Please will you also pray for my son who is also having a really tough time with depression. I appreciate any prayers or even just words of help for us both.

Lord, pour out your favor and strength on Jane today. Bring energy and hope into her mind and body, just as you are the vine and we are the branches, with your life-giving sap flowing through us.

Jesus, you bore our grief and sickness and guilt on yourself. Please carry the weight of this illness, and relieve Jane of the suffering. Thank you for sustaining her so far, and for providing doctors and meds. Direct them with wisdom.

Depression is so prevalent in our society today! I suffered for years with it but the Lord showed me the cause of it and then lead me out. He taught me how to pray, taught me the rules of his house, treated me like a daughter. Instead of depression I now feel joy because I KNOW I am loved. I pray the same for you and your son!

Heavenly Father, Please cause Jane's doctors to take a closer look at the problems this higher dose of medication is giving her. Open their minds and hearts to her discomfort and lead them to a better solution. Level out her seratotin levels so she won't need a higher dose of medication. Give her peace and a quiet spirit that no medication can provide and let this change be a witness to her doctors and her son that you are with her and in charge of her healing.

Be with her son through his trying time of depression. Help him to find the center of this depression and show him a way out. Surround him with people who have a love for you in their hearts and can support him with prayer, friendship and fellowship through his trying time. Let him know he is not alone and that you love him.

I pray that this mother and son become closer to each other in you and will some day be able to share the joy of victory over these problems. In Jesus' name, Amen
